I did not expect the restaurant to be based within a loud and busy food hall, it was no different setting to eating within a food hall at a regular shopping centre.
Getting the attention of staff to take our order was difficult and what was described as a baby chicken, was actually a very small chicken for £28!
Great as always, service was so good and steak perfect!
Most enjoyable food and service. A little costly but fair value
Too noisy, red meat steaks were in no in way a match to its price. Badly presented and a real disappointment Thumbs up for the chicken roast only.
We had a great lunch on Saturday. It felt covid safe. Good table spacing, masks were visible.
Food was good quality.
Service was excellent and food standard as one would expect.
Made to feel very welcome on arrival. Food excellent. Difficulty in hearing waiter but understand this is due to restrictions/mask and noise level in restaurant. Always pleased with excellent service throughout the food halls
We always enjoy eating at the grill. The menu is now smaller than before but everything was as good as always

Difficult times but the hour we spent having a delicious lunch at Harrods grill was a fabulous distraction Food lovely and staff attentive but unobtrusive Totally surprised by the bill being discounted by £40 ( ongoing eat out to help out during September) Would definitely go again

Great burger and fries even my 4 year old enjoyed his and ate it all
Never disappoints food is always perfect and staff always friendly
Staff were lovely and very attentive it was very quiet there due to the recent pandemic. The menu is limited but for the Harrods name and the price the steak was not the best and you can get better in any pub.
Unfortunately we were really disappointed with our meal. My sons burger was overcooked and difficult to eat. I didn’t find the service at all attentive as you would expect. Won’t be returning!

The rib eye steak was lovely. Worth coming all the way from Bournemouth.
very expensive, sides and every thing; the peppercorn sauce looked and tasted like anything but.
Quieter due to Covid restrictions hence the slightly lower mark for Ambiance but a lovely meal with great friendly service. Our favourite treat when in London.
Food was absolutely fabulous. Waiter was very friendly and helpful.

Really disappointed with the food, I've been to the grill and previously the steak house & rotisserie many times and to be honest I noticed a drop in the quality of the food when they combined but nothing like this experience. Literally within 5 minuets of ordering my food had arrived (before my drinks!) The potatoes were cold and it seemed like the food had been sitting about for a while.
Really disappointed as this used to be one of my go to's in London.

The atmosphere is great and the steak was very delicious
Loved the rib eye! Lovely friendly stuff. Very noce experience overall. A little bot overpriced for a foodhall, even such a luxury one
Didn’t look at my notes on the menu card. Steak arrived bloody and my notes said no blood. My companion waited for me and her meal went cold

Simple food, Good taste, Great service but Highest price, can acceptable because of it's Harrods.
It was quiet which was lovely but unfortunately the steak was sent back as very fatty ( not something i usually find with a fillet order ) and was medium rare rather than well done , also my friend ordered the 350 but it came out as 250 without them letting us know that they couldn’t fulfil the order so we then had to order two 250 rather than the original 250 and 350 - the side dishes were mostly forgotten about but once the well done steak which was medium rare and too fatty was redone the food itself was good just poor service im afraid and with it being so quiet and being Harrods I did expect attention to detail

One of the best burgers I ever had
Very nice meal and enjoyed that it was right by the food hall so picked up some treats for later. Nice atmosphere and staff were friendly. Harrods is an experience.

Service: Our waitress was really fantastic
Food: Unfortunately one of our two whole chickens was seriously under cooked, bordering on raw.
We sent it back to allow the chef to sort it, but he sent it back saying it was fine. We didn’t eat it as we did not want to take a risk.
Atmosphere: Always a great atmosphere in the food hall.
Over all: the chicken really spoiled our experience as that was the whole reason we dined here. We are from Edinburgh and always come to the grill for chicken when we are in London but this time was a real disappointment

We had an enjoyable time and the food was tasty.
It was disappointing that the few tables over had some guests talking very loudly.
friendly staff and a very tasty sirloin steak with peppercorn sauce!
I liked the dauphinoise potato too!
Perhaps let down a bit by a bit on the noisy side and quite a small seating area
Also, no table cloths or wine glasses on the tables when you arrive!
Delicious food, friendly and very efficient service. Would definitely go again and recommend.
Have been a regular customer for many years but since remodeling the service has changed for the worse. Main course was brought out whilst I was still half way through my starter and placed between me and another customer. Staff seems completely frazzled and our of sync. 2 gentlemen beside me had ordered steaks before I sat and were ticks after my main course was brought (early) that their order was accidentally deleted.
Good service but as they are so busy need more people.
On the side of expensive but worth the convenience and good food and atmosphere.
Will definitely go back but sit at the bar, which is much better.

Overall the service was good. However £38 pounds for a burger, you would expect something exceptional. It was small and lacking. We didn’t really finish our meals even though it could have been really good. Don’t we all want to leave a restaurant and say “wow, that was really really good!” We’ve been here before, the first time was about 15 years ago. THAT meal was exceptional and we did walk out promising ourselves we would return.

Serviced was so bad
For some reason they gave my reservation along with my specially requested table to someone because they thought it was me.
The new table was dirty as it had a smear of sauce on it that wasn’t cleaned properly.
The food is good and the portion of the chicken is huge. Personally, I’m glad I tried it but I wouldn’t go back there.

Nuestra comida demoró muchísimo, pedimos carne y no estaba en el término solicitado. Estaba un poco quemada. No había varios platillos de la carta de degustación y nos dieron otras opciones no muy buenas. En general estuvo pésimo. Debimos habernos parado y salir corriendo de ahí
