They did not take reservations, don’t even use this app for having people come to their restaurant. Was thoroughly disgusted.
Had so many servers we couldn’t keep track of who our server was, plus our food was wrong and took forever for anyone to actually serve us.
The service was slow and food was served a little cold
Fantastic server and great grilled items promotion.
They were understaffed, our orders were wrong and one order didn’t come until everyone else was finished.
We had to request clean silverware, twice. My dining partner’s chicken soup was awful.
The server tried but he couldn’t overcome that.
Floor was dirty, waitress was very nice, but we had no utensils or place mats, had to ask for them
Worst customer service none of the staff was on the same page. Waited 20 minutes before I found a worker to take our drink order.
They had no idea about my Open Table reservation and told me they were just going to add my name to the wait list.
In the section we were in the floor was filthy and the tables were not cleared. We were never given silverware and we had to wander to other tables to collect silverware. Our ketchup bottle was empty and the bottles around us at the empty tables were empty as well.
We rarely saw our server. Our meal took almost 2 hours. We kept being told the food would be out in a few more minutes and that took over 30 minutes before we saw our food. People who were seated after us were served food before us.
When we finally did get our food the chicken sandwich was cold. The table next to us complained and got some food comped BUT we did not complain. The manager told the table next to us that he had a lot of people call off and that he was struggling.
We waited a long time after we were given our check for the server to return to take our credit card. She NEVER came back. We finally flagged down another server and he told us he thought our server had QUIT. Finally that server took our credit card and then our original server showed back up. It was an absolutely AWFUL Father's Day dining experience.
It was gross!!! Tables were left with dirty dishes on them staff was yellling at each other did reservations for a table and still waited for 45 minutes and we waited a hour for food and it was cold the floors were dirty
We walked in and stood at the hostess table for 7 mins until she got there. No big deal, she was also working as a busser. The big deal was the manager in a pink shirt walked by, looked at us, and then walked away. Super rude. We had reservations for 3:30 but were asked to wait until 4:00 which, yes, was annoying but again no biggie. When we’re were finally seated it took 15 mins for our waitress to take our drink orders where we also gave our food orders also. It took 20 mins to get our drinks and about another 15 for our food. For food, that’s not bad but it shouldn’t take 20 mins to get lemonade. The food was OK. It needed salt and pepper desperately and lacked flavor. The bill was incredibly high for the quality of the food. Service was fine. They were clearly short staffed, and I’ll never fault someone for something out of their control. Just kinda disappointed.
Walked into to broken plates and food on floor - as we were being sat they walked us around the bar area to get past the mess only to try and sit us at a table were mess was on the floor - we walked out to never return.
We reserved with OpenTable. When we got there they didn't honor. We waited 45 mins for a table as we had 5 people. There was a table for 6 that was in the window dirty never cleaned the whole time we waited. Everyone was seated before us. Our food was cold when we received and our waitress disappeared. Very disappointed.
Made reservation online only to arrive to be told they no longer had ipad as it was stolen and it was going to be 20 min wait. There should not be an option to make a reservation online of there is no way for them to get it.
We chose to eat here because we could make a reservation vs waiting in a long queue after a long day of shopping. The food was all very good, but the service was extremely slow.
It took the server 37 minutes from the time to sit down to time to be greeted. Took us 1 hour 16 minutes to get our food.
Meanwhile there were 4 employees at the hostess station complaining about how slow the kitchen staff is.
A mixed bag. Visited with a group of three on a Saturday evening. Appetizer sampler was excellent. One burger was great, the other was badly overlooked. Fish and chips were tough and dry.
This place is the best and it has good service. I would eat there all the time if i could
Although the restaurant wasn’t busy, food took forever. Sauces that accompany the meal weren’t on the plate and had to be asked for. Kitchen ran out of coleslaw and waitress decided on a substitution without asking customer. Lastly, we had to flag waitress to get drink refills.
The food is good but, you have to wait a long time for you food to come. Usually, we spend 1 1/2 to 2 hours there!
Very nice ,everyone was nice and pleasant. Service was fast.
We went to try the endless appetizers. One menu said $10 but the other said $12. Of course there was a price increase which was disappointing. Still a decent deal though.
Pretty good...no real issues. Service was a little slow due to a 30top table that backed up the kitchen.
We had the new "steak&cheese" I had the tomato and mozzarella salad and my husband had sweet potato fries for the side. I thought it was great, I would ask for less cheese next time though. But overall a great meal
Our FIRST impressions were very disappointing. My major complaint is about the receptionist. I called as we left a theater in the city. The hostess who answered the call was not at all friendly, and mumbled through a recited "greeting," as she told me to reserve through Open Table. So I hung up and made the reservation. Once we arrived, the same person continued to be unfriendly... almost morose, and was unable to locate our reservation on her list, as she rolled her eyes. The restaurant was not even busy - lots of empty tables. Fortunately, a MUCH MORE PERSONABLE staff member quickly and effectively took care of us. Although our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 young adults) was very pleased with the other hostess, our waitress, our servers, and the food... I strongly felt the need to report the one who was our 'first impression' of your restaurant. She simple DOES NOT represent your restaurant in a positive way. GOOD THING all other workers made up for that!
We try and eat at TGI Fridays every time we visit the USA. We particularly like the Jack Daniels chicken sandwich and order it quite often. On this occasion both my wife and I did order the JD sandwich and it was the WORST sandwich we have ever tasted at Fridays. When I first bit into the sandwich the chicken was very "crunchy". I thought that perhaps it was the onion and tomato giving me the "crunchy" experience. I ate half the sandwich but when my wife commented to me that her sandwich was the same, I knew something wasn't right. My wife is of the opinion that the chicken wasn't fully cooked. After informing our server of the problem he had someone attend our table to deal with our complaint. I am assuming he was management and after telling him our concerns he replied that they have had a few complaints from other patrons regarding the chicken. He further explained that it was a new supplier that provided the chicken for Fridays' restaurants now. Too bad because we have no choice to think twice before taking our business to Fridays in the foreseeable future! We were offered something else from the menu which we declined and in return we were not charged. Like I said we like to patronize TGI Fridays frequently but unfortunately this visit has left us with "a bad taste in our mouths!" Thank you for your time.
Dinner was good...had the bourbon barrel chicken!! Pretty good, chicken was moist, potatoes were good but i thought they were supposed to be cheesy but they were not. Other wise delicious. It was a little loud. We had a booth in the bar area and on a Friday night it can be a bit noisy.
