My boyfriends birthday, he enjoyed every moment, everything was great.

Celebrated the 1st day of 2021 at The Melting Pot. Food was fantastic as always!

An outstanding, relaxed night out. The Melting Pot offers delicious before dinner drinks and their wine list has something for everyone's pallet. We didn't do before/after dinner drinks this time but opted for a delicious bottle of Zinfandel to have with dinner. For our starter, we chose artichoke and cheese and it was excellent. Next, a caesar salad for my companion and the California salad for me. Both were delicious. While you can order ala cart, we opted for the "go big" pre-fix dinner. Shrimp, salmon, chicken, teriyaki steak, and filet mignon. Then we chose the bour​gui​gnonne cooking style. We topped the evening off with their dark chocolate fondue for dessert. Our sever, Jacob, was attentive and experienced. While we were familiar with what was going on, Jacob still to the time to explain what he was doing at each course. He came back often to check on us and made our dinning experience most enjoyable.

It was our 1st time there our waitress was awesome she explained in detail how to order and if we had any questions she was there to answer them

It was fun and service was nice.

Always a great experience. We go here at least 3-4 times a year and the service is always amazing, really it’s the ability to take time to talk to whomever you’re with, the food choices and the friendliness of the waitstaff that makes it worth going.

Overall experience was great. Our server James was helpful & informative. Best date night in a while. We'll definitely be back.

Package was not set up on arrival we had ask for balloons and picture. The server was friendly but seemed to be new I don’t know for sure, but service could have been better

This place was amazing! We chose the complete experience for two, our server Gabriella was kind and always paying attention to us, the food was awesome and we had a nice, private time with great food.

If you love fondue this is the place! Great, friendly service with answers to all your questions.

Great service. Very good food. The meal was a bit rushed, but enjoyable overall.

We always have a great time at melting pot, this time it was a bit too loud (one customer talking on her phone very loudly, another 20ft away laughing super loud). They’ve changed the menu up a bit so that was disappointing but over all it was a good time, our waitress was super nice and polite. She made sure we had everything we needed.

6th anniv visit to Melting Pot. Added balloons, waffer, and picture pkg and special notice that it was our anniv. Server was nice but wasn't made aware of occasion from host, and didn't even mention the picture until I asked. Wife got sick from possible tainted meat afterwards. Manager checked on couple beside us and didn't speak to us until we were leaving. Got the cheap wooden frame instead of the metal signature MP frame. Our table had a huge crack in it. All of this was a deal breaker. Wont be back. Very disappointed after years of visits.

The server was always on top of the food and refills without being at the table too much. Very amazing experience!

Fabulous atmosphere and service

Staff members are dressed very unprofessional for the price point melting pot is asking. If I am going to be paying $200 for a meal, the staff should be in something besides blue jeans. The food was under par for the price. I would never return to this restuarant.

The staff made our Valentine's Day dinner a calm and happy event. The server was very knowledgeable. She gave us time to eat and enjoy the night without to many disruptions as well as taking care of us at the same time.

Went there on Valentine's Day. Had a reservation for about a month. The food was great as always. It was a set menu for that day. It seemed over priced for the value provided but understood all great restaurants were over priced that day. The server was very friendly but made us feel rushed at times like when our salad arrived announcing our main course was coming in five minutes. She finally figured out we weren't going to be rushed through an expensive meal. I'm sure management was pushing hard to get people in and out quickly to free up tables. Overall a great time.

SUPER expensive, but it's a strip mall joint so you wouldn't think it was. On Valentine's Day the menu only listed prices for Add ons. At the end of the night the dinner for two was $160 plus tax. Total with tax and gratuities was $233. Ridiculous. I've been to fine dining places and spent less than I did here. It was not worth the money spent. A friend recommended it but didn't warn me about the pricing. Would never do that to a friend. It's a good thing I could afford it but of course I face car trouble and unexpected repair expenses the next day. And it came at a time I was trying to put away a ton of extra money to buy a house. I guess for a one off thing it was ok, but will never go back

We had the four course dinner. Cheese fondue, followed by a salad, then the entree of beef, pork, chicken, vegetables, with eight sauces, ending with chocolate fondue. All was great. Service was a little slow but very good. The evening was a little pricey but the experience makes it worthwhile.

Wonderful place for New Years Eve Celebration. The food and service are outstanding.

Everything was wonderful, the staff was very attentive and the food was great. The photo that we purchased could have been taken a lot better but we will forgive them.

We had New Year's Eve dinner at the Melting Pot. As always, the food was very good. The chocolate fondue was a little disappointing. It seemed life it was simply chocolate syrup rather than properly melted chocolate.

Food was great as always. Loved that everyone was dressed up like the 1920’s food was great, Kallie was our waitress and was very attentive. Table was small.... difficult in a fondue restaurant where many plates are necessary, but, we made it work. Always a good date night!!
