   クリスマスイブに行きましたが、しょうもないクリスマスメニューもなく、とても美味しくいただけました。一つ言えば、机が二人には小さすぎた点が改善してほしいところでしょうか。料理も美味しく、サービスも悪くないです。

   We had friends from abroad and wanted to bring them to this restaurant. We were running late and informed the restaurant however they repeated themselves on several occasions that the kitchen will be closing to which we said yes but we will arrive there before that happens! We arrived late due to reasons out of our control. The lady on the phone was so rude repeatedly saying you may not order this and you can’t have that. Our chef is leaving and that’s that. We ordered food over the telephone to assure the server we were attending and to please keep the kitchen open. To which she was so rude When we arrived we not greeted or welcomed nicely. If anything we were told to order drinks straight away. Before we even had a chance to look at the menu!! The servers were rude with an attitude! I asked for a spoon and the server said I have to look elsewhere as they don’t have any. He did not return and my food went cold! I had to ask someone else for a spoon to which as the table was so small and overcrowded with glasses and cutlery and dishes he threw the spoon in to my bowl. I have been to other branches of this chain restaurant and has superb service hence why I thought to bring friends. I am disgusted with the service and would never return to this branch. The servers at this restaurant were not helpful, rude and almost pushed us out the door.

   The place is just so pretty inside (as works are on around) We came with children and even if the place looks posh we did not feel out of place. The service is ok but lacking of professionalism

    Was manic inside. Service wasn’t very good at all. No dedicated server. Lots of people “stepping in” seemed to be an issue with the kitchens. Waited 1hr 40 and still no main course. So had to leave and cancel the rest of the order as due to attend a show. Lots of things forgotten, water, cutlery, glassware. Very disappointing as was a special occasion, server attempted service recovery at the end by comping but was still overall disappointing.

    Was well worth the visit. We travelled from Australia and this was on the list as a to do... I would highly recommend going. We took our three children 7,9 and 10. Catered for families which I thought was great. Right in the heart of Soho AAAA+++++

    We were held up in traffic so arrived a few minutes late for our table. We were welcomed with no problem and as we had limited time before the theatre matinee our order was taken swiftly. Everything (for nine of us) arrived promptly and the waiting staff were efficient and friendly. All agreed it was a delicious lunch too.

    7 diners, 6 happy, the odd one had chicken millianaise, which was pink in places & in chicken this is not good. This was pointed out to the waitress, who was very good and would relay this to the kitchen but we heard no more & we were there for at least another 30 minutes before we left. We would use this restaurant again, but obviously not the chicken.

    Great breakfast on a Saturday morning. Surprisingly uncrowded around 9.30. Service was excellent, staff attentive, very polite and the food was all freshly cooked and excellent quality. Such a great location too. Can't wait to return.

    I booked a table for my wife and I at ‘The Ivy Soho Brasserie’ to celebrate her Birthday before going onto the theatre. First impressions were good, lovely decor. I requested a cosy romantic table for two. I was satisfied with our table though it wasn’t entirely what we requested. This was mostly down to two obnoxious and overbearing potty mouthed business guys sat at the bar. They seemed content with swearing frequently, even with a family with two young children sat just 2 meters away. I was surprised the bar staff didn’t speak to them about this. The food was of good quality, I really enjoyed the Pate with brioche toast for starter. My wife had the pumpkin soup, she loved it. For mains we had Blackened Cod & the Fish Cake with sides of chinky chips and green beans. The poached egg on top of the fish cake was perfect, oozing nicely once cut into and giving the fish cake that extra moistness it deserves. My wife’s green herbs were very so dente, so much so her knife (seemed like a butter knife) struggled to cut through them. Perhaps an extra minute cooking or a sharper knife would improve this. For dessert we both had the pineapple and coconut panne cotta, this was disappointing for me as I struggled to taste the coconut and it was a little too loose in it’s consistency.. sloppy. As it was my wife’s birthday they also brought her a large profiterole with happy birthday written on the decoration. This was a nice touch, however, unlike another birthday table the staff didn’t bother singing happy birthday, to be honest we were both happy with this though😅 The waiting staff were very pleasant and professional as were all the other staff we came across. We especially liked the staff at front of house, very smiley and helpful with directions to the theatre. Overall we were happy with our booking here and will return. I would just hope those two guys would not be sat in this lovely restaurant again and if they are then hopefully the staff could deal with them.

    The man at reception was very unfriendly. I asked for a table elsewhere as we had our reservation booked some time ago and I did ask in my booking for a nicer table for 4 people. Upon arrival he just said no there are no other tables available. There was several tables empty the entire time we were there. The food was great! But service didn’t know what was in the actual menu or what food it was. Couldn’t basically answer any questions about it. We asked for vinegar several times which never came. I don’t understand how they charge 13,5 % service charge for this service.

    Caveats - dining with 3 kids as a single parent, there are probably easier places to try and eat. All in, positive vibes and child 2 decided it was the best burger ever, so I did something right. However, service was friendly but confused, if having 2 kids chicken dishes on the menu is confusing, ditch one, as the waiters can’t tell the difference either. For a ribeye steak, it’s not going to live long in the memory. Grateful that they accommodated us early, was in no rush to leave. It’s a nice venue, just needs some service polish.

    The staff were friendly and professional. They didn’t enforce an adult set menu for kids like other restaurants on New Year's Eve. This means a lot to me; I don’t understand how some restaurants think this is ok for a 6:30pm seating. Like all restaurants, there was a time limit, but they handled this with the utmost care, not making us feel rushed - when we left, a team of staff changed the table in a split second, ready for the next diners. It’s a delicate balance, and they executed it very well.

    NYE pre-dinner. Lovely decor and music. However, it appeared we were forgotten about as we had to request drinks. Furthermore, there were loads of staff floating around but none for us despite having an empty table. Food was good. Portion size is great value for money. The waiting time between dishes was long. However, the quality of the food was worth the wait.

    Booked as a pre theatre lunch. We turned up 15 minutes early to our booking and even though the restaurant was fully booked, they were very accommodating, finding us a table within a few minutes. The food was, as always, wonderful, with excellent choices for all, I highly recommend the Zucchini Frittes. The staff are friendly and efficient. Love the decor. I will definitely be going back
