The NoMad Restaurant - Las Vegas
We were there on Valentine's day, so not the best time for the restaurant to shine. A rather expensive Prix fixe, but several options per course and they did gladly substitute shrimp cocktail for the oysters I'm allergic to. Still, the food was quite good. the space is lovely - almost identical to the library in NY, but four times the size.
I prefer the NoMad in NY, but I'll give this one another try.
Great place!! The food the service and the environment were top notch!
Excellent food and service.
Third time in three recent trips to Vegas. Always first on our list...
Very nice an clean restaurant. We’ve been to the New York, Los Angeles one an this is just as great.
Took 20 minutes for a drink at the table. Artichoke appetizer was good. Pasta was not as described in the menu. Atmosphere was beautiful.
The environment is spectacular. Our server was anything but. She was woeful. A credit card machine is brought to the table to settle payment. The room deserves better.
Incredible food, service and atmosphere. One of the best spots we ate on the strip. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a spot to eat!
Food was hit or miss. The cacio e pepe separated and just wasn't good. The scallops were great. For the price, it should all be amazing. Skip it for dinner, do cocktails.
Beautiful room, but unimpressive limited menu and outrageously expensive wine list. Cocktails seemed watered down, our complementary popovers were lukewarm and seemed reheated, fried artichokes app was gummy and doughy, caesar salad so ordinary, my companion's scallop entree consisted of 3 medium size scallops on a very thin bed of translucent greens. The only bright point of the evening was my salmon entree- delicious and a decent size portion.
The ambience, drink menu, and appetizer selection are outstanding. The main courses may be a bit too pricey for me on the regular, but the quality of food was very delicious and certainly worth it for a rare night out
Amazing food and staff in a very cool atmosphere! Thanks to Kester, Norman and Seth!
With so many options in Vegas, this is a must visit!
オーダー後、若いイケメンスタッフが「yes my pleasure」と返してくれたのには娘が感激してた。
Jason was the best waiter!! He was helpful and efficient and knowledgeable of the menu selection. It was our first time and his suggestions were the best choices. The white truffles were to die for!!
Nice restaurant to have a try!
From the bar to the table. everything went well. The bartenders were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Great cocktails (Manhattan and Old Fashioned). Four of us each had the chicken which was terrific although we could have easily been satisfied with 2 birds. They were big.
Beautiful, moody ambiance with a great mix of jazz, bluesy music played at a comfortable volume that allows for easy conversation. Professional, non-stuffy service with timely delivery of all items.
The atmosphere is great and very comfortable. We had the American Wagyu Prime Rib for two......simply superb! Waiters very attentive.
Fantastic setting. Cocktails from NoMad Bar were outstanding. Food at the restaurant was just ok.
The food was fair. Server was indifferent.
The food, ambience, decor n the staff ... they were all awesome! Everything we could ask for a special evening. Don’t miss the Baked Alaska flambé
We came here for my daughter’s birthday. The food was delicious and though we were the last reservation slot of the night on Thanksgiving, we did not feel rushed. My daughter was told happy birthday throughout the dinner by multiple staff, which made her feel special. Great experience!
Really wonderful anniversary dinner with my wife. The restaurant made a very dignified fuss of us, and provided excellent service in a very friendly and knowledgeable manner. The food was perfectly cooked and the wine selection excellent. The restaurant was very accommodating of my wife’s gluten intolerance. The secret cotton candy dessert was much appreciated and provided some very instagrammable opportunities.
Nomad is one of our favorite spots to get out and eat at! The service is impeccable. The food is even better. We tried the white truffle special appetizer and it was creamy and perfectly accented with the sliced truffle. The prime rib for two is to die for as well. If you haven’t been here, GET UP ANS GO!!
Food were very delicate. Not heavy, silky smooth and delicious. Seafood tower was great, foie gras mousse was delicious. Even the comp pop-over was exquisite. Jerry, our server, gave all the right recommendations. Will go again
One of the best restaurants in Las Vegas. The chicken special is fantastic.
Great service, beautiful space.
I love the Nomad brand. This experience was not good. It started at the beginning. Stood at the hostess stand for a long time being ignored. The service didn’t improve much. We had to flag our server often to get drinks, order, order additional food, etc. The food was OK. It had been much, much better at prior visits. The outstanding item were the crab claws. They were amazing. Branzino was just ok, as was the Brussels wedge and the tagliatelle with truffles was down right disappointing (for $48). The room is very pretty, but the round stage used by Gaga for the after party ruins the room when it is not in use. MGM, please, please, please don’t ruin this brand. It needs attention straight away.
Staff is unconcerned about the guest experience. Menu is very limited and not tasty. Unlike Nomad NY, this place needs attention by management and owners as it will undermine the reputation of the brand long term. Good luck.
Restaurant is beautiful. Steaks were under seasoned and lacked flavor. Ordered gnocchi cacio e pepe to share which the menu correctly listed as made with pecorino. Server delivered it to the table and said it was Parmesan. My wife complained that it lacked pepper which is kind of important if pepe is in the name. Large wine list, but didn’t have the bottle I ordered. Took the “alternate” bottle away to decant rather than opening/decanting at the table. Lots of wait staff, but hard to get anyone’s attention. Overall, a very expensive, average experience. Won’t repeat.
Waygu was not worth purchasing. Some of the drinks were horrible tasting or totally not worth purchasing. The only thing I loved loved loved was the ambiance and decor.
I ordered the lobster fra diavlo and it was really bad. I didn’t return it but there was hardly any sauce so it was absorbed by the Parmesan and it was terribly seasoned. It was doused in lime juice. It was hard to eat. The waiter wasn’t great either.
Andrea was helpful in making a few menu selections. We tried their famous truffle chicken. It was quite spendy, however a lot of love went into it. It also came with a couple accompaniments.
Way too loud
We came back again for the chicken!
My steak was overcooked. Drinks were slow to arrive and food even slower. Previous experiences there have been outstanding....maybe this was just an off night for NoMad. I will be back!
Great place with fine food and excellent service. Highly recommend.
