I will never understand why when it's justv2 dining you set then near a loud group
We were moved so that is my only negative comment

Overall a great experience and we would return!!!!

Excellent service! Tables were at least 6 feet apart.
All staff wore masks, felt very comfortable eating dinner here

Great food, service and cocktail. George our server was very polite and professional. We shared the angel hair pasta with marinara and a small meatball ricotta pizza. Both very delicious. I had the winter berry sangria and Chocolate mousse. My husband had the carrot cake. We highly recommend this restaurant! Very extensive menu.

21st Anniversary

Always what we expect from the Chateau (we've been to five of 'em)! Started at the original in Waltham 40 plus years ago.
Our server Lynne was tremendous!

We asked for quahogs but served crab cakes . We didn’t say anything and ate them anyway .

It was our Anniversary we asked for a water view seat and ended up in the banquet room all by ourselves for almost our complete meal! It Was like a VIP room. Tammy was great and the food was wonderful we will definitely be back.

A solid family Italian restaurant that is reasonable priced.

Appetizers and food were cold and tasteless. Service was pushy and not curtis.

Chateau has adapted nicely to COVID limitations. Mid-afternoon Saturday was very comforable

Been to the Chateau in other locations many times, first time here. As expected the food was excellent (chicken marsala particularly good.) We were there on a Sunday evening and place was really empty. We were impressed with set up for indoor dining during COVID - whole rows of booths were closed and plexiglass panels between other booths. Service was fine. Hope the place is full on other days.. too good to be that empty.

I used opentable to make the reservation and when we got to the restaurant, we ended up having to wait almost half an hour

Long wait to get first drink order. Sat for about 20 minutes after being seated to have service.

We had the luncheon special entrees. They were excellent in taste, temperature and presentation. The service was great too. We will certainly return for another great experience.

Great food

We had a nice date night. The staff were friendly and efficient. The meals were delicious and we appreciated the 3 course specials! We will be back again!

Hubby ordered a duo of ravioli and chicken parm. Disappointed that it came w/out any side salad. Chicken was insufficient to satisfy hubby.
I ordered Chicken Piccata. Also disappointed in no side salad. Received chicken marsala. It wasn't bad but it wasn't good either.
The view and service were outstanding. Pricey for what you are getting.

I’m biased. This is my favorite restaurant. It is well run, the food is awesome and the staff are the best. It is clean, organized, and the view is lovely over the lake. My fave is veal parm dinner, antipasto. My husbands faves are raviolis and veal parm and the fried clams and scallops and even the lobster roll.

I have never had a bad meal here. Try the pizza too. It is delish!!!

Did not have our reservation the hostess was rude and very stressed wasn't sure if she could honor our request to be by the water only to find the place was empty

We have been customers of this Chateau location for a few years. The food is consistent and the service is always great. They have responded to the pandemic requirements appropriately. We enjoyed our return and will be back soon. Hope they add the pork chops back to the menu in the future. They were perfect.

Our dinner was fantastic as usual. Our waitress was so wonderful! She was attentive but not overbearing. She even brought our son a dessert for his birthday and sang. Love the atmosphere and the food. We will be back again!

Great food and atmosphere. Got married there 7 years ago. We always go there and have dinner. Best place. Food is awesome

Tables were not social distance apart. Broiled Salmon was over cooked and dried out. When the waitress was told of the problem she did not offer to take it back to the kitchen but instead offered melted butter.

We were a little disappointed this time service was good but some of the dishes were cold

We were seated promptly when we arrived at the restaurant. It was quite busy but we were greeted by our waitress a couple of minutes after being seated. She was professional and assisted us with enthusiasm. The entrees we selected were cooked to perfection. This was the first time we visited the restaurant but not our last!

We had birthday coupon for a free meal. The waitress was young, relatively new, and messed up a pasta order with us. She was very contrite, and her superior made a point to apologize profusely and they corrected the order without delay. The food is always good, the menu varied, and the rest of the evening was fine. I had the Shrimp, Scallops and Lobster Diavolo, which is spicy. I requested the blander version, with no peppers, which I've had several times, and it was delicious. I recommend The Chateau very highly. I don't think you would be disappointed.

Service poor and food just ok...

We dined on a Tuesday. The special of the day was chicken parmigiana. It was excellent for only $12.95. Our only disappointment was poor service.
