It was as expected

Ate there 3 tomes. Each waitress didn’t seem happy or happy to see us. Food mediocre.

Everything worked out very well. Service and food was excellent. In spite of the COVID restrictions, everything tuned out very well. Thanks!

Amazing service lovely atmosphere and was great to see the manager Jerry I believe is his name out on the floor and serving food and checking in with each table. I would highly recommend this restaurant

Great spot and food services.

I got my food 45 minutes later, and I didn’t get my salad when it was part of the keg classic. But I like the fact that it was connected to the hotel we were staying.

As always the Keg did not disappoint. Our waitress was the most pleasant courteous young woman.

Great service and good food. The Keg did an excellent job of keeping the restaurant safe and clean. Our waiter was excellent. We enjoyed our evening and the steak is always delicious and cooked perfectly. I did the steak and crab dinner and the crab was a little over cooked. Otherwise a very good evening.

Great food..never fails. Chicken and ribs were superb.

Covid protocol was followed to a T. Staff was courteous, friendly and welcoming. The service was impeccable and our server was the best! The food was amazing and our server suggestions were great and made the experience even better! We will make the trek back to Banff and return to this Keg for sure! And it goes without saying that the Open Table app made it super simple to get the reservation made. Love this app!

We had reservations for Sunday Brunch because we were staying in the hotel. The menu was very limited the hostess sat us at a dirty table in the bar, and the service was extremely slow. The food was less than mediocre I would never go back !

Our service was great, table was great, COVID-19 procedures were great. Our steak was good, But the sides were lacking. Half of a broiled tomato for a vegetable is subpar in my opinion. My side of mushrooms was very bland, with no seasoning. Otherwise, a lovely dinner

Great Happy Hour offerings between 4 pm - 6 pm including Prime Rib Sliders ($12), Baked Brie ($12), Calamari ($10) and their famous Giant Shrimp Cocktail for only $10 (Reg. $15)!! Great service and mountain ambiance.

It was a great experience. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. This was a surprise birthday dinner for my wife and everything went excellent.

The keg has long been one of our favourite places when it comes to steak but this experience was a bit of a disappointment. My meal was just not up to the standard we were expecting and accustomed to.

We went to KEG for our honeymoon dinner. Our meals were delightful and tasty. The hostess also offered us a complimentary cheesecake which was scrumptious. What a memorable night :)

Celebrating my mums 86 th and my husbands 68 birthdays! We had the pleasure of a very special gift! We were the receivers of a very generous random act of kindness. Some very kind and generous soul paid our entire bill! We were overwhelmed by this! We glowed all the way back to Canmore! Now we look forward to paying it forward! To our dinner angel, Thankyou for making our evening magical!

Food was well-timed - everyone's salads came at the same time, as did mains.
They split dessert on 2 plates so we didn't have to "share."
Server was courteous and friendly, but not overbearing.
Highly recommend, but make reservations! Saturday night was very busy. We lucked-out getting a 6pm reservation. The next available was 8:15pm.

Great family supper out on our trip to Canmore/Banff/Lake Louise!
