Toby Carvery - Hinton

My husband and I went for lunch at our local Toby on August 29th 2019. The staff were helpful and friendly but the food was not so good. My husband had gammon and vegetables and was very happy with that. I had the beef and it was inedible. It was a new joint brought out while I was queuing and looked very nice. the vegetables were fine but I couldn't eat the beef. It was chewy and bouncy and horrible. I told the waiter when he collected our plates and he was very apologetic and said he would only charge for the veggies. It was a very disappointing experience,

Booked table that went ok. Got the confirmation of booking. Travelled all the way down to Hinton found they did not have a table reserved for us there was no booking on there system, luckily they had a table free, if we booked a half hour later the place was full. Not a good experience will delete app and account not worth it. Sorry it was a failure.
