Tin Lizzy's - Midtown
Food is great. Service was fast. In and out in 25 minutes.
Service was good. The food was ok
Food is great. Drinks are great. Staff is helpful and profession. We were there for a birthday and we there early so it was not crowded or noisy. All enjoyed our food and drinks. Good bargain.
Sarah our waitress was amazing
Don't love the parking situation, very expensive to park. Food was awesome but it too wait staff awhile before even acknowledging us and it wasn't that busy when we arrived.
This restaurant is the dirtiest I ever seen!! Dining here feel like we’re sitting by the dumpster.
Was very fun
Horrible service and the place was not busy .
Server and hostess were very good. Food was well priced and tasted great.
I've given numerous chances after being let down several times and it was disappointing again. After waiting 10 minutes for a server I had to get up and go tell the hostess no one had come to my table. After that food took forever to come out and I only have 1 hour for lunch. My queso was cold and chips were very stale. My salad was fine, but just a salad. My colleague had to leave for a call and I waited to pay the bill which was the only thing that was fast.
This is always a good midtown option. The drinks are good and getting a table is usually pretty easy but I try to reserve just in case.
Needs to be cleaner. Feels more like a bar than a restaurant.
The restaurant was filthy!
Highly recommend Tin Lizzy's for a great lunch fare for any kind of gathering. Convenient location in Midtown makes it great for a reasonable lunchtime getaway from the mundane office brownbag and doesn't disappoint on flavor. Depending on the outside temp, sit outside on the covered porch, as we did. The street tacos are always my pick, and the guacamole is the best!
This location needs a major refresh!! It was “ soggy”, the food was cold and not tasty. The server got our orders wrong. I will never return.
They were able to accommodate my large group which consisted of 21 people. The food came on time and was quite delicious. Service was excellent especially for such a large party. Will come back again when I am in Atlanta.
Chill place with strong margaritas. Customer service was cool, pretty attentive but not overbearing.
We had a large table outside for a birthday dinner, service was good and the food was tasty. Restaurant smelled hire bad as we walked in, though.
The air did not work. They placed fans at the end of our table. The table was wobbly and the waitress came and put napkins under instead of moving us.
We purchased the street tacos. The food was dry and old. Wasn't worth the price at all. The taco shells were awful. They need to improve on the cleanliness as well. I will never come back.
The tacos are delicious and their salsa is on point!
We asked for a table on the patio. The music was turned up so loud that when I asked the hostess if it could be turned down she responded "huh?" because she could not understand me even though I asked the question with a loud voice. It was impossible to have a conversion on the patio and that level of noise will cause hearing damage when exposed to for prolonged periods. I know I probably sound like a senior citizen but I am 31 years old. The manager claimed to have turned the music down twice but I have the SoundPrint app and the noise level averaged 86 dB both before and after the music was "turned down". The server asked if we wanted to move inside where it was quieter and I responded that we would prefer to sit on the patio with the music lower. The manager blamed the loudness on the fact that the speaker was pointed at out table but 86dB is so far outside of what is safe and comfortable that the orientation of the speaker was not the root problem. They also used the excuse that it was "Cinco de Mayo weekend" - last I checked, Cinco de Mayo is a single day and trying to pull in the day before (5/4) is just a clear over reach of an already americanized bastardization of Cinco de Mayo. We ended up moving inside so that we could talk over our dinner (where the noise averaged 81dB). The server was friendly and the food was great but the staff really did not respect or try to resolve how harmful the music level was on the patio. I know that many restaurants think loudness correlates to fun but this is not the case when the noise is at levels that will cause hearing loss with prolonged exposure.
Was ok. Food was lack luster
The Midtown Tin Lizzy's is much less 'franchise' looking inside than the other Atlanta area outlets. Gives it a nicer ambiance.
We had an excellent meal prior to attending the Alliance Theater..Very convenient and worthwhile
We each had 2 tacos, they were delicious! Unfortunately they had just run out of the lobster tacos. Service friendly, efficient especially as we had 2 children with us.
The food was great. They will leave out an ingredient (buffalo sauce) if it is too hot for you. I recommend the skillet dinners - yum!
Very casual. We waited over 45 minutes for our meal.
Great service and food for an even better price
This is a pretty disgusting (dirty, smelly) bar. Our waiter ignored us for the most part. We ordered chips and salsa and tater tots as appetizers. They were good but... Didn’t ask if my husband wanted a drink. Took forever and never even took our dinner order. Got the check and left. Will not be going back. Other locations are much much better.
By far one of my favorite places to eat in Atlanta. The staff was amazing. The food was delicious. It was so good I went back the next day with another friend. This food is authentic. Would recommend the queso and Tins tacos. Their food and drinks are reasonably priced. Highly recommend.
Accommodated a 11 guest with a reservation for 8. Service was great, but drink & food orders were slow to be served. Great fish taco, but could have used more fish. Would return especially for a pre-game to a concert.
AWESOME experience. I held my girl friends 50th birthday party here and I was extremely impressed. I brought decorations early and they set up everything for me. The manager was incredible(Anthony) he helped me put it all together. From the bar in the front while we waiting to our waitress, they were excellent. GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU WANT TO HOLD A SMALL GET TOGETHER.
The food and drinks are still good but the service and management has declined. This is my 2nd time visiting to dine and it's been a wait at the door because no host/hostess is present (although there are plenty of tables available for seating - not packed), It doesn't seem as clean as it use to so that is making me hesitant to return and try another location.
Absolutely the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. MANAGER WAS RUDE!
We needed to find some for 9. No problem. Service was consistent and food was fast and good. Also a good value. Just be prepared to pay $15 for parking.
Try the chips and queso!!
Great value, friendly service, very good food. The music was just quite loud which made it difficult to talk to everyone at the table. Manager did his very best to accommodate us. Portobello mushroom tacos were especially good.
Host station and server were genuinely friendly and accommodating. Food was pretty good. We were seated in the back area, which I appreciated because it was easier to talk and hear each other. The atmosphere was alright. The bathroom really seemed like it had been neglected - needed some air freshener and was messy.
The drinks were great and the food was decent. Honestly, I was expecting a way different atmosphere. Open table typically hosts restaurants with a little nicer setting. This would fall u see the bar category for me. Queh was my server and he made my dining experience very enjoyable. He gets 5 stars!
