   The service is super and the atmosphere can't be beat. We ordered sushi which was mostly very good except one spicy tuna roll which didn't seem to be great quality fish.

   Since we went to The Lobby to dance we didn't have dinner there, just some French Fries later which were OK but not worth the $14 price. The drinks were good but way too expensive, although understandably so to help pay for the live music. The El San Juan Hotel's lobby is beautiful and the ambience is great. The music bands were very good although we would have preferred that the Latin music had started before midnight. After the danceable music began, we had a lot of fun!

   An evening at the San Juan is always memorable and euphoric, filled with laughter, the sounds of great music, and sightings of luxury and opulence. The ultimate in people watching. We ate at Caña, where we were served by Felix, a consummate professional and then sat at the bar accross from the sushi bar where Keith and Charlene treated us like royalty. El San Juan and all its professional staff will keep you coming back for more!

   Beautiful lobby with many dining and bar options to choose from. Our reservation at the lobby was met by a friendly host seated immediately, and our snack and beverage selections were delicious.! Music in the lobby started at eight and was entertaining. Would definitely come back again.

   I always tip 20% even if the service is below average , if it’s good I tip more However some of the staff here especially on the pool and the breakfast area are rude and ask for tips or bring up the tips, when they do that I leave a smaller tip or no tip - Guess what they did ? THEY EDITED THE TIP ON MY BILL

    Such a magnificent space. That, alone, is sufficient. My bartender was equally stellar. The Lobby of the Fairmont El San Juan is one of my favorite places.

    The hotel lobby must be one of the most beautiful ever seen. We sat at the bar and James and Mildred were excellent. We ordered sushi and was very good. It’s really nice that now you can seat anywhere in the lobby and order food.

    Some other reviews suggested food can be slow to arrive but we had no issues. They were out of a couple of menu items but what we got was tasty. Our server, Lupe, was great. There was an event happening/being set up so that was fun to watch. It's a hotel bar at the Fairmont no less, so not cheap, but definitely convenient at the end of a big vacation day.

    The ambiance, music and decor is beautiful. The drinks were great as well but the food was not up to par. Plus they didn't mention they didn't have one item and just replaced those with more of others. I would have appreciated a heads up.

    Vacation with my wife . We were very disappointed with the fact that there was a special event that evening. We were guests of the hotel and almost got stuck outside, even though we had reservations. I was expecting a more intimate experience. It was like a circus.

    The food was great except there were not that many options. If you love sushi it’s a great place. They will not make rolls for you unless it’s on the menu which was disappointing. The service was pretty bad our waiter was not the nicest and did not clear the table when our desert came and was annoyed when we ask him to clear the table.

    The open table menu shows half bottles of different spirits including Johnnie Walker Black Label 375ml for $50.00, I ordered it and the waiter Giovanni very nicely told me that he had to consult with the manager Shaquille Pagan, the manager Shaquille Pagan came to my table and instead of helping me started to harass me telling me that he won't do anything and treating me very disrespectful. I go there frequently and all I want is to have a good time. He ruined my date and my night.

    The Lobby bar was recommended by a friend and frequent guest. The bartender was great, friendly and his mixology. The live music later in the evening at the other lobby venue was superb as what the bartender there.

    The Lobby is a fantastic place for a drink or a full dinner, you can sit at the bar or at one of the lounge tables. the service is outstanding as well as the food. The cocktails are creative and well balanced. The staff is amazing and goes the distance to accomodate any request, overall a great experience.
