The bloody place was closed you need to check when making any bookings that the restaurants your making bookings for are actually OPEN

It was closed and only offering take away bacon sandwiches. I booked as a 35 year anniversary meal for myself and my wife. Utterly ruined. With the Covid restrictions you should not have taken my booking as unbeknown to me this area is in tier 3

Never disappointed with our meals here. The staff go out if their way to be friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We definately will be back once the lockdown ends.

Went for lunch with my daughter. Social distancing measures good but we were sat in a draught .Food was outstanding but service could have been slightly quicker.

Nice family lunch, a bit expensive at £46 for 2 sandwiches, al1 flat bread, q pate starter with a hot drink each but nice quality food.

Restaurant was really Covid friendly. Well sign posted and plenty of space between customers the staff were really friendly and quick to put you at ease. Staff were also quick to clean everything once some one left. Breakfast was lovely. The eggs benedict was delicious the muffins were really fresh. My parter has the full English and fantastic and really tasty. Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

Enjoyed a birthday lunch with my husband, daughter and my two lovely granddaughters.

Delicious breakfast, plenty of food to satisfy a 16 year old boy. Whilst a little on the pricey side, the quality of the ingredients used is excellent and obvious. The service was fantastic as always and the one way system and distance between tables was very good, we felt very safe.

I am a regular visitor to The Paddock and as usual, can’t fault my time there yesterday. Great food, great service and the atmosphere is lovely. The restaurant comply with COVID restrictions and I felt safe there.

We are regulars at the Paddock. We are a family of five (kids age 10,8&5). There’s always something for everyone on the menu. Food is delicious. Specials are regularly swapped and some really nice seasonal stuff added. Always tastes freshly prepared and hot. Kid’s especially love the ice creams, with all the accessories (haribo, flakes etc). They have really well spaced tables. We never feel like anyone is too close. We are yet to use the facilities outside, now they have new heaters to make eating outside comfortable. It used to be my regular meet up with people. Before bubbles couldn’t mix, now we just enjoy with our family. Highly recommend!

The lowish score for ambience was because of wide table spacing implemented because of Corvid 19 so fully understand. Can't be helped, but lacked the buzz from pre-restriction days

Prompt attention on arrival. All staff friendly and attentive. Food up to normal standards. Fewer patrons than normal so ambience not at its the best.

Fabulous food again. Not sure what to eat as vegan options are extremely limited, but it was wonderful to be given the option of having something made especially to abide by my dietary preference. Do you do gift vouchers?

Extremely well run, especially around Covid restrictions-food was really good and well presented-staff were very friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble for them.

Delicious food. Had to wait for service but was worth it as food was then cooked to order. We were kept informed by the staff . Definitely recommend to book at popular times to guarantee a table.

First time eaten here.menu choice ok .I had starter mushrooms and main roast chicken hubby had starter. pate and main burger. Chicken a little dry .More café than restaurant .Covid restrictions being adhered to .
