The Palm Atlanta
It was classic Palm experience: our large party had a private room, friendly and fun service, not intrusive but always right there when we wanted something. Rob was TERRIFIC serving our rowdy crowd!
Good resturant, a little over priced.
Great food and service. Steak was fantastic. Will definitely be back
Very classy restaurant. The service was superb as the server was attentive and friendly. To add, the server was on point with his recommendation of their key lime pie which was one of the best desert experiences to date. The atmosphere was conducive to taking your date out and having a nice, quiet engaging conversation. I’ll definitely go back again!
I hate to say but it was very disappointing. It was expensive and very loud! The service was great. I had the lobster bisque. It was spicy and not creamy. I did t like the flavor. I ordered the special sea bass with lobster truffle mashed potatoes. The fish was good; the potatoes were hard and not so good! My husband ordered a 4 lb lobster for $99. Not very much meat except in the claws. I was told the brussels sprouts were crispy, they were not!
The only saving grace was dessert...the carrot cake was delicious as was the cheese cake. There are a lot of excellent restaurants in Atlanta. This is not one!!
Excellent experience as always
Service was poor at best. Food was good but service ruined entire experience.
Great experience with family and friends. Food and service is always fantastic and consistent.
This was our second time at the Palms. The service and food was excellent. We had the crab cakes and lamb for our entrees and we share it with each other. Our drinks was so refreshing we did paper, scissors rock to see who would drive home. Just kidding.
Place was very cute with caricatures on the wall, but no one ever explained them. ?
Food/menu was ok -- needed more variety. We were there on business but the food was pricey, esp. to not be outstanding.
Service, however, was great. That WAS outstanding. Everyone was super accommodating and friendly.
I had a very nice and enjoyable dinner with my date. She is vegan and we had no problems with her menu order. I had crab cakes and they were a little small but good.
Our server Jimmy Logan did an outstanding job of taking care of us !
His attention to detail and level of service is outstanding
Fun and tasty
Great place to meet with customers, noise level low so you can carry out conversations / great customer service and staff..
Service great but steak not medium rare.
The food was good, but definitely not up to standards of a high end steakhouse. Steaks were not cooked correctly (one undercooked the other overcooked), the garlic mashed potatoes were terrible. Have had better wedge salads elsewhere at much lower price points. Service good, manager gave us a break based on experience, but if you are looking for a good high end steakhouse, there are many better options.
It was awesome
The price was ridiculous and the ambiance was lacking.
Excellent food and service! Perfect dining experience would highly recommend
It was good always a great time with my company.
It’s been about 10 years since I ate here and I remember why now. This was the only steakhouse in Buckhead available for dinner and now I know why. From the service to quality of the steak for the price it was a disappointment. If your going to spend this kind of money go to Bones or Capital Grille.
Fantastic service and an incredible meal!
The Palm never disappoints. It was a wonderful evening with great service, food and overall fantastic experience. My lobster was fantastic. Jimmy Logan is such an asset to this restaurant. He makes every visit perfect and always goes beyond to be sure we have a memorable time.
We LOVE The Palm Atlanta! Visit every time we go to Atlanta!
Waiter forgot about wine bottle immediately after ordering.
Food took about 45-60 mins, which made our appetite craving
Once the food came out the steak was in the way it was supposed to be, crab legs were dry and I had to ask for them to be removed from my plate
Waiter tried to make it up by free desert and champagne
Prices seem to be getting higher and higher. Our only disappointment.
Great Experience! My husband and I went to The Palm for our 12 year Wedding Anniversary and the staff made us feel very special! There was complimentary champagne for us to toast one another and an signed card from The Palm staff. The food was absolutely amazing! We had the lobster bisque, crab cakes, Atlantic Salmon and the Nova Scotian lobster! Superb food and even greater service! I have recommended the restaurant to all my friends and family. The price is definitely worth the experience. We will certainly be returning soon!
Great evening at The Palm celebrating me and my best friend's birthday. Dinner was amazing, as usual. Robbie, our waiter, was very friendly and attentive. He and the rest of the staff tonight went out of their way to make sure we had a great birthday.
Shrimp cocktail was nothing special. Steaks were good. Service was outstanding
Just prefect, excellent for entertaining and impressing special guests
The PALM is always an excellent choice if you want a quality meal service in an elegant atmosphere
Food was delicious our server Jimmy was the best-he always is.
The Palm Atlanta is one of the best dining experiences in all of Atlanta. After the renovation, I feel like it’s also has the best ambience. Delicious food
We were celebrating our new granddaughter- love The Palm and Kevin! Wonderful service!
Oh my goodness. Twenty min every time ordered drink. Tables so old and in such poor condition with circle leaves a dip. I spilled my drink because places on gap and table next to us spilled bottle of wine !!! Food mediocre. Fish fishy. What a disappointment
We went to celebrate our anniversary and the staff was amazing. Our server, CT (Christopher) was incredibly attentive and so nice. Excellent food and great value.
We asked our waiter how much for a glass of moscato and reisling and he told us 11-12 dollars and we get our bill and it was 19 dollars a glass so right there I see you don’t know the menu. The bread they gave us was cold and disgusting. It was like they two pieces of white bread ripped it in half and slapped in a basket. the crab cake I had I was great. My boyfriend had the chicken parmigiana it was disgusting.
overall bad experience
ordered appetizers and drinks which were good, but dinner entre salad just OK and a most disappointing expensive piece of salmon that was served room temperature/cool, and the restaurant was not even busy.. Magionno's so much better. Went back to Magionno's for dinner rather than the palm.
We were one of 4 tables on a Sunday at 12:30. We waited almost an hour for our lunch for 4. The 2 soups came quickly, and the entrees were unbelievably slow. Just wasn't The Palm experience of years ago, and that was disappointing. The food was delicious, but either the waiter didn't turn in the order or the kitchen staff was simply not doing a good job - and with just 4 tables in the entire place, none of this was due to anyone being busy.
Birthday dinner. Most of the food was great, but the steaks were very under-seasoned, they were disappointing
