                                                                              The entrees were excellent. I had the duck breast and my partner had the Roquefort filet. We both found the meat and sauce to be excellent. The potato and vegetable seemed an afterthought, with both of feeling they were bland. The wine list is excellent and the bottle we shared was wonderful, as expected.

                                                                              It was our wedding anniversary dinner, made our reservations 5 weeks in advance, when we went to be seated they put us between the bar and kitchen, we asked to be moved, they did, our next location was in a back corner next to a fire hose cabinet. Ugh, next our waitress did not check to see if our food was to our liking, by the time she came over we nearly done. We also wanted another glass of wine and she waited until we were done, then we waited 15 minutes to get another glass. Our expectations were to be treated with a little more attention compared to other restaurant's, unfortunately that wasn't the case. The food was good, but our overall experience disappointing, not sure i would come back.

Awesome wine selection with a Sommelier to help you pick from their extensive French wine selection. A jazz band playing in the background. What more could you want?

                                                                              The Earle did an exceptional job from start to finish on a busy Mother’s Day. Greeting from the hostess was warm and friendly. Server prompt and helpful, congenial. Wine steward delightful. The food was fantastic, grilled Salmon and a pasta dish, perfectly done and flavorful. Minor dietary needs met. The tomatoes in the house salad were amazing, juicy, sweet and fresh. The ginger shrimp appetizer fantastic as was the crème brûlée dessert. Topped off by a pleasant visit from the owner at the end of the meal asking about our experience. Outstanding food and service!

                                                                              We always enjoy dining at the Earle. The food is always excellent and we like that the sound level does not hinder discussion at the table, as it can do in some local restaurants. This time was no exception, the calamari and duck breasts were outstanding. The only reason that I could not give 5* is that the service yesterday was unusually slow. The restaurant didn’t seem to be abnormally busy but there was a 50 minute delay between placing the order and arrival of the entrees. Moreover, the waiter was not very communicative, in terms of providing some explanation for the delay or even an apology. This is unusual for the Earle since we have previously always enjoyed prompt and courteous service.

Jazz trio was a nice background effect and we enjoyed listening from the bar area after dinner. The food was a sincere disappointment. Very pricey, and just not very good.                                                                               Our first time visiting this wonderful restaurant, and we will definitely return. The owner was wonderful in helping with adjusting our reservation during a very busy time of year with commencement, Chef Jason and his staff made a wonderful meal for us all and worked around serious allergies.                                                                               we celebrated my son's college graduation at the Earle. It was the perfect setting for a celebratory dinner. The service and food were wonderful. We will definitely plan to go back.

                                                                              The Earle is our favorite restaurant to celebrate our anniversary every year! The duck entree is my favorite, and the food is always spot on. The atmosphere is elegant and comfortable. We had a quiet table that felt nice and private. Our server was very helpful and friendly, and the food is plentiful, enough for leftovers the next day. This has been our go to restaurant for special occasions for over 30 years!

                                                                              What a great place. Food was spectacular. Service (Laura) was attentive. The 3 piece jazz band played loud enough to hear but light enough to blend into the ambiance of the restaurant. Overall a wonderfull night of dining. The escargot appitizer was cooked perfect (not rubbery) and the duck breast wonderful. Highly recommend the Old Toby Old Fashion for a nice smokey drink!. We'll be back.
