lunch with a friend in the open Church st our meal tasty and portion size perfect , when breaking bread with a close friend the quality of the the fare is paramount we loved our lunch thank you

We had breakfast with a friend and enjoyed the food very much. We had the chilli eggs and the top paddock breakfast. All good quality. Coffee was great.

Given the current climate and time limitations the team were very polite and respectful not to push you out and gave us 25+mins notice time was coming up

Love Top Paddock ... it does get very busy so need a bit of patience but all good !

Fabulous place for lunch or brunch. Lovely atmosphere and fabulous food and staff. A really interesting menu and everything I have had was delicious. A total must are the ricotta hot cakes. Delicious and a work of art!

I understand we’re in covid restrictions but I don’t appreciate the servers being aggressive when presenting the bill when I hadn’t even finish my coffee due to time constraints. Out of everywhere I have been lately in Melbourne, they approach is quite rude and aggressive.

Good Cafe with interesting menu. Same owners as Kettle Black with some similar menu choices. Lovely food though some options such are quite light. Recommended

Disappointed with beef brisket, turned out to be dry which I did not expect especially in comparison to how it was the last time I ate. First time being disappointed with the place.

Great service and great coffee topped off with a nice bustling vibe. Would also recommend for client meetings.

Good brunch place. Dishes are plated prettily. Ambience is ok if you are happy with club-ish music playing in the background while having brunch.

This experience was only topped by my chai latte and the friendliness of the staff.

Overall 5/5 would go again :)

Really an awesome cafe!!! Great food! Very reasonable price. Coffee came quite late though, but could have been busy then, with the reduce number of staff, compared to usual.

Top paddock was amazing we had an 8am breakfast booking on Sunday and the service was friendly welcoming and warm. Food came out quick and was delish (eggs benny and poached eggs w/bacon and hollandaise) Coffees were amazing perfect temp and tasty! Love this venue and will be back!

I like everything about this cafe, the service was really good very polite and the food was good too.

Our first lunch out at top Paddock after lockdown restrictions lifted. We felt very safe and comfortable in the space and enjoyed a wonderful lunch. The staff were very professional about cutlery and condiments etc and friendly as always even behind the masks.

Arrived a bit early but efficiently welcomed, seated and offered coffee straight away. Orders taken politely and with a smile to boot. Meals great, coffee spot on and nothing a hassle. A favourite that maintains a great level of service across all areas.
