The Lexington is the hub of Cambridge Crossing, led by Chef/Owner Will Gilson. The space features a gorgeous roof deck and is the go-to destination for after work drinks, evening get-togethers, and possibly the first or last stop of an evening out. Loved it here! We wish they had better music and softer lighting but the food was delicious as were the drinks. Definitely a spot we would recommend.

I went to Lexington for a birthday celebration with my friend. We tried almost all the cocktails available. Some of them were good, and the rest of them were pretty average. Food was average to subpar. Don't order steak; they deliver a well-done steak for my medium order. The behavior of the server was good. But she misguided us. Cocktail recommendations didn't deliver one of our orders but charged for it. Most importantly, there was no candle for the birthday celebration.

My boyfriend and I came to Boston for the weekend & we absolutely loved our meal at the Lexington; the ricotta gnocchi & steak frites were amazing. Our waiter Louis was also fantastic. Great service. Loved the rooftop as well. 100% would come back again!

If you are looking for a low-key restaurant with a modern, hip vibe and recognizable, good food, this is your spot! Lexington has a yummy cocktail and mocktail list . Apps we enjoyed and recommend are the potato waffles with onion dip, brussel sprouts, and burrata with seasonal sweet potato. Their burgers and fish tacos also fresh and flavorful. We didn't get dessert because we were too full but our server said the pastry chef is one of the best in Boston. So a definite reason to return! Highly recommend!

Great food and atmosphere. I had steak on this occasion and pasta at the restaurant downstairs and both were great. My friends had the cod and I will try the fish next time. The staff was friendly and attentive! I recommend this great spot.

Food was good however our service was sub par. We didn’t get our orders in until 20 min after sitting down. The restaurant was under staffed but I believe they could have done a better job of taking care of the tables.

A+ quality service. Limited entree options left a bit more to be desired in terms of flavor. Lobster bisque and Cobb salad tasted a bit flat but Cod was cooked to perfection. Beautiful space and would try again with different options

The Lexington is nice! The interior is modern and elegant. The food was unfortunately too expensive for what it is. The chicken burger is $18, and nothing else. If you want fries with that, it'll be another $3, bringing the total to over $20.

The food was delicious, I had the French toast and French fries with the black garlic aioli. The French toast was topped with fresh berries - DELICIOUS. The music and vibes were great, especially our bartender Jake! The location is also beautiful and would totally go again, 10 out of 10 recommend.

Cocktails were good, brussel sprouts and calamari seemed over seasoned/overbattered and you couldn’t taste the Brussel sprout or actual calamari (although the fried pickles inside it were delicious). Burger was good. Caesar salad had balsamic dressing and a lot of it :( ambiance was great and service was great!

Tom provides a great cocktail program and is a pleasure to talk to! My husband and I are going to Lexington at least once a week. The food, service, ambience and staff is what keeps us coming back. It’s a great venue at Cambridge Crossing.

I had a reservation yesterday at 11am for brunch but no host or anyone came to the hostess stand. Was standing there for almost 15 mins even went upstairs but couldn’t find anyone. I even called while still at the restaurant but no one picked up.

Actually thought I was reserving at Geppetto. Open table bumped me to Lexington and that was very upsetting as I wasn’t aware of this until I got to the restaurant. As it turned out The Lexington was excellent. However, the website needs to be amended and if no tables in one restaurant are available, the website should state that instead of automatically booking a different reservation.

Outstanding meal! The food was interesting and delicious, and the staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. I dined with three other girlfriends, and we shared just about everything on the Snacks + Shareables portion of the menu. Standouts included the salmon crudo, the lamb meatballs, the jalapeno-bacon croquettes, and the onion dip. We each tried a different cocktail to start and loved all of them, and the wine list has lots of great options. Our go-to is brut rose, and the bottle we chose did not disappoint. We also really loved the chocolate and strawberry tart for dessert and both the espresso martini (which the bartender made decaf by request) and white port that we ordered paired beautifully.

Food was sub par and the service was not to standard. Not sure if this is a custom US thing but coming from Toronto, the waiter usually checks in on the table a min of 4-5 times during the meal— that didn’t happen here. The food was not great, but the ambience was nice.

Our food was really well prepared and dishes were inventive. Our party if 4 was extremely impressed with each dish. Cocktails were also delicious. Only drawback was that the server removed whiskey glasses from the table before they were finished (twice!). We will definitely go back and would highly recommend for a classy dinner out.
