A new chapter begins at @thealbertchicago. A newly relaunched Italian-American menu created by Chef David Danielson. This was my first time at @hotelemc2, and the space is beautiful, with a mix of science, art, and hidden Albert Einsteins. We got to try a variety of curated bites throughout the night. I’m still thinking about the panini and tiramisu; it was delicious. I can’t wait to come back for brunch and check out their menu. We’re we being blinded by science or by all of the amazing bites at @thealbertchicago at @hotelemc2 ? Chef David Danielson welcomed us in to “experiment” on some of the new menu items. Pizza, paninis, cheeses (oh jeebus!), a watermelon and blue cheese bite and not shown was the braised beef cheek with polenta that I may have dropped some on my phone. Carbonation and liquids came in the form of @bariano_prosecco . 7 pm is the new midnight! An early NYE @thealbertchicago inside @emc2hotel was exactly our speed. @chiappettisteve bringing the magic as always (top-tier pizza), Italian caviar from @becaimportsllc prosecco from local family-owned @bariano_prosecco … and home in pajamas by 7:30. 10/10 would celebrate this way again. It was an “elementally” good night at @hotelemc2 as they started their holiday vibes in motion (then they stay in motion). Trees and guests were glowing as we feasted on risotto, potato pizza, duck pizza, olive oil cake and that ravioli and sips of @bariano_prosecco in the @thealbertchicago . There was even “room” to fit in a room tour and now I am dreaming of a staycation this Christmas.
