The Pelham House Resort - Sea Level

Brunch was fantastic, wonderful variety on the menu . Can’t beat the views and our server was excellent. It’s a little pricy but was worth it.

High end, modern, delicious, excellent! The view, of course, is one of the best on the Cape.

Went for their first trivia and tequila tasting night! Great fun with the other teams and service was exceptional. The hosts of the event were welcoming, charming and overall a good time! Can’t wait to go back!

I didn’t realize when I booked my reservation that it was $100 per person limited menu. I could see that if there was anything special that night for New Years Eve but there wasn’t. No background music. No tablecloth’s. No candlelight. Not even bread was offered. Nothing special and a strange small range of choices to pick from on the courses. The food was good but definitely not worth $100.00 per person. Will investigate more next time I make a reservation on a special night to make sure the price is worth the experience...

I would definitely recommend the Pelham House for a cocktail or two but I was underwhelmed by the food (especially for the price you pay). The ambience was fantastic (even with it being dark when we were dining so we couldn't take advantage of the views). The margarita was well worth the $16 but the food left a lot to be desired. I would go again but perhaps just for drinks with friends.

Fantastic hotel, pool area lunch & music venue and restaurant, all with great views. Staff is very attentive, professional and well trained. Food, drinks and wines are all well chosen for the atmosphere of the hotel and restaurants. Will make a point of telling family and friends to stop in and stay a while.

The new Pelham House is fantastic! The location is great and the design and decor is perfection. We had a wonderful lunch and the food was delicious and the service was great. Can’t wait to go back in the summer!

Thanksgiving dinner was a great experience. Sharon the hostess called to put in a pre order. The atmosphere was wonderful and had a view of ocean from our table. We ordered bisque butternut squash soup, turkey, grilled Brussels sprouts, with mashed potatoes and stuffing. The chef did a fantastic job and homemade cranberry sauce, too. Dessert was just as good. I highly recommend Pelham and even with Covid we felt all the steps were taken.

Amazing views next to the fire pits, great food, cocktails and live band near pool ... great service every time.. We are locals and this became our favorite place to go... feels like you are on vacation every time! Thank you PHR !

I loved eating at the Sea-Level at the Pelham. Great service, great food, and the view was beautiful! Sat outside in November but the fire pits kept us warm.

Had lunch on the patio in front of one of the fire pits. Beautiful setting looking out at the water. We all had buttered lobster rolls,they were absolutely amazingly delicious!!!

We had a hard time getting a reservation on a Sunday night in Oct. We were told the only time they had was 8:00 PM Sea Level, which we took. But I asked them to let us know if there was any cancelations and an earlier reservation which they never let us know! We got there at 8:00 PM and to our surprise the place was empty? We definitely could have gone earlier if someone was paying attention to our request. The waitress said it was a cold damp day and there were many cancelations. Too bad they ignored our request we were just sitting at home waiting to go and it was pretty chilly by 8:00 PM!

Absolutely terrible. Took over an hour for our food and the restaurant was not that busy 4 empty tables around us. Very expensive for the quality of the food and poorly cooked. The bartender poured glasses of wine no more than 2 fingers... when expressed displeasure to waitress about the wait time of over an hour for our food and the very small portions of wine being poured she brought over 1 beer and said here this one is on the house for the wait. 1 beer.... terrible service terrible food. We expected much better.

We were celebrating our anniversary at Sea Level. The hostess was very welcoming and wished us Happy Anniversary...nice attention to detail!
Menu has a nice variety of items and the view from the sea level terrace is gorgeous. We sat by one of the gas fire pits with a view of the green lawn w ocean beyond...absolutely perfect on every way!

Every thing you want for oceanside dining. Parking will be an issue.

Beautiful place with friendly service. Was not impressed with menu choice and meal was not worth the money.

Service was extremely slow - nobody greeted us for 25 minutes and servers seemed to be unaware of their own tables. Our dining experience took TWO hours for 3 sandwiches. Our drinks remained empty. Food was good once we received it and you can’t beat the view, but plan to be here for awhile.

