In this current era of higher prices and reduced quality, the Ramp provides a welcome throwback to a time of good food in an "old Hollyood" kind of vibe. The menu has ample choices for most every diner at prices well below what I expected. And Happy Hour runs through 7PM!... even in the dining room. That's NOT common. Our server was Steven, who is dry-witted, conversational, and quick with advice on entrees and libations. For the price, the Ramp is a desirable location offering a great sit-down dinner and full bar. We'll be back.

First time visit and on a Tuesday evening. We were seated in the back and took advantage of their HH drinks. We ordered garlic cheese bread and wings off the HH menu. Prices for the appetizers were misleading. They cut the price in half cuz they were giving you half orders. I'm finding more and more restaurants are doing this. Usually HH items are the same size as on the regular menu, but with discounted prices. Drinks were just OK and as expected for HH; can always use a bit more liquor. 3 of us ordered Italian entrees and one ordered Sand Dabs. Italian entrees were just OK; nothing to come back for. However, the Sand Dabs was pretty good, per the friend. We were seated in the backroom, and our server was MIA quite a bit. The 2nd round of drinks took 15 minutes, but could be because the bar was packed with Dodgers fans. It also was very hot in the back with the 100 df earlier that day.

The Ramp is a local favorite. Friday night, the place was packed at 6:30 when we arrived for dinner. We were seated in a favorite quiet location. Michelle, our server, was attentive and helpful. Dinner was delicious. Prices are moderate. Definitely, will plan on making a return visit.

We wound up eating at the bar and had a great time. Frank couldn't have been more fun and took care of us like VIPs! Great filet mignon!

Service was fantastic. Our table had the spinach and cheese ravioli, the beef stroganoff and shrimp scampi. Everything was delicious. Cocktails were perfect as well. Mai Tai's and Smoked Old Fashion.

From the valet parking to dessert, The Ramp never disappoints. Eddie our server was attentive, kind and had great suggestions. Prime rib dinner was great as well as chocolate mousse. We can't wait to return for their new brunch on Saturday and Sundays.
