Beautiful view of the falls. Great service. Had sirloin. All guests had them done to their liking. Good local wines on menu.
Waiting a long time for our dinner. Based on the up charge to eat in Niagara along with the lack lustre food and service we won’t be back.
I have a severe allergy to protein in milk and when I visit the keg I usually have a manager Come to my table to review what I have ordered and suggest substitutions if required. This is so appreciated for someone whose allergy is very serious however I did not speak to a food manager during my visit to the embassy suites keg Sunday March 8 so the waitress had many trips back to the kitchen to check on the ingredients and preparation of my food .
Opentable reservation was not received by the Staff. We had to wait 45 mins for a table to open up. How were we not on their reservation list????! This was for our anniversary and we were late for our 9pm concert at Fallsview Casino.
The Keg was amazing yet open table did not do the reservation which was a huge disappointment as it was our anniversary and we got confirmation from open table.
Food was great, service was very good but we did feel a bit rushed. Music was way too loud so it was hard to hear conversation. Still had a pleasant experience, view was lovely.
Elevators took forever. Parking prices were outrageous. Breakfast buffet was not good, but kids enjoyed it.
Majority of the restaurant has a great view of the falls with comfortable seating. The food is mediocre in comparison to other keg chains (fattier cuts of steak, over cooked sides, dry appetizer).
The service was not outstanding but certainly friendly. Granted this is during low season for an early dinner time. My previous experience I found it noisy and waited far too long even with a reservation.
If you are looking for amazing food in Niagara Falls this is not the place to go. However, if you are looking for a decent meal with good atmosphere it will suffice!
Outstanding food. We are quite fussy and have high standards but this is probably been the best steak we have ever had. Knowledgeable and attentive waiting staff made this a fantastic experience. Dessert was great too.
Our waitress was amazing, fast and friendly. Although we made reservations for 7:30 and didn’t get seated until 8:30.
We had a reservation for 7:30 pm. Didn’t get a table until 8:45 pm! Not acceptable. Manager took wine and dessert off bill.
Waitress was very busy and had to “catch her” to complete our service and bring another drink and dessert
Amazing food and service. We just were disappointed that our reservation was 1 hour late.
The food was great but are service not so much. Our waitress seemed to have something on her mind and wasn’t very attentive. We waiting very long for her to come around and see if our food was ok. And our last drinks we waited 15 minutes for. We were so annoyed that we unfortunately didn’t stay to enjoy the birthday dessert
Started off wonderful. Ordered kegs classic dinners, salads arrived. Poor cutting of lettuce (bottoms left on), our main courses arrived: husbands steak cooked perfectly. I ordered medium, steak was rare, had to wait about 5 minutes for servicer to come back and said I could not eat it as it was rare. Took the steak and it was 15-20 minutes until it was returned (same steak) my husband had finished his meal and I was so upset I sent the plate back as I was over the meal.
Being the first time in a year that my husband and I went away for a night it was very disappointing .
This was out first time at this location. We enjoy the St Catharines locations mostly. We found the Fallsview location to be VERY loud and busy. Parking is an issue and felt very rushed with being seated. Our server was excellent and i praise him for being able to work in that environment on a regular basis.
Too big and busy for us, we will not return to this location
They lost our reservation. We waited 90 min for a horrible table on our 20th anniversary
We booked a table on Saturday, February 15th at 7:45pm. The plan was to have dinner, go to the casino and enjoy Niagara falls (since we were only there for a night). We got sat at 9:30pm and the hostess rolled her eyes the entire time as though it wasn't the restaurants fault. We had to ask for the manager a few times. Needless to say our evening didnt go as planned and nobody cared from the restaurant side.
Terrible service, from reservation to table service. You really need to address your customer service. We waited over an hour for a reaerved table and every time we checked we were told that we can just leave if we don't like it. Many open tables when we went upstairs. I think it's just a way for them to keep you at the bar for awhile to spend some more. Even that they didn't execute properly as the bar service was terrible. Probably will not go again!

Had a reservation for 9:45, did not get sat until past 10:45, food didn't come until close to 11:15. Hostess was short with me. Overall, not the best experience ever
We had an amazing view and the service was great
Went on Valentine’s Day so it was obviously going to be busy and we expected that. What we weren’t expecting was to be seated for our 9:30pm reservation at 10:35pm. The only reason they even sat us at that time was because I went up and asked how much longer it would be as they had given us a pager that hadn’t gone off. We then got walked to our table and were told it was actually taken already and then had to go back to the host to check for another table. Then they sat us at a table for 6 for only 2 of us - no wonder the wait was so ridiculous. They couldn’t properly manage their tables and time. The food was great and the waiter was friendly but the wait to be seated and the ambiance in the waiting area was ridiculous. It was so loud and disorganized.
Arriving on time for our 9 pm reservation was great however the restaurant was 40 mins behind and this was a date for Valentine’s and we requested falls view but that was a minimum 2 hour wait.

