Lovely Christmas Eve meal. Can’t wait until you open again.

We went to coast Christmas Eve with our 5 year old granddaughter and daughter. Can’t fault the whole experience. Service was amazing, food was delicious we had such a nice table, music was good . Felt like nothing was to much trouble . So will be going back as soon as they re-open

Great place. Felt relaxed and happy from the second we stepped in. Such a lovely atmosphere. The staff, food and drinks were all brilliant. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic food and beautiful ambience. We had to wait for water and the wrong main dish was brought out but soon rectified. A couple of drinks also came to wrong table but all in all the food was delicious and we had a lovely evening out it down to busy festive period with the service hitches.

Excellent rib eye steak. Brilliant service. Would definitely recommend going there for a meal.

Lovely set up. Food nice but could have been hotter.
Too cold in the ‘outside area’ needs more heaters
Staff were very inattentive to the point of annoyingly slow, waited 1 hour for soup and bread then another hour for mains. Don’t like to rush but think that’s a little stretched, only just managed the food by closing time, arrival was 630pm.
Young ones need better training... time is money, could have spent more but no service...

Lovely evening as usual. Great food, drink and atmosphere. You could almost forget we were in strange restrictions due to covid.

Food was of a good standard and I’d eat there again. Service was slow but very attentive and understanding as they allowed us a free round of drinks due to slow service. So good food and a very good night out with that little bit of class from the manager and waitress.

Food was average took a long time to come out and that put expectations at a high. Fab decor great drinks we just expected a lot more from the food.

Went on the first night after lockdown, booked online. Good food and drinks, prompt service, and a very nice atmosphere. Got a phone call the next day to say I had left my new phone on the table, thus saving me a lot of trouble.Many thanks to the staff.

Will return without doubt.

Excellent find and we live in the village and did not go for a year. The wicker tables and chairs outside look down market. Inside is lovely especially the rear terrace. The food is outstanding and we could not wish for better service. It is pricey but worth every penny. Nobody minds paying for real quality. For elderly folks the music is a bit loud but they have to cater for all ages.

Fantastic food, service and ambiance - the only thing letting Coast down is cost. Very expensive considering pizza getting towards £17 and drinks very expensive.

The food was incredible, best meal I have had out for a while.

The only thing that let it down was a member of staff who asked my partner to go to the bar as she didn't know which drink he was asking for. When he got to the bar, the bartender abruptly told him to go and sit back down and not to order at the bar (which he wasn't and was only doing as he was asked, and he was even wearing his mask!!).

We still had a good experience overall, and all other staff members were lovely and we had a fantastic meal! Would definitely recommend and go back again.

Excellent food venue and service but comes at a price for some menu items.

Menu limited at the moment and website does not display the available meals. Might help if this was same as paper menu when you are seated?

Very enjoyable Sunday Lunch. Staff attentive and good service. Food was very good with a good choice of interesting options.

This was our first visit to The Coast and we will definitely be going again. The food was excellent and the service very good. We enjoyed the ambience of the restaurant. It was busy but we felt very safe. I would recommend it to all my friends to.

Starters were very good but our 3 main course pasta dishes were very poor, not up to your usual standards, the pasta in all cases was overcooked & the sauces too thick & congealed. Flavour not as described either, very disappointed.

First time we’ve been back since initial lockdown. Didn’t disappoint, great night as ever. Chicken Milanese was delicious. Thanks. We’ll be back ....!

This was our first visit for my wife and I and from the moment we walked in we were treated perfectly , the friendly staff were efficient and well mannered .
The menu and choice of wine was excellent, the food presentation and taste was superb and will certainly be booking a table again .
