Very loud and hard to hear yourself speak
Not following social distancing at a time where london is in tier 2, didn’t feel safe as a customer. The management need to appreciate that there are people with health conditions coming to the restaurant with the trust that safety measures would be taken, this was disappointingly taken very casually.

Food is fantastic, service was very good, generally a really exceptional night out.

Lovely place!!!! Food is amazing.

The food, the service, ambience was fantasic. Could not fault the waiter, he was exceptional, very curtious, acknowledged everything, was fast and accurate. Shame the social distancing was a bit lax, we were sat too close to the tables on either side, maybe it was just where we were sat at the back on the left. But still a great night out.

We went to eat here for my husbands birthday. The place looks very stylish and with covid We felt very safe. They have a one way system and everyone wears masks while walking around. The tables are all distanced. Sit in a booth if you get a chance! The cocktails were amazing! The bar tender was lovely! Waiter was very attentive and was always there when we had questions/ needed to order. The food was amazing! We did over order as couldn’t decide what to eat but means dinner for the next day was sorted for us! Food was AMAZING! I left super full and couldn’t wait to go back!! Would highly recommend it!!!

The music was loud sounded like classical music. Really not the right ambience. I expected funky music as before but not sure what music they were playing. Food was plentiful & good value. Tilapia starter was perfectly cooked & delicious. Only disappointment was that the chicken korma was quite sweet & had sugar added to it, some granules undissolved. We didn’t eat it. We mentioned it to the waitress but she didn’t offer to exchange for another dish or a refund. We still paid for it.

My first thought as I walked in was I want to leave! It was the noisiest restaurant I have ever been in, plus it had giant screens showing football.(Not necessary during an evening meal in my opinion) If I had walked in without booking, I most definitely would not have booked a table. The staff were very friendly but the service was very slow. My friends enjoyed their food, mine was ok. With regards to Covid, apart from a separate Entrance & Exit, it could have been as normal times, ie: there were no screens between tables & there were 2 large parties of people seated nearby us. It was so noisy, we struggled to hear each other speaking. I would not return here. My ears were ringing for a long time after leaving the restaurant!

First time at “Funky Brownz” since re-furb. and lockdown and very impressed.
Food fantastic as before and liked new spacey lay out. Certainly gave me a “Covid Safe” feeling!

Sat in the garden area. Ok. However slow with service, taking orders for drinks and delivery of drinks and food. Food was good when received. Tiger wings are outstanding

Best indian food in the vicinity. Great ambience and nice clean place to eat. Highly recommend it.

Our first time trying because of the Eat Out to Help Out scheme. Excellent service with all the staff very attentive and checking everything was okay throughout our meal. Generous portions which all tasted great. Would highly recommend. In fact, have already booked our next visit for September!!!

This restaurant has beautiful ambience all round, a mix of luxury meets electric!
Great bar to sip on some mouthwatering cocktails perched upon golden high chairs and the lychee rose martini is to die for!!

Impressive dishes from melt in the mouth salmon tikka, haryali chicken, and crispy mushrooms.
End it with saffron pilau accompanied with butter chicken for mains! Definitely one of my fav places to dine in! Service is impeccable 👌

We were rushed as they wanted another booking to be seated. Initially gave us a table on another families table with no regards to social distancing. Then said we had to leave after 1.5 hours as they had another booking. Whilst we were having mains they kept coming over to see if we had finished and then asked if we could finish our drinks outside as it wasn’t raining! The lady manager / owner also was the only one not wearing a mask or PPE which was disappointing to see

Have been dining at least once a month with the family for past 5 years. Food is generally good. Staff is friendly. I was told tastecard will not be accepted anymore. Shame

Outstanding service, got seated almost straight away. Waiter was absolutely fantastic with great food recommendations. Went for a friend's birthday and the waiter brought out a brownie with a candle at the end. Not noisy at all and the service was really quick!

the same tasty food is back, love going to cardamom restaurant and I'm so glad I can go back