8:30 pm reservations got seated at 10:00 pm. Seated right at an entrance by the elevators.
Not exactly the falls view experience we expected. Otherwise waitress and food was great.
Waited almost 2 hours for food. The server looked annoyed and had attitude. Paying almost $200 for a dinner for two and dealing with that for sure never again.
Was very disappointed with the whole evening. Not sure why this restaurant even uses OpenTable. We had reserved a table on Valentine's for 8:00pm. When we arrived a few minutes before 8pm, there was a lineup of 20+ people and a large number of people in the main floor bar area. Everyone seemed agitated. The couple ahead of us in line said they had a reservation for 7:30p. The lady at the reservation desk gave them a buzzer and told them it would be a half hour wait. I understand that things can get backed up so a 30 min delay on Valentine's day isn't ridiculous. However, when we told them our reservation was at 8:30p, the lady didn't ask for my name or confirmation number, and I don't recall her asking the couple ahead of us either....How do you know who actually reserved?? At this point, it has now become a first-come-first-serve booking.
We went upstairs to the restaurant level bar and had a cocktail and starter. 30 minutes passes, then 45, then 60 minutes....The problem with all of this is that we had a reservation that we booked using OpenTable for 8:00pm and it was now almost 9:45pm and our buzzer hadn't gone off yet. My wife and I had hired a babysitter that night...which made for a very expensive cocktail and starter...and waste of our night....
We decided to leave and I dropped the buzzer off at the desk upstairs...I didn't say anything to the lady at the desk. What did it matter, she had no record of who I was, what reservation I had, what buzzer number I had...
An absolute joke. As we left we saw that the lineup downstairs had almost doubled. Can't imagine how many evenings you ruined that night. Sort yourself out.
Despite reservations, there was still a 50min wait time! Disappointing!
Our server Emily was amazing, very friendly. Food was great and the ambiance.
Although the view of the falls is a nice feature of this particular location, I am not fond of a restaurant located within a hotel location. It is full of crowds, noisy, chaotic which are not things I like before enjoying a quiet, romantic meal which given the ambience, it was not. I also do get that it was Valentine's and it was super busy and crowded however, the noise level was deafening and the open table concept made it feel like you were sitting in the aisle. The food was good but the Keg is very pricey. I also don't understand the point of a reservation as everyone had to wait 30 minutes before being seated and we were ushered to the bar to have drinks. I would not go to this location again and prefer the St. Catharines location where you can enjoy some privacy and a booth.
Valentine’s Day. I’m sure it’s not as chaotic on a regular day but the waitress was very kind about everything and we had a great time aside from the noise and crowd :)
The wait was crazy, but it was valentine's day. And we reserved a table so we could overlook the falls, but that never happened we sat in the upper level. And for $210 for two, you don't get enough portion of food for your money! The lobster was tiny and the steak was also very small!
We went on a Monday for lunch so it was very quiet. Beautiful view of the falls!!
We made a reservation for 8:00pm, was told there was going to be a 20 minute wait for our table, we waited 45 minutes.
We were put in what seems to be the overflow room, right near the kitchen. It was very loud, too loud to even hear each other from just across the table, there was only 2 of us.
We asked to move to another quieter table, they would not accommodate us. We left before ordering.
NEVER going there again!
Very disappointed with their reservation capabilities.
We were expecting an 8 o’clock dinner reservation and when we arrived we were told it was going to be about 20 minutes longer and were put on the lower level in the Hilton lounge bar
We ended up going upstairs and spoke to the person at the front desk on the ninth floor and we were informed that it was going to be probably another 20 minutes to 30 minutes when we went upstairs at 8:20.
Couple things to note.
At this point there were still reservations on OpenTable available for 9 o’clock and 915 which obviously were not going to be met and would completely deceive some other potential customers as well.
Secondly we had show tickets and needed to be out of the restaurant by 930. If they were unable to fulfil proper reservations they should not be taking walk ups and overbooking
Thirdly, as we needed to leave to make our show, we ended up finding a seat in the bar area which was a complete let down for a special occasion dinner in which we were expecting to have in the dining room area.
The waiting area was a disaster and extremely overcrowded and unorganized.
Truly a disappointing dinner experience.
This is the second time we have dined at this location and it never disappoints. The service was phenomenal, the atmosphere was wonderful and the stakes were absolutely perfect. Can not recommend this place enough. I already can't wait to come back!
I had a reservation and maybe half the people did not, and I get seated facing a parking lot? Instead of the falls? That’s not to smart probably because I got kids so they just stick us anywhere. Then maybe baby seat didn’t fit I had to move the table myself to one side the baby seat in then slide it back so me and my son can sit, I would say the my server and the food is 5/5 the hostess and the whole front desk 1/5. Its bad because it starts you off in a bad mood. Then the waitress and the food have to over come by bad experience. I love the keg but not this time.
The waitress was excellent - she recommended the specials for that night and she was absolutely correct! Delicious meal!

Highly recommended for a date or for a business dinner! Unbelievable view!
