   On the occasion we wanted to be spontaneous and had never been to this restaurant before, we decided to go. To say the least, it was an interesting experience. Unless you have money to throw away, it is not worth $200 for 2 people. The food quality was not great, the quantity was great either. I understand that restaurant is structured to give customers a small amount of food for every option meat. Overall, it was not great, I was not impressed and I definitely will not go back...mostly because it is EXPENSIVE. For example, the one glass sparkling water cost $8. I could go to Texas Roadhouse or Sante Fe and get a better quality dinner 9-10 people any day.

   We have been to this restaurant before and normally save it for special occasions. I had seen some recent reviews that showed areas of hit and miss with service and the frequency of offerings by the gauchos. We had very good service. One server took care of several tables and she did get a bit busy towards the end of our meal but you could see she was working so that was understandable. The gauchos came by frequently (more often with the lower end Picanha and the lamb) but they came by twice with chicken and sausages, and once with the filet and pork. I was given a complimentary birthday dessert which was presented with birthday greetings and a candle. Overall we were happy with the food and service but realize that we could have been just as happy ordering the salad bar next time with all of the offerings they provide.

   Great experience. My wife and I went there for date night. I eat carnivore (animal products only). There so much variety and the gauchos just kept the meats coming. The bacon wrap filet were amazing. If you’re a meat eater this is the place!

   Suggestion, meat needs a bit more seasoning. It used to be very flavorful. The only cuts that are worth eating are the garlic steaks. The pichania was very bland.

    Fun but expensive. It was a nice one time experience. I’ve had better food at cheaper restaurants. All the meat was a little overdone. The salad bar was the highlight of the meal. Wish we would’ve just went to a steakhouse instead.

    The food has been going downhill for a while. The salad bar is still really good, but the meats just aren't as good as they were a few years ago. Most of the cuts that come around are really tough and it seems to be hit or miss on the seasoning. And the cooking temperatures aren't consistent. Sometimes what they call "medium" is almost completely raw in the middle, and sometimes its gray and ice cold. I will go again and I hope to see improvement in the quality of meats offered. I gave 3 stars for the service because our server was new, and she wasn't very attentive at times.

    I convinced my husband to come. It was his birthday and the waiter did wish him Happy Birthday. It was his first time there and I was hoping he’d enjoy it. He did enjoy it, however he commented that the meats were a bit too salty and it was overpriced. My only complaint was that I was hoping that he would gotten a small cake or something as a surprise. It would’ve made the experience/ evening unforgettable.

    They did not have the meat selection that I was hoping for, but did have a good variety. Our waitress was not pleasant and did not interact with us much. The meat servers skipped our table several times but would eventually come back. Everything was tasty.

    Good review and service. We arrived 30 minutes early and they got us seated early which was nice. We ordered drinks at the bar delivered to the table timely. Fun atmosphere yet still elegant. Our waiter was top notch.

    The salad bar is fresh and inviting with lots of options. The choices of meat are amazing, each with their own unique flavor. The staff was friendly and helpful and really on top of things. Amazing experience having the meat sliced right at the table for you! Definitely recommend!

    If this had been our first time dining there we would probably not return. It’s was very slow and we did not get the cuts of meat we requested. We typically come at dinner and it’s very efficient. During this lunch we had to sit and wait a lot.

    The food is good and our waiter was great. But as far as the servers who serve the “meats” very far and few between. These Brazilian steakhouses have just been trending this way. Maybe just a way to save money.

    Atmosphere was good and services, the food was cold (chaffing was not working or on) we waited about 20 mins after first attempt and at that point we didn't eat much and they took for ever to bring meet, when we asked they said it will take some time. So for almost $200 for 2 ppl you expect at least hot food.

    Everything started off rough. We came a little late, but we still sat 25 mins after we came. We did not get served until 10 mins after and when the server came he aplogized. But Matheus saved the night. He did an awesome job of taking care of us and taking care of the night and my fiancee's birthday. He was awesome!

    I've been to several Brazilian steakhouses and I love them. This was not the best experience. We went at 7pm. The first round of meats was pretty good but everything after that was extremely overcooked. The lamb was completely grey and tasteless. I could barely cut the filet as it was so tough. The chicken was very dry. I'm not sure if they just let the meats keep cooking as the night goes on. Usually the meat is medium rare and this was an unpleasant (hopefully) rarity. For the price, I expect better from them. The service itself was good. Maybe it's best to go for lunch. I won't be back for dinner.

    We had a lovely server. She was very busy but attentive. Most of the meats were delicious. I wish the hot bar had more items and some of the items from the cold bar should be on the hot bar...like the asparagus. I also wish the cold bar has more selection. The Parmesan Pork and the beef rib were a no for us but the Flank steak was amazing. My husband also loved the spicy steak. The Caesar dressing was delicious! Atmosphere was great except we were seated beside a very loud, obnoxious lady who kept complaining about how "disgusting" the "too rare" meat was. I really wanted to tell her she should leave because she was in the wrong restaurant if she wanted over cooked meat. It wasn't the restaurant's fault but she made our dinner experience less enjoyable, for sure. I ordered the strawberry lemonade and it was more strawberry than lemonade. I would have loved for it to have been more tart. All in all a good experience and we will most likely go back again for a special occasion dinner.

    We love coming there and usually the meat service is great, but it really wasn’t tonight. Our waitress did an amazing job. We had to wait for a very long time between the different meats coming around and they were not even all out.

    You would think that with the amount of money you pay that you would get what you paid for but we didn’t. Let me start out by saying it had nothing to do with our server he was very nice and kept our drinks full and tried to get us what we wanted meat wise but he got ignored to. We sit at our table for over 35 mins and not one person came by to offer us any meat. My husband wanted a certain kind and even when we asked it took over 40 mins to get to our table. A the ones that would come by kept ignoring us even though all of are cards were green it felt like because we weren’t dressed fancy that we weren’t important. Heck the meat servers would walk right around our table to the two beside us like we didn’t exist. This is supposed to be all you can meat wise but it’s wasn’t and is pretty sad to pay the amount of money we did and walk out still hungry. It was supposed to be a special occasion for my husbands birthday but instead he got up and walked out cause he was so mad. My kids were excited to get to try it, my oldest especially cause he loves steak but both was very disappointed because the experience for them wasn’t great. I don’t ever plan on going back to this restaurant again!!! I will spend my money elsewhere we’re I don’t get ignored and get what I pay for.