We ate dinner at the Sea Level space. The wait staff seemed a bit confused. Brought several items to us that we hadn’t ordered seeming not to know where they were to go and the space seemed more like a function room than a restaurant. The upstairs roof area would have been preferred. There are fire pits outside the sea level space and the entire time people were walking through the tables get to the outside. Seemed like this could use a little work around so seated guests dining don’t feel like they are in the middle of a cut through. The prices are not inexpensive and the food was good, not exceptional. I will definitely give it another try, hoping they are working out the bugs in their first season.

Awesome experience to sit outside. However, when it’s colder and you eat inside, it’s like sitting in a huge banquet hall with no ambience. We have gone several times and we have recommended to friends, however the last 2 times the service has been extremely slow and our friends that we recommended the Pelham House to, have unfortunately have said the same. I feel badly saying that because I know restaurants are struggling to maintain staff etc during COVID but the last couple of visits have been frustrating.

Atmosphere was upbeat and pleasant. Great view of the Ocean. We ate at the Sea level restaurant. Music was very loud--I enjoyed it buy my husband was not a fan. Food was fabulous with beautiful presentation--a bit pricey but delicious. Love the decor and vibe. We went on a Saturday and football was on the big screen. We had a lot of fun! We will be back!

What a gem! Hotel & restaurant are amazing! Totally upscale. Loved it! Dinner & service were great!

We were seated at a high top, we were served our drinks and because the high top wobbled badly as the waiter served our drinks half of my martini was dumped as he tried to fix the table. I was not offered a replacement, did not seem right.
We ordered an app ( calamari) it arrived warm not hot.
No bread or rolls were offered, for what we paid for dinner it seemed like a big miss.
The main courses were good.
The ambiance seems a bit bland in that big room. Needs some color or artwork in my opinion.
The outside looked nice but it was too cold to venture out.

This was our 31st Wedding Anniversary. Our dinner was delicious and we loved our bottle of Champagne. Taylor was our waitress and she was awesome!!!

The food, view and service were all fantastic! We had originally booked the indoor seating downstairs, but they had booked a wedding in that room so they quickly were able to change our reservation to the rooftop restaurant and it was fantastic!

Love love the Pelham house, the service was perfect, the food was delicious. We will continue to go there for our Girls nights dinners

food and ambience were superb! The location is second to none. We will be back as much as possible and hope the fall/winter environment is as fabulous!

Had a reservation but waited 15-20 min for a table which I didn't mind that much. Once seated we requested to be moved closer to the building (we were sitting outside) to be a little warmer. We were told we would get the next available table. Took 20 minutes for a waitress to take our drink order. We ended up leaving when we watched them give the next available table away to someone else.

Limited menu... ie no fish and chips at dinner just lunch but that is understandable due to covid

Beautiful setting. The staff needs better training. Our waitress was sweet and very nice but frazzled. Food runners need a lot more training. It seems communicating with one another is lacking. Would definitely go back but I’m hoping for a more expanded menu for entrees.

Thanks God you guys opened! Honestly right on the water!. Our son works at the Sandbar and he recommended to give it a try. Love the fire pits, actually what is not to love. Food is amazing, and when ordering a martini, you give a good pour. If we're gonna splurge on a night out like that, the cocktail definitely has to measure up.

I found the whole experience at the Pelham to be wonderful! However, I wish they had music. That would make everything perfect about this hotel and restaurant. I will be back.

We had a wonderful experience! Tommy was a phenomenal server. Completely on top of all of our needs, friendly and patient. We especially loved the burrata appetizer, tuna tartar and poutine. Thanks for a lovely night. We will be back

A spectacular view of the ocean, with good food, impressive social destining. Wait staff well trained on COVID protocol. Valet parking attendant lives two towns over from our Connecticut home, small world.

Definitely will go again next time on the Cape.

I was very disappointing with Pelham House. I had a Saturday night reservation for 6 people at 7:30pm and received a confirmation the day before. Upon arrival, I was told it was impossible I had a reservation as there was a private party and was asked to leave. When I asked to speak with the manager, it was clear their goal was to get me to leave. Not once did the restaurant apologize for not reaching out to cancel my reservation and claim fault or that we were stranded on a Saturday night with a party of 6 and no plan on getting dinner at 7:30pm. We ended up going to another restaurant that had us wait for 1.5 hours and totally ruined our night. I am sorry for writing a bad review as I don't feel it is right to do during these times but the way I was treated when I ensured a month and half in advance to have an outdoor reservation makes me upset and uncomfortable with the situation.
