   The staff member Alex is amazing, his service is outstanding, he was very accommodating and helpful!! He also made me and my family very welcomed and gave me a surprise for my bday with chocolates and smoke effect on our table!! The place is beautiful and lovely, relaxed atmosphere, the staff are friendly, only downside is the food could’ve been more presentable and portion was small/pricey, the beef noodles was bland. My prawns dish was very nice. The menu does not have much options. Overall I had a great night with beautiful views!!

   I came to celebrate my birthday here and I had an amazing experience. It really surpassed my expectations. All the staff were very attentive and polite. Juan our waiter was very friendly and efficient, he made the experience very enjoyable thank you. The menu could have more of a variety but nonetheless the food was amazing. I will definitely be back.

   The place is lovely. Think I would have chosen a high rather than low table next time. The food was amazing. My husband had the wagu steak and it melted in the mouth but £90 was a lot for the size. However I’m not complaining as thoroughly enjoyed it. The music was not too noisy but added to the ambiance. Our server was great.

   Service was great, atmosphere was great, only fault was my mum asked for the sea bass and we got the cod instead lol. The cod was cheaper so we didn’t fuss too much, she still enjoyed her birthday.

    We went to Ting to celebrate a birthday. However left utterly disappointed and with a £280 bill which is very bad value for money given the terrible service and overall experience. The service was a shambles. We got dumped on our table with no explanation apart from some QR codes to scan. After waiting 15 minutes someone came over to ask if we wanted water. After another 10 minutes the water arrived but no one asked to take an order. Every time we wanted something we had to ask rather than 5 star attentive service it felt more like Fawlty Towers. The entire restaurant was completely disorganised and random. Pretty shocking for a 5 star hotel. It wasn't like this when I visited when the restaurant opened years ago. Lastly, there was still xmas decorations up and it was the 29th of January. For £280 for 3 people, I feel ripped off. I thought I was paying for top service and experience but didn't get either.

    Wonderful place for any occasion. Food was wonderful. View is spectacular. Service from the time we arrived at the door all the way through the evening was top notch. Special call out to Juan and all the other associates who were attentive during our experience.

    Poor afternoon tea. Table disgusting all marked Didn’t look clean. The actual sandwiches cakes All poor standard and other people I have spoken to say the same. So not just me. Overall not good very disappointing.

    Poached eggs were a disappointment as well as the halal chicken sausages. More selection for those with a halal diet would be great as even the hash browns were fried in the same oil as pork products The service and those serving were really good and the views were amazing

    Went yesterday for my birthday and had an amazing evening: the service was lovely and my waiters truly made my birthday feel so personal and special. the food was amazing. we had the sweet and sour prawns, noodles and pork and it was honestly so delicious. overall had such an amazing time, will definitely be returning here.

    Amazing views and nothing is too much bother for the team doing the afternoon teas. Offered extra sandwiches and scones. The sweets were delighfully light and of course the tea selection huge.

    We waited 2 hours before our starters came, our waitress was very friendly and lovely but the entire service was painfully slow The food wasn't amazing, definitely not for the prices we paid. They also wanted to charge us £40 just for plain noodles which I found absolutely absurd

    We were pleased with the service and attentiveness of the waitstaff however the food was not up to par, even for an average restaurant. Everything came out slightly warm and not hot. We ordered Mushroom Toast, Tuna Tataki, Short Rib and Fried Rice, all of which we were very underwhelmed by. It’s unfortunate because we had high hopes for Ting. Their customers are world travelers with refined palates and the food experience falls well short of expectations. They should re-evaluate their menu and flavors.

    Food was below average. Everything was a bit cold. It was very obvious it was cooked before hand. Had the cod and seabass for mains. Both were bland and like warmish. Very disappointed and would not recommend or go back again unfortunately. The amount paid for the bill no where near matched the quality of the food.

    Service took too long. Had to wait about 25 mins for 2 beers. I had booked it for my husbands birthday and it wasn’t even acknowledge by the resturant which was a pity. I’d only recommend as the views are stunning.

    We visited TÎNG as a couple and had the 5 course experience meal. The food was delicious! Excellent live music was also playing in the background. Our biggest disappointment was however our table that was tucked away in the furthest corner of the restaurant. There was lots of shouting from the kitchen for service and we felt that we missed out on the ambience of the restaurant. We wondered if we’d done something to upset someone and had been put in the naughty corner :)
