Welcome to Maitland’s Premier Craft Beer, Whiskey and Cocktail Bar.

Ranked in the top 15 of Regional Craft Beer venues in 2016, we pride ourselves in
serving 10 rotating taps and a wide variety of bottled craft beer along with an
everchanging selection of whiskey and cocktails to suit every taste!

Our chef creates good, hearty dishes ranging from your pub favourite schnitty and
chips to our wide range of gourmet burgers.

We are an all ages pub so bring your family down for your next event in our
Restaurant, Whiskey Room, Beer Garden or Full Venue to celebrate and enjoy the
fun and relaxed atmosphere we have to offer!

The Pourhouse exceeded all expectations with its inviting atmosphere , knowledgeable staff and terrific food. The new menu has all that you could want and the chef obviously knows what they are doing. I will be going back and I encourage anyone and everyone to give it a go.

One of the best meals we have had out in many years. Pork belly bites to die for, calamari that melted in your mouth and a beef burger 10 out of 10 and best fries EVER. Atmosphere and staff were excellent.

Nice for a drink (local and boutique brews), decent food but personally, I would prefer to dine on a quieter night. Has bands playing on Fridays, so that's really nice.

What a cool little place! From the moment we walked in we were greeted by the most bubbly, friendly staff, taken to our seats given a run down on the menu and made to feel so welcome! It has such a cool vibe, beer and food.. amazing! After experiencing many cool craft beer bars when I lived in the states, I’m always on the look out back home and this place took me right back to some of my favorite places in the USA. We will definitely be back! May even be our new favorite date night venue!

Meals got forgotten and when they did come out the bread was uncooked, buttered with sweet chilli sauce and cheese semi grilled on top. One of the female staff were extremely rude when we asked if we could move to a different table and said “you’re already moving their anyway aren’t you”. Use to be a great place to eat and atmosphere but was really disappointed.

We did not end up eating at this restaurant as when we arrived for our booking we were told that we had nine minutes until the kitchen closed at 7pm. And our only options were chicken and fish quick and easy very disappointing.

Asked to be seated in front bar. Pushed to back corner dining room. . One till going for food and alcohol. At times too long to wait. . Normally there till close, gone by 8.30. . More staff needed guys. . Normally such a great there we promote the place. Unfortunately not this night.

The Mothers Day special dinner was fantastic, sitting out the back in the beer garden in the sun was fantastic.
