Salad | Ste. Michelle, Rosé, WA
Was a very nice experience
I think they need to update the interior and clean. It smells very musty and like a cafeteria . Ventilation needs to be improved.
Veggies were not very fresh .
Prepare to dine for about 2.5 hours. We went with the 4 course meal, everything was good, not OMG best thing we ever ate. Definitely a different kind of experience. The chocolate dessert was my favorite. Overall it was a good experience if you have time and like cooking your own meat in boiling broth.
The staff and food were great. It started with very friendly hostess and bartender while we waited for table. The waitress was outstanding. Could not have had a better night
Tia was an amazing server. She was so attentive to my children and was cheerful and helpful throughout the meal! She made our experience fantastic.
Fun & different experience! Everything is well seasoned and delicious! Loved the somewhat secluded booth too!
Kevin the server was amazing. However the fire alarm went off In the middle of the dinner. The manager seemed very uncaring and was only inclined to offer any kind of concern upon complaint.
Took my kids for their birthday. So glad they have choices for the cheese and main courses for my picky kids. They loved it and Cody was a great server
It was a great experience as always. Everyone was nice and friendly. The food was delicious.
Took a long time for the server to come initially but after that the service was good. They tried to get the food out quickly for us as requested since we had our toddler with us, and when we had to pack up the meal to go, they were prompt in providing to go containers and little cups for the sauces. There was one staff member who was very talkative and friendly in particular that wasn’t our server. A bit pricey in my eyes. Good for once in a while or special occasion.
Had a really great time here! Food was outstanding. Cheese and Chocolate were slightly less hot than we desired, but great nonetheless. Come here expecting to hang out for at least 2 hours, definitely not a quick meal! I would highly suggest doing the “Big night out” option. It’s filling and so worth it. Nathan was our server, and he was the sweetest human alive. Ask for him if you want a personable, caring server ❤️❤️❤️
Service was fantastic, food was above average, cost was high.
Food and service was great. Need to remodel the restaurant as it looks so old and dirty
We canceled our order after a 45 minutes wait as our server disappeared. They also ruined the Alpine cheese starter. Won’t ever go back.
Our server was amazing, and she said she was new. She was outstanding, the food was amazing. We had a great birthday dinner for my wife. Great food, great service!!
Excellent experience--food was very good, waiter very nice--will definitely be back
Service a little slow. But everything else was excellent.
It was my son in law’s first time at the restaurant and the service was horrible, there was another party across from us and when they left, so did our waiter, we had to ask for utensils, water, refills and extras from other waiters because our waiter stopped helping us until we ask for the manager. I have been to this Melting Pot many times and I’ve never been treated this way, I had made reservations to bring my husband on Sunday but I canceled, we will go somewhere else.
Absolutely great, service was a little rusty, but that’s expected with current conditions. Can’t wait to make another reservation!
Great service and awesome server (Tia) who made the first timers to fondue very comfortable and made it fun!! We will come back for sure!!
Absolutely a date night place. Very romantic quiet place
Didn't love this. The portions for each meal was sparse given the cost. The cheese fondue came with a ton of bread (very few fruits, veggies). The main course came with about 1.5 tiny potatoes, a few pieces of broccoli and 4 huge mushrooms (taking up space on the plate). We did the 4 course meal for 2 and ordered 2 kids meals - which come with meat only (no vegetables). Overall, not a good selection for the money.
Good food, plenty of it and great for a special occasion. However, the space is somewhat dated, and the bill is pretty shocking.
We celebrated two eighth grade graduations. The girls loved it.
This was such an AMAZING experience… and SO MUCH FOOD! We enjoyed everything about it, the ambience, the food, and the service. Hands down one of my new favorite restaurants in Illinois. We celebrated our anniversary here and it exceeded our expectations.
This turned out to be a very expensive and very long dining experience. Also, it took us over three hours to eat this meal. The waitress would disappear for a half hour at a time. We decided to eat here because of the novelty of cooking our own food. But, between the different courses of cheese, meat and dessert, the waitress would disappear for a really long time and not bring us our next course. Our reservation was for 630 and we left the restaurant at 9:45. Not because we were staying and socializing, but because of how long it took to eat here. The bill for seven people was $365. Honestly we could have dined at a fine steakhouse for this amount of money. The novelty was great, but I don’t think we will be back. The food was great and we had plenty to eat. We left there very full. So, that was the upside.
The service was top notched. Katie, our server was just the best. My mother passed away last year right before Mother’s Day and we couldn’t celebrate it, so it was bittersweet. But she made the evening special. My kids and I had a blast. The food was great and more then enough. The little touches at the end really made it worth the drive from the city. Thanks so much, we will be back.
Excellent food and service. Bonus they were able to accommodate for a vegan diet.
This Melting Pot should limit the number of diners until it has the staff to accommodate the amount of patrons they allow in. Wait times between courses were absolutely horrid, while plates just sat on the table and glasses went empty without refill. Just utterly a money grab on management’s part in not adequately staffing. Unjustified experience, would not recommend at all.
I am sorry about the delays in service during your recent visit and would greatly appreciate the opportunity to further discuss your experience. If you would message us a contact phone number or email, a manager will reach out to you directly.
The entire experience was so good that It will be hard to only visit on special occasions!
Such a cool and unique experience! The food was awesome. So many delicious options to chose from. Our server, John, was amazing and hilarious. He made our first visit one that was note-worthy, and we cannot wait until our next visit!
It was the first time I was there. If you go you need to invest about 3 hours for the full experience. I also didn’t know the meat is brought raw and you boil it. That was odd. We had to skip dessert because we had a movie to catch.
Food and service was not very good at all..👎🏼
Cheese, salad, and chocolate was fun and good. Meat corse was sub par.
Birthday celebration, our waitress was energetic, talkative and provided us with excellent service.
It was a wonderful experience. Service was top notch. The only downside to us was that you have to do all the cooking during the entree portion. That’s a bit intimidating making sure everything is cooked to the right temperature and long enough but not overcooked. If you use the oil method it’s easy to get burned if you try to eat off of the fondue forks. Cook each item and transfer to a plate, then use a regular fork. The cheese and desert fondues are easily eaten right off of the fondue forks. I’d go again but pick a different cooking option. Grilling (Hibachi Style) was unavailable.
