The view of the ocean cannot be beat. The food was delicious, and the service prompt and friendly. Great spot on a sunny day!

Can’t beat the location and the view but the food is not good, everything tasted like it was cooked in loads of oil, maybe a nice place to sit for coffee but I wouldn’t want to eat here again

Very difficult to find server for drink orders and accommodate seating for guests. There were lots of servers for the small venue and had to flag down employees for pending items. Chai latte was watered down with too much cinnamon.

Lovely view and good vibes. Service was excellent at first but waned as the meal progressed to the point of having to get up and go find a server. I ordered the pier view quiche advertised with carmelized onions, vello cheese, tomatoes and creme fraiche. I received the 'quiche' with creme fraiche and tomatoes. The 'quiche' is just whipped eggs baked...no cheese, no seasoning, no veggies. Boring as all get out and not quiche. I sent it back. My companions all had dishes that had good points and bad points, the most notable being really sweet mushroom sauce that was very unexpected. The best dish of the 5 we ordered was the The Animal, the barbacoa was very good.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ If you’re looking for a brunch spot with one of the best views in Oceanside, this is it. Sitting with a front row view of the Oceanside Pier and the ocean, right next to the iconic Top Gun House, the atmosphere alone is worth the visit. The vibe is relaxed, welcoming, and the perfect place to slow down and enjoy the coastal weather. I ordered the Pier View Quiche and it was absolutely delicious. My friend had the Double O Omelette, and after stealing a few bites in the name of quality control, I can confirm it was just as good. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. The real surprise? The lattes. Easily some of the best I’ve had. Smooth, rich, and perfectly made. Great food, incredible coffee, and unbeatable ocean views. This is definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to.

Service was terribly slow, had to request various items and remind staff or items multiple times. Food was good, portions were small, value not received. Location is nice, however traffic was loud. Not certain we'll come back.
