The Four Seasons Diamond Room Restaurant
As can be expected with the hub bub about the Coronavirus the restaurant was very quiet, and it was nice to have the place to ourselves with one other couple at another table. The Chef came out and talked with us, and our waitress Jill was amazing. I ordered the scallops and my husband got shrimp. We had the tuna tartar as an appetizer and it was fabulous! The raspberry sorbet was a nice touch to cleanse the palate before the main dish, and my only wish was that I could have eaten more! Over all, a solid 5 stars and will be back when this virus thing has quieted down.
We have been going there for 20+ years under various ownerships, but this visit took the cake! It was probably the best dining experience we have had in a long time. The Four Seasons is an absolutely lovely place. You can't beat the 4-course dinner -- includes soup AND salad. Had the Stuffed Green Pepper Soup which was practically a meal in itself! Dinner portions were generous for the price and we would recommend anything on the menu. We can't believe how fortunate we are to be so near a true "diamond" in the North woods of Wisconsin.
We had absolutely amazing meals. From the steak which was tender enough to cut with a butter knife, to the amazing seefood and scallops (two in our group that had scallops said they were the best they've ever had). Even the sides were wonderful (best tasting mashed potatoes and broccoli I've had at a restaurant).
