Introducing The Greggory, set to open in the Arboretum of South Barrington on March 7th, 2025. This restaurant redefines American classics with a touch of warm, sincere hospitality. The establishment is helmed by seasoned restaurateurs Gregg Horan of Gibsons Restaurant Group and Bill Veremis of Rosewood Steakhouse Group, alongside partner Executive Chef Jose Sosa of Gibsons Italia.
The Greggory caters to the increasing demand in the Northwest suburbs for a local venue that offers a sophisticated yet welcoming ambiance.     Sat at the bar 1st the atmosphere was amazing, the service was outstanding. Then went to our table. The service was amazing & the food was incredible. I’m going back there for sure

    Excellent restaurant in every way. Note: I requested a quiet table and they really tried to accommodate my wishes. We got a corner table in the one of the rooms at the rear of the restaurant. This was very much appreciated. All restaurants have noise levels that are hard on people that have trouble hearing so we were happy with their seating selection for us. Service was stupendous!

    We had a great table with a wonderful server named Jackie who was friendly and knowledgeable and made our evening a pleasure. A great menu that she helped us navigate as it was our first time there. A fun evening with great food and a great atmosphere!!

    Awesome staff and very solid food. Only complaint is that the whipped potatoes were on the thin side. Overall good. We’re going back.
