Lives up to its reputation! Absolutely amazing meal, ambiance, and drinks! Highly recommend!
Brook was a fantastic server and made fantastic suggestions. Thanks for making it a special night. My daughter rates the dining experience in her top 3!!!
Everything we tried was great. Oysters, crab cakes, surf and turf, ravioli. Very reasonable and good sized portions. We’ll be back when in Milwaukee.
Food was amazing, service was amazing, great atmosphere
Great food and service. Wonderful experience! Went for my husband's birthday and we were given a free dessert of our choice. Waitstaff was attentive and friendly. Food was amazing.
Great vibe, fabulous service, fantastic flavors…truly inventive. From the street it doesn’t look like much…but, it’s a sleeper. You walk inside and are in for a delightful surprise.
5/5 for the food and service! We got the shareable plates and they were amazing from the lobster potholes to croquettes, shrimp rolls & fried green tomatoes. The service was top notch, she was super friendly, attentive, and very helpful with recommendations. We will be back!!
Fun craft cocktails and a nice selection of starters that were ample for sharing. The tartare and sea scallop ceviche were delicious!
Recommended by a friend and certainly a fabulous experience! Wait staff could not have been more accommodating! We will definitely be back!!
First of all, service was wonderful. 5 stars for Kyle! We were celebrating our anniversary and he helped make it that more special. We both had the filet and it was done to perfection. Very happy with our dining experience!
Walking distance from our hotel and Sunday oyster specials! Interesting wines (Slovenia!). Great beef tartare and sea scallops. Ok Whitefish and dessert. Nice server.
We were greeted when we arrived. Seated immediately. Friendly. Dylan was our waiter. Very friendly, good info on items, great interactions. Sam, told us about the sister restaurant. Also checked to make sure everything was alright. The food was delicious! The scallop ceviche was amazing. Thank you for a wonderful time out!
The main courses were phenomenal. Both the Halibut and the Surf and Turf. 1st class. The Halibut was a wonderful mix of flavors, even the sides of Broccoli and Potatoes had class. The desserts not so good, they were over complicated without outstanding results.
Staff was great, food was brilliant, for a romantic dinner I thought it was a little loud. but overall definitely want to go again.
All staff treated us very well, accommadated one of us with a walker at a near table.
Music seemed a bit load to be able to converse.
Great food but music was a little to loud. Lobster Pot pie was amazing and tuna appetizer shouldn’t be missed. Will definitely be back.
Excellent sea scallop ceviche, clam chowder, blue crab croquettes, halibut, and short rib!
The meal was delicious. Sevice was outstanding. The staff was great in explaining options and their recommendations were spot on.
Loved the place. Our server was excellent, but it was clear she was swamped and may have had too many tables. We weren’t in a hurry except for cocktails:) took 15 minutes to get our drinks after sitting down. Food was great, oysters especially. We will be back for sure. Great atmosphere and vibe.
Less than great seating right at the bottom of the stairway despite a reservation which I mentioned special occasion and seeing other open tables when we arrived but hostess said those were unavailable for other reservations
We had really great service and our server gave us exceptional suggestions. We started with Ahi Tuna with crispy rice cake and other good bits. This was excellent. Then we had lobster (in escargot dish). This was rich, but not too rich and was great with sourdough bread. It has a lot of lobster (that was not overcooked). For entrees, we had green curry halibut and lobster pot pie. The curry was not spicy, but very flavorful. All the veg was cooked perfect. The lobster pot pie was enormous. Both entrees were large portions and exceptional.
