   The restaurant was packed and it had a live singer. The singer was too loud to have a decent conversation. Our server was nice but slow. She was trying her best. They use a “robot” to carry food to the table. A person takes the food to distribute it. He however would not take any of our used dishes away even though table was overcrowded.

   We had 4 different entrees, all of which were excellent. Our server, Emma, was prompt, attentive, friendly and efficient. The environment, facilities and staff were all great.

   I ordered the filet and my husband the pork chops and the catfish bites as an appetizer. Everything was so freaking good! Like really good or maybe we were just that hungry but either way. Loved it. Finished our evening with desserts in the Robinson Room which was also really nice.

   Took out of town family here. We also went bowling and had issues with service being available. I was passed by 5 employees and no one thought to ask if we needed assistance. I then had to find someone to ask for our check. I’ve been before and this was by far the worst experience and I will definitely not be returning. It was embarrassing.

    Service was good, decor was stylish. Don't waste your time on the shrimp and grits... its heavy and the restaurant should change "Award Winning" to the Friend Chicken and Waffles! Its AMAZING!!!

    So my wife and I came here for dinner. We ordered the quesadillas and the seafood pasta. The chicken in the quesadillas were cold and dry. The Alfredo sauce was super runny. Watery. And bland. So we ordered the wings because how can you mess up some wings. The wings were of course AMAZING! The server was amazing. Even the management staff made sure we were taken care of. I’d go back again to give them another chance.

    I celebrated my 30th birthday at The Grand on 3/3/23, and had an amazing time. This was everyone's, excluding me, first time visiting. All of my guest enjoyed themselves and said they'd return. Our waitress Aaliyah was great!

    Reservation at 8:15 sat at 9:00 after going to the hostess to find out what was going on. Loud musician placed in the center of the room, no place settings or silverware-had to ask after food was delivered, short 2 people water (party of 7) my food never came, finally asked and they said @we ran out of shrimp and waiting for more” WTH ??????? Ok I’m embarrassed that I recommend this place to our friends from out of state, bowling was why we came but I can’t even go into that situation

    This was Valentines Day. We used the special Valentines Day menu. We saw that they had chocolate covered strawberries for dessert - so we did not get appetizers - thinking we’d rather have the strawberries for dessert. We were so disappointed when it came to order dessert that they were already out of that dessert - and one other. Poor planning. We we had a early (5:45) reservation. And they were out of two desserts!

    Our service was just ok. We ordered the cheese fries as an appetizer and they were cold. The rest of our meal was good, but overpriced. Then we went bowling and our lanes kept messing up and for $75 an hour, I wouldn’t expect that. Overall, not worth what they are charging.

    Zion our server was so amazing. He made us feel so welcomed as this was our first time visiting this establishment. **The hostess gave our table to someone else and we had a reservation. I do think they should verify ID or the reservation email so this doesnt happen to guests. She told us our party was already at the restaurant and told us to walk around the back- this was the disappointing piece of our visit. The food was good and had a nice atmosphere.

    Our waitress was a sweetheart! That the only good thing about the whole experience!! The drinks were horrible!! Tasted like pure drink mix wth nothing else. The appetizers we got was spinach dip was like eating tasteless pureed baby food with stale chips. The dinner was cold parts under cooked and other parts overcooked and like been sitting out for hours. DO NOT RECOMMEND & WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!

    The atmosphere at The Grand was fun and exciting! Our server Kristen C was sweet, friendly, and attentive. The seating was comfortable and entertaining, as we got to see the robotic server moving about. Despite the loudness of the bar and kitchen, we comfortably carried on a conversation and was allowed the freedom to linger despite the busy Friday night vibes. We didn’t have to wait to get our table which we made reservations for. The wine was delicious and the service was excellent! All that being said, I was disappointed in the food, for the price I paid, I expected better. I got the basil goat cheese salmon. The salmon itself tasted great! I scraped off the goat cheese (which I am not a huge fan of, but thought I love salmon so I’ll give it a try). No harm done, the salmon was cooked perfectly but for $27 - the plate didn’t wow me. The broccolini’s were hard as a rock undercooked (and I like my veggies a little crisp), but these were not even cooked, like I couldn’t cut through them. Then my dish was served with mashed potatoes- uh, these were INSTANT! They had to be, the consistency and the look. Ugh. Why? That was shocking. They were scooped with an ice cream scoop and plopped on the plate. That surprised me. However, the brussel sprouts appetizer was awesome. So, something to keep in mind when ordering an entree. I’ve been here before and got a sandwich and loved it! So, note…might be better off ordering something other than an entree if that’s what the sides are like.

    Went for brunch and didn’t have a good experience. Got seated and waited 20 min for a server to come over before having to send someone in our party to the host stand to ask for a server. Place was not very busy. Then we ordered drinks and 3/4 people got drinks, so we had to ask for the 4th one again, and then they brought out the wrong beer and had to be sent back and got the right beer a few min later. Then when we ordered our food, someone asked if the side salad had any tomatoes on it, since they don’t like them and was told no by the server…… of course it had tomatoes on it. Didn’t bother sending it back since everything took so long already. We had also ordered a mimosa bucket that we had to end up canceling because we had finished our food and still had not received it. Overall it was not a good experience and we won’t be going back

    I get the robot delivery to the table, it’s cool. But my food showed up, no personnel. I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to get it myself, wait, or what. The grits in my scramble bowl were slightly warm, not hot. Food tasted great. And back to the robot, our server took my order, filled our water glasses, and presented us with our bill. Is that a 20% tip situation? It’s not the server’s fault but what exactly am I tipping for? We tipped 25% but that was out of habit. It’s an interesting dilemma. It is a really cool place though.
