The NoMad Bar - Las Vegas
The whole experience was blighted by an incredibly loud live entertainer. So loud that one needed ear plugs just to enjoy an interesting and enjoyable menu.
Wondered in here for a small bite. Sat in the bar area — service was efficient— but rushed — expected in Vegas — the atmosphere is interesting but disjointed. Food was all small plates — but good. We would go back — but just for drinks and apps — or late nite nite cap.
I brought colleagues here to enjoy the carrot tartare and French dip which I was able to dine on in March with a client. To my dismay, the menu has been reduced and both of my favorites were no longer offered.
I travel to Vegas only twice a year and was so excited to share these treats with my team as we wanted a light meal having traveled most of the day. I do hope that these exceptional dishes will make their way back onto the menu for others to enjoy.
The Fava bean hummus was delicious though!
Excellent from start to finish. Our server was outstanding. The roast chicken was superb.
Fabulous service! I can’t remember the name of our waitress on 6/14 but she was amazing. Somewhat limited menu due to the bar format but what we did pick was really good.
Best new place for food, chill atmosphere, servers are the best and the drinks are spot on, enjoyed our time having dinner.
Jazzy, great for a quick eating and drinks after show.
Try and get a seat at the bar. The bartenders are true craftsmen and entertaining. The drinks and food are top notch. Also, if you get a chance, sneak into the restaurant bar to get a glimpse of the amazing dining area.
It was perfect! Great date night spot to pregame or just a get together. Loved it!
Maro was a great bartender. Knowledgeable and easygoing while getting his job done. Wonderful atmosphere and ambience. This is just the bar so limited menu, but very good especially the oysters!
Great food and fantastic service. Music too loud for the number of people in the room. Milk & Honey dessert was amazing. Will be back.
Great service by Brandon. Fantastic food.
My husband and I were in town for a few days and had heard great things about NoMad bar and wanted to check it out. Our experience was exceptional. Everything from the service, to the cocktails, to the food were just perfect. The dining room manager, Kelly, was a delight and has a vision for both NoMad Bar and restaurant that is incredible. Highly recommend!
Wonderful Easter Jazz Brunch.
Beautiful room, excellent service and delicious food. We walked in the bar, it was not busy at 930pm. Thought we are in the wrong place but around 1030pm, it was packed and hopping. The energy of the place was amazing.
My wife and I want with another couple and shared amazing Bronzino, salmon, scallops, shrimp cocktail and we were so impressed by the service and preparation. The salmon was in a delicious cream foam sauce with book choy. Scallops were seared perfectly in a delicate sauce with strawberry’s. We had a great bottle of Riesling and they have a full bar. It’s been open for a few months and they are on point. Coming back. Btw the bar is nice to hang out in and you must try the hummus and have some drinks
The hot dog alone is a reason to go there for lunch.
Brunch was awesome.
It was an odd experience. Waitress come up to me-asked me if i wanted a drink, when we just ordered one from her not 5 minutes before. There was a wedding going on, and the wedding party was dressed in very elegant attire-they paraded the bride through the restaurant bar area at a very slow pace - halting all service like she was Miss America. The food was not just sub par but awful. Very few choices, and badly prepared. We had the shrimp cocktail and the shrimp was rubbery and flavorless and the cocktail sauce had so much horseradish we choked on it. The steaks just sucked. I don’t understand the restaurant has a full menu, most places that let you eat in bar area offer many more options. Never going back
Never acknowledged the Birthday that was noted on the reservation. Food was OK-But very pricey for what you get.
So I was super excited to try Nomad Bar and I have to say I was somewhat disappointed. This is partly my fault as I went during March madness and they had TV screens set up in the lounge and it felt like I was in a sports pub. The ambiance is not what I was anticipating but I am willing to give it another shot once the TVs are gone. The food was ok. To be honest I think it is overpriced for the quality and guantity (and I am not a fan of big portions by any means) They are definitely heavy handed with the salt. We had to ask for another batch of fries because ours was literally saturated in salt! Highly unusual. The second batch was better but it was still salted even though we had asked for no salt? 4/5 dishes we ordered were too salty. The pasta (tagliatelle with crab) was delicious and the only plate that was seasoned well. The other saving grace was the service. The staff are friendly and prompt. Our server was attentive but not overbearing. Again, I really, really wanted to love my experience but with a lot of male sports fans cheering and being a lot louder than necessary it was difficult. Anyways, I will most likely go again to see if it was just an “off” night or if it’s over exaggerated hype.
Food and drinks were excellent. Lobster pot pie was particularly tasty. Cocktails on point.
Came in for a drink before Knights game, also got shrimp tacos. Excellent service, great food, ice cold beer, thanks.
Sunday Brunch with Hot Club Vegas band. Exactly the atmosphere, food and music we were looking for. The perfect chill Sunday !
The restaurant area is very loud and you are seated very close to other diners.
Went for lunch. Very comfortable room and relaxing vibe.
Food is good but few choices on a brunch menu for the weekend.
Top notch service from start to finish. Food was delicious!
They should validate valet parking when you spend $200+ on a meal and than have to pay $$$ for valet it’s kinda ridiculous. The Wynn has free valet and validates your ticket when you spend $50. Could take a page from their book. Otherwise amazing food service and restaurant.
Food was not great
First course good Second course Chicken French Dip all bread almost no meat SHOET POURSon wine more like a third of a glass
Not going back
We had a great experience at the Nomad Bar. Coming back next time to try the Nomad Restaurant.
Service was great. Food was fine nothing spectacular. Lobster pot pie to split was just okay.
It’s the Nomad. Just like NYC - legendary and not to be missed. And don’t forget to try that hot dog!
the service definately needs to be picked up tremendously as why does it take us 6 different waiters or managers to be asked to get us a simple beer? However the food and atmosphere are wonderful just takes forever to get a drink initially every time I have been there which is now the 4th time in the last 3 months.
Nice atmosphere. Small beer selection and some of the beers are ridiculously high priced. Food was only okay. $5 soft drink and a $5 refill on that 8oz soft drink.
I’ll probably try it again, but not in a rush to do so.
Great experience. The food, drinks and service were awesome!
The food and location are great, the service left something to be desired
Entire experience was perfect. Cocktails were made by mixologists who truly know how to make a drink. The room was stunning and the service was exceptional. Everything we ate was delicious. It was the perfect spot to hit before the show we were seeing.
Great experience and I will return for sure!
