Service is too slow. It does not take 30 mins to prep a tea stand. That’s how long I waited for mine. To be told “it takes time” doesn’t cut it. I didn’t enjoy it because of this unnecessary delay. My experience was rushed and it was a big treat for my Mam and myself for Xmas.

We attend every year for festive afternoon tea and as always it was a lovely experience. Food and service was excellent. Measures in place resulted in it feeling very safe without compromising the experience.

It was very relaxing, plenty of space between tables, staff were friendly and attentive & it felt lovely and festive.

It was a perfect setting for a very quiet spot of Afternoon Tea. I would recommend if doing it again that we would book it for 2.00 because we did see that it was around then that the people started to arrive and the music/piano started to set the scene. Thank you.

Excellent service at the Atrium. Staff very friendly and happy to for dietary requirements. Very welcoming atmosphere and provides a little oasis of calm in the middle of Dublin.

All Covid measures being taken. We felt very safe as all tables are well spaced. Food & drinks for afternoon tea were delicious & it's such a beautiful ambient setting. The piano player was a wonderful addition to this atmosphere. Cannot wait to go back

nice experience if you wanna try something different. The place is quiet and elegant, perfect for a romantic atmosphere. The price is high but service and food/drinks are very good.

Hello.

I reserved a table for my Valentine`s dinner at 09:00 pm, they accepted all. When I arrived to the restaurant, my table it wasn’t ready but the worst is that nobody in any moment say nothing about the food. Is result the restaurant closes the dinner at 9:00 pm, why if they already knew the special celebration they didn’t say nothing? i just ran to the next pub to try to find something to eat but of course my night was ruined.

Very accommodating staff, great interaction, superb Afternoon tea experience and location was one of a kind. Did not think a place like this existed in the bustling city of Dublin.

The sandwiches were a letdown , thick tough ham between bread, no flavor whatsoever, also thick slices of cucumber , very unappatizing. The scones were first class. The chocolate in macaroons etc was very dark and overpowering , not to my taste . Overall our group said they would prefer more quality savoury and less chocolate . Ambience and staff were excellent .

The afternoon tea was a real treat - the decor and surroundings were lovely. There was a nice buzz in the place but a lovely ambiance for chatting and enjoying the food and drink. The service was exceptional - friendly and professional - we felt very special.

This was my third afternoon tea (in the last 2 years or so) at the Atrium Lounge. The ambience and service on all three occasions could not be faulted. Unfortunately, we found the standard of the food was very different this time. The scones were hard and dry (as was the cake) and most of the baked goods were disappointing. We did, however enjoy the macaroon and the layered parfait in the small lidded jar. The sandwich fillings were quite nice but in general, the bread was very ordinary.
Though the atmosphere was lovely, the quality just didn't measure up to our previous experience. Sadly, we will be reluctant to return again.

It was the best afternoon tea I've had. The food was exquisite, the staff was so gentille but so professional and overall it was a little bit of heaven.
