Our 8:15 reservation was not ready until 9 pm

Restaurant not actually open for in-person dining even though they allow booking on Open Table. We wasted a trip to this location and upon arrival they were rude and seemed not to care that they are showing available times on Open Table.

Allowed to take a reservation for a restaurant doing take out only

I’m not sure if it was a mistake of openTable or the restaurant. But the restaurant was closed for dine-in and takeouts due to to COVID restrictions and I only found out after going there. Wasted $$ on uber and it could have been avoided if I was informed about this while making the reservation.

Great food and fine Scotch. The bill charges you a 20% automatic “to
Cover the wage raise”, and of course they don’t tell you before hands. Really? And that goes to the owner. Then, they ask you for the usual tip. I found out the tip only goes to the waiters, not to the kitchen! Unacceptable! Horrible American custom to keep the clients paying to the employees.

Favorite date spot!

This is what I imagine a culinary trip to New Orleans would be. The experience is fantastic with these wonderful booths that have individually designed tables with. Then you are sitting on seats that are velvet soft. For Covid, there is plexiglas separating each booth.
Then, the food!! I only hope if I get to New Orleans that I can find a meal so wonderful. Spice without being too spicy. The menu made my mouth water before even tasting it. This was a great last meal before shut down. I had a good about left for lunch the next day, and that too was fantastic.

I ordered the chicken fried chicken with spicy sausage gravy. I wish the spice level was a little higher. The flavor was good though. My food came out not as hot as I’d like but still warm. The beignet’s were probably my least favorite. They were still alright but not the best I’ve had. Overall though, I’d try this place again as they had a lot of tasty lookin options on their menu!

Love this place!! Such a good selection of foods at a great price. The beignets are AMAZING.

Fantastic ambiance

I was surprised to see how packed the restaurant was considering that Seattle is still under Covid-19 measures. There was no empty seating/marked off table to ensure social distancing. Aside from that everything else was fine.

My meal was inedible. At the end of the meal I was told it was the spiciest thing on the menu but there is no notation of that on the menu itself. The cocktails and beers were incredibly overpriced, and the steak was dripping and so much sauce it was difficult to eat

My date was blown away with the 3 course dinner during seattle restaurant week! Ive been here many times and I still love it every single time, even more. Great food and drinks!

Made a reservation and was seated right a way. The first thing I noticed was the menu was very big and everything looked amazing. This caused a 'issue' with my partner as that she had to make a decision out of it all. The waiter was very understanding and gave good recommendations. We needed a bit more time to order our drinks, but they came within a good time. There was quite a few people in the Restaurant and we were advised about a 90 minute dining time limit. Plenty of time with the level of service though, the food was amazing and drinks even better. It is a fancier place so the price after a generous tip (Hey they are working for us) was closer to $200 but that was with two drinks, two glasses of wine, an appetizer, two entrees, and dessert. Highly recommend it!

One of the best restaurants in Seattle! The food is amazing, the service is outstanding, the interior is beautiful, especially after the sunset when they light all those candles.
