Father’s Day with the family. Everything went smoothly
I don’t eat much, however the portion of the steak that I received was not even big enough for a 10 year old child and it was so over done that it was literally a puck!
I used to love this place, but the prices did not match the amount of food that we received, the taste was also not good.
Our waitress was the best part of the evening because she was very friendly.
I really don’t see me returning to this establishment for any reason at all.
Made reservations after my oldest sons’ graduation for a party of 7. I asked if one could come and hold the table but was told the whole party needs to be present in order to be seated. That was an hour and 15 mins later due to C.P.T. 🙄 while our reservation was for 3:15 pm. We finally got seated @ 4:30pm. Not bad but it was extremely crowded. Now we only chose this place because the graduate wanted to dine here. I haven’t been to Friday’s before then in a year since of the food, service and location is not to my standards. Anyhow, we had to send back half of the parties plates because the food was either over cooked or missing the ingredients/flavor that was advertised. The Manager did give us a discount but by then we were already displeased. However, the waitress, Genevah, was professional and helpful during our time their. She was not only understating but patient as well. Other than that, we won’t be back and instead we’ll dine locally. Enjoy
Food was not prepared correctly expressed well done and it was still pink! Broccoli cold host did not know what’s going on! Host helper rude
Everything was a disappointment. From the service, to the manager. Very inappropriate. My salmon was cold and raw. My boyfriend’s steak was extremely small. I was over charged & when we called the manager for the 3rd time, very unprofessional. Never again, never will I go again!!!

The waitress was very unprofessional ,took 45mnt to put our order in for salads ,came later and ask us what type of salads we asked for ,I was so mad and ask for the manager ,he came and took good care of us
We made a reservation and received an email confirmation. When we got there the seater told us that our reservation had been blocked due to high demand for tables and we had to wait for a table to open up. After 20 minutes we got frustrated and left. Our reservation meant nothing.
Seating got a little complicated, even with OpenTable reservation people were seated before us even though we were there before them and had a reservation. The quality of the food is changing. The sizzzling chicken did not come out sizzzling and I think they forgot the chicken. I order a ribeye and my mother order a sirloin, they switched it. Mys son ordered Cajun chicken and shrimp pasta, they forgot the Cajun and I think they forgot some of his food. I hope they get it together this is one of my favorite family restaurants and soon I might have to find a new one
They don't take reservations on line or on the open table app , you have to go in and do the reservations, I never made it in , went somewhere else to eat ,
If they don't take reservations they should take that feature off now the website
I reserved a table via your website. Upon my arrival I was informed that website reservations would not be honored. I did however receive a table for 6 within an hour of my arrival. The service, and food was satisfactory. I was told by a friend that they had a extremely high noise level, but my friends and I did not have a problem.
Great space in the back for large group dining! Our server was very nice and accommodating.
They did not take my reservations and had to Waite 40 min to seat and 30 min to eat
Horrible dining experience, maybe the worst in my adult life.
They had horrible service ,they messed up our order the entire night they brought out the wrong orders 4 times then did not have any drinks we ordered
We were running a few minutes late and I called to let them know and was told that they do not accept reservations so she would put my name on the list then. When I arrived with proof that I had made my reservation through Open Table, I was told they DID have my reservation and we would be seated as soon as possible. We left after being told 3 times during the next 45 minutes that they were "looking for seating" for us. Very disappointing!!
I was dining with out of town family. The manager had set aside a great table for us. Both the adults and the children enjoyed their meals and had a great time.
