The restaurant was not crowded. Food an service were excellent. Disappointed no 5 lb. lobsters.

The Palm has been our go to place for celebrations for many years. Nice to see faces that have weathered the test of time!

My food was good, atmosphere was good and I our server, Dustin was great.

I ordered the 48oz porterhouse to share with my son. We both like medium rare. Unfortunately they brought it the table already sliced and it a blue rare. I was disappointed to find they did not know how to cook a steak to order and it would have been a waste to return it to the kitchen, so I chewed through three slices and called it a meal. My husbands filet ordered medium as just barely medium rare. The service was attentive and the sides were great. Another of our party loved the sea bass. So we made the most of it in-spite of kitchen.

Everything was great and the service was impeccable. My only comment is that I have never experienced key lime pie with a blueberry reduction. I’m still pondering that one. The 7 layer chocolate cake of course was the best

Good food and service. Always a pleasure.

Having canceled our travel plans to be with family for Christmas, we still wanted our holiday meal to be special and were delighted to learn that The Palm would accommodate us on Dec 25. Our meal was fantastic, including the awesome crab cocktail, lobster, and chicken parmesan, all brought to us in the bar area by Alex who is professional, attentive, and a great conversationalist. Other than being with family, we can't think of a better place to be on Christmas Day than The Palm. A most memorable experience!

A little bit of a slow start. Beers were not cold - that’s always a bummer. But, then it was excellent. Dinner fir four - starters, drinks, main courses and desserts. Excellent.

Some of the side items were bland (green beans), but overall, the food was excellent. The steak was just right, but the crab cakes were fried just a little too hard. The desert portions were very large and very tasty. I would definitely return again.

The Palm was incredible for Thanksgiving. For obvious reasons it was quiet on Thanksgiving which made it perfect for me. Great food, incredible service is all one can ask for on Thanksgiving. Furthermore the lack of customers made it feel very safe from a Covid perspective but there was no time that I felt they’d cut corners for safety. Thank you!

We had a great time for my husbands birthday. We were spaced out nicely, comfortable and our waiter Dustin was outstanding!

Our server was outstanding but the food lacked the quality I was expecting. Although my Alaskan King Crab Legs were good...the side we had was bland, the steak was OK. I just think when you spend $300+ for two people....you should leave thinking “that food was amazing!” And I didn’t.

We had a wonderful dining experience. Alex is absolutely awesome and took incredible care of us throughout our entire meal. We dined outside on the terrace and the food and service were both five star. I give Alex my highest rating! He did everything to make sure we enjoyed our dining experience. We'll go back just for the service alone but the food was also of the highest quality. Bobby S.

Are there 2 nights in a row while staying at The Ritz next door. Food and service were so great the first night, we went back again!

Wonderful place to have family and a couple of guests. Fairly quiet, though our table was in the middle of the room. Staff and dishes were wonderful. Always a great choice!
