The Foundry

I work in the industry so I don’t get many opportunities to dine out. My job is currently in “hibernation” so I felt like treating myself. The space is gorgeous and the buffet brunch had everything you could want. Great value! The drinks were delicious and our server Tiffanie was attentive, pleasant and an all around gem! We met the pastry chef who was also a delight and her doughnuts were delicious! Will definitely recommend and be back soon!

Hostess team worked to get us a table near the bar and placed right near the entertainer. The entrees were excellent, service was impeccable, and made for a great night out. The musician was great and his music and volume were appropriate for the dining. Well managed establishment I hope to frequent time and again.

Food was delicious, service was attentive and quick, and they have a huge cocktail/wine list!! Will be back for sure.

We came for the Sunday brunch and everything about it was excellent. Servers provided all of the foods so there was no community touching of serve ware or plates and they were all very friendly. The food was amazing, good variety and even better quality. It is located in one of the old mill buildings along the river so it is pretty and they kept the industrial look with updates that make it look classy. Would absolutely come back again.

We went for the brunch buffet. Even during COVID it was AMAZING! Servers were there to grab whatever you would like from the buffet. Amazing breakfast cocktails. Delicious coffee. Great ambiance. Our waitress was very attentive and on top of things. Looking forward to returning!

Beautiful atmosphere and ambiance. Impeccable service. But the menu may as well be that of The 99 Restaurant. We expected so many more refined dishes. And business casual is jeans and t shirts. One and done for us.

Great feel and atmosphere. Been there twice hoping the entrees would improve. Disappointed again as the main course was excellent but the side dishes were second rate. Loads of cheap, overcooked onions is unacceptable. This restaurant needs a new head chef to reimagine a first class entree to support the price point.

From the time we walked in to the time we left it was an exceptionally wonderful experience . Waitress Kathy did not rush us and was by to check on us frequently and was pleasantly throughout. Food as always was plentiful and tasty. Cheeseboard was perfect for two all choices by the manager in charge all in all will be back again and again

The staff was exceptional from the moment we walked in, at all levels of service. The food was amazing! I'm so grateful they continue to stay open during this time.

Everything was perfect for our date night! The view of the river was beautiful. Our server was just so bright and bubbly, overall will be going back and telling more people about how great this place is ☺️☺️☺️

We had dinner here on New Years Day - the place was quiet with few diners but the food and service was outstanding. Everything from the burger to steaks was cooked to perfection and you have to try the buttered fries! Wow!!! Upscale and worth the price.

Went to The Foundry on New Year’s Eve and the food and drinks were excellent. Our waitress was the sweetest girl and very attentive to our requests!!

The live music was way too loud and reverberated throughout the entire restaurant because it was not full. I was at the very back of the restaurant and had to practically shout to be heard. Normally it is 5 stars across the board but I think the restaurant should reconsider the live music aspect, or at least the volume, when it’s not that busy.

Aaron was our waiter and he was outstanding. Got the complicated order correct. The food was excellent. Our booth table overlooked a window where we had a gorgeous view of the river. Thank you all!! We will be back soon!!

Loved going on Wednesday night as there were not a lot of people. This is a restaurant that can get too noisy for me, so Wednesday night was absolutely lovely. Did find that the oysters were tiny for the price. Delicious, but tiny. The cheese and charcuterie board is always divine. If you love blue cheese - go for the shades of blue!!!! Could use honey with it and something to counterpoint the camembert we selected - sometimes fig jam or something like that is served with it. And salmon was delicious and fresh. Did not need the apples, as the kale was amazing. Not really into sweetened entree that's very common. Lovely experience as we celebrated.

The foundry was very nice. The service and food was great. This was our first time, we will definitely be back. A little pricey but well worth it. I would definitely recommend the Foundry.

Went for Sunday brunch. The selection was wonderful and delicious- it was easy to see why they are the best in NH!
I had juicy slices of eye of round roast with horseradish, roasted potatoes, bacon, Mac n cheese and chocolate macarons with a delightfully spicy Tito’s Bloody Mary which could have easily passed for a meal in itself with the added bacon strips, celery, peppers, cucumbers and olives.

Totally gluttonous fabulosity.

Other choices on the line were quiches, omelette station, oysters, giant shrimp, pork ribs, chicken wings, muffins, s’mores donuts, cookies, salads, fruit and so much more I can’t remember it all.

Ambience is gorgeous in this mill building with of course the brick walls, floor to ceiling windows, shiny dark hardwood flooring, wooden beams, sweet fireplace. It’s sumptuously upscale without being pretentious.

Our server was sweet and attentive. We have zero complaints!

Go. You will not be disappointed!

Excellent meal. Our server, Aaron, was very knowledgeable about the food. We ordered a cheese board and he didn’t steer us wrong with his recommendations. Entrees were excellent also. Scallops were delicious! This restaurant is cavernous so I felt safe eating out, socially distanced from other customers. Live Music playing in the bar added to a relaxed, enjoyable, dining experience.

The Foundry needs to keep the patio open unless it is raining or snowing. We will bundle up and sit outside. We can not sit inside during COVID!

My wife and I celebrated our 35th anniversary and as always the service was outstanding the food was terrific no matter if you go in for Sunday brunch or evening dinner the service and the food is outstanding worth a trip from anywhere

The brunch food, drinks and service were outstanding. It’s clear the Foundry team takes great pride in the experience and everyone I saw was taking appropriate safety precautions as well. We will be back soon!

One of our favorites places for date night. Staff is so accommodating - we make reservations so we don’t miss out but also like said reservation to be in the bar area, and they always do what they can to meet our requests. Food is delicious from start to finish and we love the extensive beer inventory and creative cocktails.

Always great service. The drinks are yummy! Atmosphere is great. Very trendy. Love the live music. Wish the poutine was a little tastier (cheese curds need to melt more). The rest of our party loved the oysters. Will definitely be back.
