The Palm Las Vegas
lobster meat, crme frache, and Dry Sack Sherry

9oz Filet served with au gratin potatoes and asparagus
The Palm has ALWAYS been Our Favorite & Go-To restaurant where ever we go ... Always been # 1 with our Friends Group . Well... last night’s experience at The Vegas Location @ Caesar’s Palace has really changed our outlook on The Palm.
Steaks were well-undercooked (3 of 4 Dinners) & even The Manager got involved with no positive result(s). My Rib-Eye was sent-back & STILL was way-undercooked.
Nobody returned to request our satisfaction & I told our server that “The Meal Just Didn’t Make It !”
We have removed our must-attend status for The Palm & we’re losing a 30-year relationship with this national-chain. They totally missed the opportunity to make things right. They didn’t even offer a reduction on our bill to mend the mishap. Poor Mgt. & Terrible Taste Left In Our Mouths . Bye-Bye ...
Great place great service enjoyed it greatly would recommend to any one
Food and service by JR was incredible! Don’t miss out on a great value!!
Loved every minute of it! The lobster was superb.
Top notch service and food. We had an excellent experience!
A+ dining experience
1 year anniversary
One of the best restaurants in Las Vegas! The crab cakes are superb as is the Chilean sea bass!
Excellent service & food delicious. This will be a repeat on our next trip!
In our past trips to Vegas, we always dined at The Palm for a great experience. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary. I ordered my regular Palm meal, Chicken Parmigian, and my wife ordered the Sea Bass. In the past, the Chicken Farm has always been a staple dish at The Palm for a huge portion, cooked to perfection.
It took a lengthy time for our meal to come out. The restaurant was not crowded at all on a Wednesday night, so I don't know why it took so long for our food. When it did, my chicken parm was over cooked and did not have its normal presentation. My wife did not care for the sea bass. It was bland with a fishy taste that she did not care for. She only ate half of the fish, which you would think the waitress would question why, but she did not. The waitress did say The Palm was now owned by the Landry Restaurant Group (perhaps why the change in food quality). Also the waitress did not recognize our anniversary. We ate at another Vegas renowned restaurant the following night, and they brought out a nice complimentary desert, and thanked us for dining with them. It was a pleasant dining experience. The palm was not.
After years of frequenting them on our Vegas trips, I was very disappointed with The Palm.
Nice time with girl cousins getaway! The Palm never fails!
Delicious food and attentive service made for a delicious date night!
Knowledgeable waiter. Excellent food. Filet mignon was one of the best steaks I've had in recent years.
Amazing food and Exceptional Service
The Palm Restaurant has always had the BEST WHOLE LOBSTERS in Las Vegas. The were the BEST before the Pandemic ... and they R still the BEST as Las Vegas slowly recovers from the Pandemic!
I have to comment that the Price has gone way up ... a 3-pound lobster, with 2-sides used to cost $89. Last Saturday night it cost $112.50
The service was not as good as it was before Covid. Seems like a lack of staffing . We had to get our own silverware from another table. Our table remained first for the whole dinner. I asked for medium well and my steak was bloody. There was actually blood juice on my plate so it should have not left the kitchen. I will wait awhile before returning.
Birthday was good, service was slow
Personally the ambiance of the whole restaurant is what got me. Getting to sit at the beautiful black comfortable booths looking at everyone and facing the bar was outstanding. The paintings on the wall from all the famous people who have been there and the whole strip painted on the wall is just glorious to see. Such beautiful art work. The service was one of the best restaurants I’ve ever experienced. I highly recommend requesting to sit in “Tony’s” section, he was just a great waiter, totally took care of us the whole time. The food was okay to me. My friend loved his lobster and I forget the name of mine but I wasn’t a fan. The bottle of Napa red wine I ordered for the table was a great choice and value at $67. Final tab at $300 was worth it to me and my friend. The Experience was non-forgettable. Thanks so much for the great time.
Mr. Allgood .
Had a great time celebrating my bachelor party. Great ambiance even with the Covid stuff going on, and amazing food. Would absolutely recommend, and will definitely be coming back.
Their new Tomahawk steak was delicious. Great meal.
Covid has put a damper on dining experiences. Palm did come through with attentive service and the best crab cakes around.
It has been about 5 years since we have been to this Palm and it has been remodeled in that time. We were not fans. It didn’t feel like a Palm, instead just any generic restaurant. The food and service were fine but the ambiance was not enjoyable. Due to the lighting and overall design it felt cold and uninviting. We learned they have new management now which maybe part of it, not sure. To make matters worse the ladies’ restroom was disgusting. The sensor on the toilet I used was broken off and there were no towels in any of the dispensers. I had to use the seat liners to dry my hands. You would think a restaurant of that price point would have more pride but apparently not. We will not come back.
Asked waiter for lobster special, and he said no more lobster special, even though special was still good thru that day. Said he would go to the kitchen and ask about, he Never came back to our table! Waited about 15 minutes, and then left to another restaurant. So disappointing. The Palm used to be the best. Great service, great food and ambiance, but the last few years it has definitely gone way down hill. No more old New York feel to it. The all male wait staff used to be fantastic, now it's spotty at best. The bread the kid brought to our table was so hard and cold, it was laughable. Now, I guess that Landry's has taken them over, so now you know its original flair will be gone.
Food was amazing , service was great!
2nd time here and will continue to come back food is beyond delicious 😋
Went for my fiancé’s birthday & overall it was great. From the food to the service everyone insured we had everything we need and that our glasses were never half empty. I go to a lot of steak houses and I can honestly say that this is one of the best Ribeye steaks that I’ve had in about 10 years from a restaurant. The lobster was not overcooked or rubbery. It seems that they take great pride in the food that they put out. Which as a consumer and a foodie I definitely appreciate. I will be back here again.
It was my husband and I wedding anniversary
Really good food
Definitely would recommend this restaurant. The meal was absolutely delicious, reasonably priced for the amount of food received and the Lobster Gnocchi was to DIE for!
Food was great , service was in need of improvement
Bit of an anniversary dinner on a Monday night and had an awesome time. Great attentive service and really enjoyed all food. Shrimp appetizer was just good but not great flavors that should have included Dijon. Medium rare filet was every bit medium +. But tasty nonetheless. Scalloped potatoes were awesome as well as chocolate cake , wine and cocktails.
This was an unusually poor meal at the Palm. The lobster was served cold and undercooked. I ordered my steak medium, it was served red and bloody. At this price point there are many better options in LV. We were surprised at the level of quality. It seems this chain restaurant is on its last legs. Good luck.
Simply our favorite restaurant in Las Vegas! Everything is always well done.
We had the sweetest lady as our server, she did a great job and our meal was paced wonderfully. My husband and I got a cracked and oyster appetizer, two salads, and he got the 4lb lobster(which is huge btw) and I got the filet Oscar style. We also got the mashed potatoes which were barely eaten, the were delicious but we were getting super full! Thank you for a great time!
Fantastic filet mignon. Didn't even need a knife. Au Gratin potatoes are incredible.
Our server was really accommodating and the food was ok nothing spectacular. The place needs serious updating looks a little old....overall an ok dining experience.
Great restaurant will definitely be coming back in the future the portions and price where great and the quality of the food was fantastic
Amazing food!!! Great lamb chops and steak....
The shrimp and crab cakes are outstanding.... my steak would’ve tasted better out of a microwave
We come here every time we come to Las Vegas. We come from Seattle to have the best Lobster in town. If you haven’t had the Palms lobster it’s worth the price. Service always top notch.
