Very nice Sunday lunch. You can usually count on a good standard of food and the pub is always buzzing on a Sunday lunchtime

We were celebrating my Son and his partner being here from Australia, she had not been to the UK before. I asked on the booking if we could be by the open fire, however we were in the conservatory the window was draughty and Rebecca didn’t take her coat off the whole meal, we were there 3 hours! It was really cold and although there was a fire by the doors it was a visual display only and cold to touch. Service was slow, that’s why we were there so long and the food was barely warm. As the weather moves into Winter we won’t be dining here because of the draft and because it is a challenge to keep food warm and edible. It was a shame because we spent over £200 for Sunday lunch and I can get a much better experience in other places for that price and surroundings. We were regulars and had a difficult experience before but thought we would give it a chance because it is local but won’t do it again!

Food was good. Baked Camembert to share & steak & kidney pudding with all the veg. It was tasty my only issue would be that the pie was quite salty, portion size was good. Summer looked after us, she was charming & attentive, thank you Summer.

Had a lovely time at the Queen Inn. Have been many times before and as always we had an amazing meal. Food was cooked to perfection and the desserts were delicious.

We had a lovely lunch here. The team were very accommodating with our changing logistics, and provided excellent service and food. A very enjoyable lunch out, we will be returning. A big thank you to the team.

Met a friend for a meal, drink and chat. It was lovely. Food and service was very good. I would recommend this venue if you want to enjoy an evening out with a friend or, friends. We had a lovely time and will go back.