Fantastic meal. Don't miss the crab and lobster rolls. Halibut is amazing. Service was just right. Meal timing was perfect. Overall great experience
I had a fantastic meal at Third Coast Provisions. I expected it would be amazing and I was not disappointed. Went with a colleague and we started with the ahi tuna tartare crispy rice, oyster sliders and shared the 3CP greens. My colleague had the miso sea scallops and i wanted the Alaskan halibut but they were out, so I went with the server’s recommendation of the spinach she was attentive, knowledgeable and helpful with my drink and entree selections. A wonderful meal and experience. :)
The oysters were perfect. The wine was great, as were our cocktails. Alex, our server, was well-informed about all menu items. He was great at stopping by just often enough, and not overdoing the attempted up-selling. The desserts are made in-house, and are not deadly sweet. There were bits of real key lime in my dessert. The entrees, sides and sauces were all really delicious, too. Kettle chips made a great crust for the whitefish, with housemade stoneground brown mustard in the sauce. Highly recommended. The halibut came with a mild but tasty green curry. Check this place out if you love seafood. It will not disappoint.
Our waiter Alex took great care of us.. gave us great feedback on some menu changes and improvements. The Foir Gras, Oysrs and Lobster pot pie were all Extremely good.
We had excellent service and great food which just added to a lovely evening.
Thank you 👍
Just a fantastic food experience. Great for sharing. Cocktails are super tasty!
Good, not great. Would not recommend or return, truthfully, wished we would have gone next door to Carnevor’s or Harbor House since we wanted seafood. The bartenders all used shot glasses (not a drop more!) when pouring drinks. Give me a ‘good’ drink when I’m paying $11 for Kettle One - could have had 5! And do they have to charge for a bread basket!? Husband likes bread with his meal - $7 for him to eat 2 dinner rolls. Overall, food was good but it was that ‘little stuff’ that made us not live the place.
Everything was fantastic!! The food was incredible!
When we entered we knew we were in a special place. We weren’t disappointed. From the staff we met to the various things we ordered it was fantastic. The preparation of everything was exceptional. We tried lobster pot pie, surf and turf, short ribs, and scallops over risotto. All items were the best.
The food and drinks were absolutely fantastic- definitely “next level” dining. Imaginative pairings (the pineapple/vanilla/bourbon drink tasted nostalgic and familiar and yet fresh and new). The server was attentive, and knew the foods up and down and answered all our questions. We had a fantastic girls night here!
What a wonderful experience. We were booked for the date of our wedding anniversary, but due to circumstances, the restaurant had to rebook us for another date. They were very accommodating and apologetic. Upon arrival, the co-owner greeted us and he was very nice and once again apologized and thanked us for being understanding (it was absolutely fine; we understand that things are weird with restaurants these days, so we didn’t fuss).
Our waitress, Natalie, was very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. My spouse had the clam chowder for a starter which was absolutely delicious.
For our mains, I had the Lake Superior Walleye and the spouse had the Lobster Pot Pie. The walleye and potato pancakes were cooked to perfection. The spouse enjoyed the pot pie, though he wasn’t a fan of the puff pastry on top. For a dessert, we had the coconut semifreddo which was…interesting. It wasn’t bad; it was just…interesting. The passion fruit gel was a bit too sweet for me, but the brandies pineapple was divine.
Along with our cocktails (you HAVE to try the Gulf & Western) and complimentary champagne toast, the entire night more than met our expectations. Management and staff went above and beyond and we cannot wait to visit again in the future.
Fantastic dinner with a lot of great menu options. We loved the lobster potholes!
Thoughtful meal preparation and plating. Sharable must be sampled. Most fulfilling meal we've had in years!
We love good food. So, after reading the reviews we were excited to try this place. The service was great! The ambiance was ok, and the food was creative in presentation but lacking in flavor. The experience was nice but we won’t be returning.
Amazing food and service we would absolutely be returning ! The blue crab and pimento croquettes were our favorite
Everything was amazing. The ambiance, the decor, the food, the waiter was knowledgeable about the menu, etc
Went for the Downtown Dining Week menu, terrific value. The croquettes and risotto were delicious, and our server was delightful. Love the cocktails here too, always unique and tasty!
Our server never entered our order in, when I questioned why everyone that were seated AFTER us were almost finished with their meals the manager proceeded to blame it on kitchen logistics. Meanwhile, the table where the servers personal friends seemed to be (hence the hugs when they were seated), came after us, drinks were plentiful and they were served and ate and left while we were still waiting... Go figure. Terrible birthday dinner.
