Everything at Top cut was Top notch. Their attention to detail is unsurpassed. Staff is friendly and professional, the food was superb! The attention to my wife’s birthday was awesome, and classy. Great job! Don’t lose your employees, they are the best.

Definitely pricey however the quality of food was excellent. For example we ordered a scallop appetizer that was $19 and had only three medium sized scallops. With that said, the flavor was most excellent. You're definitely paying for quality and amazing flavor. Steaks were almost velvety, super soft. One of the surprising things was we had the carrot cake for dessert. I'm not exaggerating when I say it is the best carrot cake I ever had but also easily one of the best desserts I've ever had. I could take or leave carrot cake, but this one was unbelievable. We couldn't get over how good it is. For special occasions when money isn't an issue and you want high quality, great tasting food, you really should consider Top Cut.
We were pleasantly surprised at this restaurant gem nestled in the Saucon Valley Promenade Shops. We live in another state, but locals told us that Top Cut would be an excellent choice for a restaurant to celebrate my husband's birthday. Everything was top notch. The food and service were both outstanding!
This was our first visit and we will definitely go back! Both food and service were excellent! Our server, Jill, was extremely knowledgeable about the menu, including both food and drinks. If you are looking to treat yourself for a night out to a great steakhouse in the Lehigh Valley, try Top Cut for sure. We are big fans of the Paxos restaurants and are never disappointed.
Explain it on yelp. Anniversary dinner. Food average especially the waygu steak And extremely overpriced. Very disappointed as was looking forward to a special experience at a seemingly highly rated restaurant.

Our first time for Restaurant Week. Service was excellent. Did remind me of European service. Food delicious.
Our meal was during restaurant week. My friend ordered the filet mignon which came out much more rare than ordered— which they corrected, but for a steak restaurant they should have this done pat. I ordered the Dover sole special which came with herbed mashed potatoes. The potatoes were cold... they brought out a huge bowl which wasn’t wanted or needed to correct but the biggest disappointment was the fish which came out with a strong “fishy” odor/taste with a mild ammonia flavor which tipped me off it was not fresh. Sadly I didn’t mention anything to the waiter because between the steak not being prepared correctly and the cold potatoes I never said anything about the fish and didn’t want to complain “too much.” Normally I’m a huge fan of Top Cut and all Paxos restaurants and have been a long time patron of theirs for many years. I hope this was just an off night for them... but for the $$ you’re spending make sure to ask when someone obviously doesn’t eat much on their plate... the wait staff should notate that and ask if everything was alright.
David our waiter was excellent! He knew the menu like the back of his hand. We were there for restaurant week but it was fun to hear about the specials and his knowledge.

We went for our anniversary dinner. Everything was so amazing! We had the wagyu short ribs as an appetizer. The meat was so tender. Then I had the French onion soup for dinner. Oh my gosh the best French onion soup I ever had! Then they gave us a complimentary slice of carrot cake and champagne to celebrate our anniversary. So sweet! It was an amazing dinner and we will definitely be coming back.

Our steaks were not prepared to temperature by at least one level. I requested medium rare and got rare. Also the quality was definitely below expectations.

Everything was great until the manager walked up to us...interrupted our conversation by saying" excuse me" while a dinner companion was talking to ask us how everything was going. While i can appreciate his asking us to make sure that we were happy. You do not stop someone from talking to ask your question...In my opinion.
I clearly responded with..."everything was great until now" it was by far one of the rudest interruptions by a host/Manager I have ever seen. At $150.00 per head with tip...He needs to learn how to respectfully introduce himself and ask if there is anything he can do for us...Not to interrupt us for a quick survey.

The food was amazing. The service was great and pleasurable to talk to. The view out over the hills was perfect for a relaxing Valentine’s Day dinner. Even for a college kid such as myself the price for the food wasn’t bad at all. You get what you pay for. My steak and my girlfriend’s steak was cooked to perfection. I’d highly recommend Top Cut to anyone looking for a great high end steak house dinner.

My fiancé and I went for Valentines Day dinner and everything was amazing!! From the food to their service, I have no complaints. I don’t eat meat but my fiancé’s steak looked so good I almost tried it!! I would definitely recommend giving this restaurant a try. It is pricey but worth it.

Would absolutely recommend Top Cut as one of the premier steak houses in the Lehigh Valley. We didn't feel it surpassed our favorite grill house in Bethlehem though. Both my filet mignon and my husband's ribeye were a bit over seasoned and the asparagus was under seasoned. The sears on that steak were amazing though! Our server, Megan, was incredible. She was super attentive which is always appreciated. The sommelier recommended an exquisite Larkmead and shared with us his experience at the vineyard. As someone who has been to Napa 4 or 5 times, and totally missed Larkmead, I cannot wait to go there upon our next trip so thank you!!!!!!
