ウィルミントンに位置する、他店に類を見ないユニークで大胆で陽気な雰囲気のレストランです。The Little Dipperではフォンデュ料理（上質な肉類、新鮮な魚介類、野菜、自家製ディップソースなど）を用意し、とろけたチェダーチーズに浸したオーガニック・パンやビールを楽しめます（テーブルサイドにニンニク、スパイス類あり）。黒くなったフィレ肉の温製「オゥ・ポワヴル」、刺身用マグロ＆アジア風ジンジャーソース、エビ＆アイオリソース（わさび、ライム使用）のほか、イチゴ＆ミルクチョコレート・ディップ、バナナ＆温かいディップ（ダークチョコ＆滑らかなピーナッツバター）などのデザート各種を用意しています。サクラの木を贅沢に使用した、明るい色調のカジュアルでおしゃれなダイニングルームを用意しています。手作りのテーブル（組み込み式電気バーナー付）で、仲間と1つのフォンデュ鍋を囲んで調理を楽しめます。ユニークで特別なフォンデュは、大人数でのお祝い事や、2人で楽しむ落ち着いた雰囲気のディナーなどにも最適です。レストランでは皆様のご来店をお待ちしています。

Traveling from out of state we returned to Wilmington mostly to eat here. It is a million times tastier and easier on the wallet, with great portion sizes, than the nationally known fondue chain.

Great experience! We ordered the Full Moon for two. Our server was incredible and made the timing of our appetizers, soups and main course seamless! We thoroughly enjoyed and will be back!

Everything was perfect. My husband had a great bday dinner. Wait staff were also just as amazing. Can’t wait to come back and visit.

It was very loud and requested to move tables before we sat down but they refused. We really liked the cheese and dessert. The homemade sauces were just ok.
