Too noisy when eating. You can't hear what people are saying. Asked to turn the volume down so many times but some one kept putting it back up. Would I recommend - no.

We love The Mill. The value for money is great! The food is amazing and the atmosphere is lively! The staff are friendly and welcoming. We come back time and time again and are never disappointed.

Good atmosphere & food was nice, big serves. We took a cake for a birthday & the staff were very helpful with refrigerating the cake& provided us with plates & a cake knife at no extra charge. Nothing was a problem for them.

Covid safe venue. Great customer service and tables spaces apart.

Staff at register when ordering food could put a smile on her face.

Duck pancakes were the best I have ever had and the young staff were very helpful

Food is always lovely.. had to swap the stools for chairs to sit on. But always a lovely dining option !

Always a great local place to go to for good food & a catch up with friends and family.

Pre ordering the meals saves a lot of time. 9 meals that were all a very generous sized meal and delicious.
We all enjoyed our meals and our next booking will be sooner than later.

I would say that the service was the worst part of our experience at the mill.
- Rude security : Around 5 of us were waiting outside the door for a friend to get picked up before we all left as it was raining quite hard. Security was very rude by telling us to move away even though we made sure we were not blocking the exit at all. As such, we were forced to stand in the rain a few metres away waiting for our friend's car to arrive. Seriously unbelievable and just shows the lack of care security have. I don't see a valid explanation for his action at all.
- Not very welcoming or friendly customer service : When my friends arrived first I was told that they just loitered for a bit confused about where to go as no one welcomed them or offered us help about where to go for our reservation. When I ordered food with the till worker, her monotone and unfriendly tone of voice made it look like she did not want to be there and was trying to get her shift over and done with. Not a pleasant interaction at all.
- Not COVID safe : As implied earlier, I arrived later with 2 other friends, we did check in but no one was at the door/entrance of restaurant to greet us or check that we followed the sign in instructions. This leads me to think that no other guest was properly signed in. Very irresponsible given the current situation and reassuring your diners that you are COVID safe when you are clearly not is very misleading.
- Positives : food was good, I enjoyed the pecking duck entree. Toilets were clean too.

The service and the food was wonderful and I couldn't fault anything but could do with some more cocktails like Midori Splice or pina coladas

Food lovely and fresh. However we requested meals to be altered from menu for dietary requirements, and they were not met. Not enough for us to worry, but if someone had allergies it could have been.

Staff booked inappropriate location for our work Christmas party function (NSW Health). When approached staff (management) were quite rude about it. The location they had selected for our dinner was out in the sports bar on a table that did not fit the booked number and was wet. There were also provocatively dressed bar tenders in the sports bar and was not a suitable place for anyone to have a work function. It was quite disappointing, the only upside was the food was pretty good value.

Apart from a mother's group sitting next to us with noisy children, we had a good time. The food was great, I had the T-bone Steak, it was fantastic.

The Mill Hotel was doing a good job keeping Covid Safe.

My meal had been forgotten. When I received it the steak had been on the warmer for 30 min and was dry and tough. No chips or gravy were served as per the order. Terrible service

Go with family almost every Sunday night and we have outstanding service across the board, however a change in staff? The food was ordinary, the mushroom noodle salad had too may flavours there no noodle and stalks instead of corriander leaves? Mushies over marinated. The prawn spaghetti sauce was not handles properly and separate way too much oil in this sauce and I order this almost everytime. The Barramundi was dry and this too is ordered every week. We were so very disappointed with the person who served us at the food collection point she clearly was having a bad night, slamming down our cutlery and shoving food in our direction not smile just a hand out for the buzzer. Wow so very different from previous nights. The Mill has become a family favourite we are due to have a celebration there on Saturday 19/12 we hope that things have changed back and we don't get the same staff that were on on Sunday 13/12

As usual The Mill is a great place to have a meal. Food was nice and service was quick.

It would of been a 5/5 if the kitchen didn’t lose my ticket for my meal. I had to chase to up otherwise I would have never received my order.
But apart from that, a great experience for all.

The mushroom sauce had to much garlick, but still ok. Schnitzel was nice but bit to thick for my liking. Service was fast. We enjoyed our evening there

Loved the atmosphere and relaxed approach. Food was a bit average and service has a few areas for improvement - especially when not busy. However, a lovely dinner overall.

Tried calling several times, left messages about my booking, no answer, no one got back to me. unable to buy cocktails from the over 18 side of the bar, got told to go on the other side.

The Mill has a great atmosphere with good, friendly customer service.
Meals are of high quality & are excellent value for money.

Great food at reasonable prices - nice atmosphere, friendly staff.

We are never going back & wouldn't recommend this place to anyone - after my husbands food was forgotten it was then thrown on the table infront of him by the manager so he demanded his money back, it was then the manager apologized but it was too little too late he should never throw a plate infront of a customer.
And we weren't the only ones experiencing trouble with food & management also.
Never returning!

We hadn't been there since May it was lovely to back, the food was fabulous staff were more than helpful and friendly nothing was a bother. Such a great experience, we're back again in Dec for a birthday celebration and we are very much looking forward to this.

The mill is a great place for all ages staff is super friendly and the place has a great atmosphere.

The ribs were dry and corn on cob was dry also, my noodle salad had an overwhelming taste of fennel and the 2 ladies taking my order didn’t have much of an idea what they were doing, so overall a poor experience
