Food was seasoned and presented well. However some dishes came out cold. Having to be sent back.

Complete disaster!
I booked specifically a table at the restaurant. They gave me a table at the Shisha bar which me and my partner did not want !!! I told them he has Asthma they still did not care! Customer service was so crap ! They are too busy to give a toss!
Complete waste of money and time !

So we came on time for our booking , they said they are fully booked so they wanted to place us at the Shisha bar which is complete different service to the restaurant , as I’ve been there before ! I did not want to be placed there, he said it might be two hour wait for the next table . Then his colleague on the down low said ‘ Yh they do that here, they con people into booking the restaurant but place couples in the Shisha bar’
Then they had the audacity to tell us to pay by cash, and to use their cash machine which charges me!
They gave us no loyalty or apology, they frankly did not care !

Food was good as usual. Loved the cocktails 🍹. New refurbishment is also lovely adding to the ambience

It was amazing. I went there on Monday evening with my best friend to celebrate my birthday. I turn 20 on that Monday which was the 14th of December and the service was excellent we got our food really quickly and when I told them that it was my birthday they made me feel very special by seeing me happy birthday and putting a sparkler on my desert which was a nice crème brûlée tart. It was really a special motive and I really enjoyed it especially with the excellent customer service. Thank you to the bank once again I would highly recommend people to go there especially if it’s for their birthday or even a date

Beautiful food and excellent service. A little cramped in our area between the screens designed to promote social distancing but overall a lovely experience.

Excellent place to eat. Great food and great service. Parking can be a challenge but we went there in rush hour. All in all a great place - will visit again

So me and my guests were very very disappointed, we loved this place, but the service became horrible. We will never come back tot his place. So, we came at 8:30, we have waited one hour for our food, the waitress checked on us after 40 min and then said just “sorry”, because obviously she forgot to give our order to the kitchen, and because of this waiting we couldnt order anything else (no desert or nothing else because the kitchen closed at ten). And at least when your customer wait for so long, you can offer appetiser or drinks for the waiting because for the price of your meal this is unacceptable to have a service so poor!!! And moreover, my friend found a slide of plastic in her food!!! So when we went to pay, the cashier were dealing with us to pay and then someone crossed over the line and the cashier decided to take his bill in front of us. It was a horrible experience, we were so happy to go the banc but unfortunately i will never recommend this place.

The place is just amazing, will forever be my home !!!

Parking facilities are well sign posted , they have a security guard on duty who notes your car registration and contact number felt assured the care was secure.

Upon arriving all staff were very welcoming, our Host the gentleman in the suit. He looked after us the whole evening.

Food and cocktails Were delicious, we will definitely be going back in the future.

It was all good but I was a bit annoyed that I couldn't pay with my card. In the lounge its cash only, it would have been nice to know that before arrival. Especially because I was called a few days before my booking.

The food and the ambiance was 10/10 however.

Their cocktails and shots were watered down.

It was such an AMAZING experience. The meal tasted soooo good. Seasoned perfectly, didn’t need any additional salt/pepper. Good portion. And the staff especially made the whole experience memorable. Thank you!

The timing period they allow you to stay on your table is not enough, we didn’t have time to fit in dessert, we were eating fast as well to make sure we were within the time limit. This removes the fun and enjoyment. After speaking to the manager he allowed us to stay longer

Had a nice time here, staff were generally nice although some of them could have been a little bit more friendly. The food was good and so were the drinks. We were sat at a really disappointing table though. No scenery to look at and we felt a bit shoved to the side... this sort of ruined the experience. We also asked to move to the lounge, but by the time someone came back to us, it was after 10pm. Overall not too bad but definitely some room for improvement...

Great atmosphere. Service as always impeccable. Food, without fail, was perfect. Steak was succulent and soft. Lamb chops tender and full of flavour. Fabio is a legend. Many thanks 😊

First time there, for my 21st birthday. Nobody was rude per se but they deffo neglected us, we waited 5 further mins for knives and forks after our food arrived, When we were ready for the bill we waited over 15 mins for someone, a couple waiters we tried calling but one or 2 kept walking past us and didn’t want to acknowledge us. Then finally the bill came and we waited another 5-10 mins. One thing I was extremely impressed with was the interior design and the cleanliness of the wc rooms.

The food was awfully salty and lacked flavour overall. Ordered the mixed grill and the chicken was a little burnt and so was the lamb chop. Starters were good.

I’ve been a fan of this place since very early days. I visited to see the new place after being renovated. As lush as it now is, I feel like it’s more for the ‘influencer’ type. I used to see old, young, all types here before. The service was also not great. Slow and no one asked us for dessert! There was also loud music on, which I found to be annoying. I’ve never had an issue but I hope this isn’t the beginning of the end... Please keep the historic vibe alive here.

Service was amazing, oscar was amazing, he made my friends birthday so easy and special, he went above and beyond, he was so helpful, the woman with braids was also very nice and helpful (Didnt catch her name) she helped me get across the slippery floor in my heels, food was lovely 8/10, cocktails were nice, could have been stronger but it was nice, overall i had a really nice time, inside is really nice too

The Banc customer service was efficient and satisfactory.
I have enjoyed the food with my partner. Although was quite expensive the environment of the restaurant was outstanding. I have had the best burger ever alongside with an outstanding starter. The steak was good but too pricy for what we got in my personal opinion. Excellent an-alcoholic mocktails.
