The staff were very friendly, and so helpful. Their knowledge of gin was incredible.

Great service, lovely food and coffee (we went at lunchtime). Music was a bit loud at first, however the server was very accommodating to turn it down a bit. I can imagine it would be good for after-work drinks too.
The Fox Hole is one of my favourite restaurants for lunch or dinner. The menu is simple and the food is excellent. The gin selection is wondrous and James is happy to share recommendations. The service is fantastic. I can’t recommend the Fox Hole enough!

The Fox Hole is a fantastic little bar/restaurant, perfect for a chilled dinner and drinks with friends. They have an excellent and extensive gin menu along with many other spirits.
The scotch egg is the best I've had in Australia, and the lamb ragout and dumplings are superb and the service is second to none..highly recommend!!

During the COVID-19 crisis we’ve all made changes to meet the evolving situation to protect the community, our customers and our staff. All venues were limited to 10 patrons at a time and it was a legal requirement that alcohol only be served with meal. We understand you refused to order dinner and so were legally unable to serve you. We work hard to provide 5 star experiences and we’re sorry that the law meant you didn’t enjoy your experience. We look forward to welcoming you back again soon.
We were looking for a place to have a lunch first day back from the restrictions being lifted and through open table we came across the fox hole. All I can say is what a great experience, the food, wine and service was first class!!! We will definitely be heading back
Love this place!! Great vibe, you can just relax - I always sit upstairs as loads of sunlight. Went on a Wednesday and it was perfect.
