Birthday celebration gone bad. Horrible service and mediocre food. Sat with food delivered and no utensils and napkins for 20 mins. Asked several times for utensils and napkins and it never came. By the time it arrived the food was cold. Avoid if you can until service gets better
The food and atmosphere was incredible. Our waiter was great and always checked on us. The whole staff that we encountered was super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend going. We will be going again!
Had a lovely experience! Our waiter was wonderful, food and drinks were good. Overall a very nice restaurant with gorgeous outdoor seating.
Menu offerings were limited. Mediocre food. Long wait once we were seated. Issues seem to be related to staffing. The staff that was there though were very apologetic. We still had a good time despite this and enjoyed our time at the restaurant.
We arrived 15 minutes before our reservation. The hostess sat us right away. Then we sat there and no one came over. The hostess sat other tables around us. Servers came and took their drink orders, brought them appetizer. Waving someone down, we were ignored. The hostess came back to sit a 3rd table near us 25 minutes after we sat down and asked us if anyone had come over to our table. She hunted down a server. I ordered the steak frite, well done. It came burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. The kids food was the same food you got at the water park. Even the expensive drinks came in a tiny juice glass. We spent over $100 on food, then we went upstairs to the store and bought snacks because no one ate. It was awful. This was supposed to be our 1 nice meal of the trip, but we were very disappointed. We ended up there for over an hour. No apps or dessert. There were a lot of empty tables when we sat down so it wasn't that busy.
Fire pit experience can not be over stated. Amazing night, server Lilly is amazing. We requested glassware by the fire pit, makes all the difference. Food was very, very good. Steak frites, nachos appetizer coupled with Chili is a must do. Drinks from the bar were well made and generous on the pour. My family of 4 (boys 6 & 8) all had a great time. We enjoyed this experience 12-hours ago and already miss it. An absolute must do.
Service was fast and very good. The beer and cider were the best part of the meal, closely followed by the nachos appetizer. Kudos for helping us out by presenting all the toppings in separate little cups so each diner could choose what they liked.
The main course was just disappointing. Onion rings and fries - sad, tasteless, and seemed to have been cooked in oil that had been used too many times. Mac and cheese was meh at best, as were the burgers which were not cooked to order.
For the price, you should be able to do better.
The restaurant was steady but not overwhelmed, service was a bit slow but I will say I was told they are under staffed, forgivable! Food wasn’t anything special but very overpriced but par for inflation due to location.
Food was great and environment was awesome ; They Rock
Automatic service charge added to your bill and you won't be told about it! Ribs were good. Reuben was inedible, the deli meat was mostly fat and cut way it thick making it tough and chewy. Kids mac n cheese was good.
Bad steak, so expensive. And bad taste, you should change
Patrick our server was great. Friendly and courteous. We made these reservations to take our daughter out to dinner during her family weekend at college.
Perfect weather to sit outside on the back patio. Matched with delicious food and terrific service resulted in us eating here twice while staying at Camelback
We had an 8:15 reservation and the restaurant was full but we were seated promptly! Our service was speedy and friendly. We ordered nachos which were HUGE—much bigger than expected and delicious. We ordered a Kids Burger, a Trails End burger, and the Turkey Club—all 3 sandwiches were great and came with plenty of fries. The Turkey club was definitely the favorite with tons of meat, thick bacon and avocado. We had tons of leftovers which made for a great next-day lunch!
Great food Great views Great place a little pricey but worth it
Went to this restaurant because it was convenient while staying at Camelback lodge. Way over priced, very loud, service was poor and food was average to poor. Should have left the resort to go to a restaurant in town for a better meal that would have cost less.
Excellent service and great food! I definitely recommend this restaurant!
The table was wobbly, hamburgers undercooked and beer was flat. For eighteen dollars you get a. Semi cooked burger and frozen French fries. This should be and could be better if you had a professional chef run the kitchen and upgrade the quality of the fare.At least make fresh homemade fries. The ice cream was good and so was the pretzel
One of the best restaurants in the resort. Not so watered down cocktails
Great server DANIELA always with a smile. Food took long to arrive . Steak was hard and tough. Nachos was awesome . Sundae was great. Chilled beers. Burger was allright but way better than anything indoors
Children’s menu was good and fairly priced but adults entrees were overpriced but the hamburger was decent but was 18 dollars. We were served by an excellent waitress who was patient, helpful and friendly . Desert while pricey was also good. The children did enjoy the food and ambiance.I would recommend this restaurant if you are not comfortable with driving off the camelback property
Steak was not good. Drink wasn’t that good either- I don’t even think it was the drink I requested.
Very limited menu for a sit down restaurant. We were underwhelmed. More wait staff needed.
Food and service was great!! Jasmin our server was excellent!
Food was basic and a lot of items you see in the reviews are no longer available (wings).
The food was great and the staff was friendly and helpful, prompt service.
The waitress was obnoxious and rude, terrible experience with her, I am a waitress and I would never speak to a customer like that. The menu was very small and unimpressive, my food was cold as well, just another turrist trap will never go back
The food was great. Unfortunately our waitress was pretty much handling the entire restaurant. She was working hard but they definitely were short staffed. The live music was awesome
Service was lacking … 10mins for our server to greet us. Had to get my own beer from the bar all while asking for a refill of soda for my son. Food was great …
The reservation was on time- which is great at 8 pm
It was noisy with the live music but it was okay. Unfortunately the sound system for the musicians was muffled and we could not understand what they were singing lol.
The server was awesome - very pleasant and attentive . The food came out quickly and was hot and tasty.
One observation is that the exact same burger is $19 on the regular menu as on the kids menu which is $10.
Same burger same bun same fries . Different toppings- so I understand somewhat but $9 for lettuce tomato and pickle? They forgot the bacon
The server was lovely but never brought us utensils, extra cherries, our desert…so it left something to be desired.
Great waitress. Candles on the table would set the mood even more.
Service was great but the food was terrible. Greasy and definitely not worth the price. Limited choices too.
It was just ok. Food was bland.
Great place for a family dinner. Service was outstanding, and the food was wonderful.
Wow the nachos. They have the best nachos in town. The salads were very good too. We were a group of eight and accommodations for large groups was excellent. We sat outside. The patio outside is really nice with a great view of the slopes.
Our first time at you hotel and restaurant and had a very nice experience. Our server Kim was excellent and very patient with us as well. Nachos were excellent. Enjoyed sitting outside - only wish we could have enjoyed the live musics that was inside simultaneously. We were also disappointed that the happy hour specials were only at the bar (one of the reasons we made our reservation when we did). Overlap great service and food although pricey.
Other guests were loud, happy birthdays were loud but service was great. I knew our server was overwhelmed but she never showed it and the food was delicious.
This restaurant is in a LARGE hotel. There is no good way to get from the parking lot to the restaurant without walking through occupied hotel corridors. The signage is not great, which if you are hoping to pull people from outside during slower times (not peak summer or ski season), isn’t good. The wait staff was excellent, the drinks and food were well prepared.
Great! Wishing there was a half rack of ribs for kids!
We were in a Reggae Live night! So good! It was crowded and the food took longer than average. Because of it they greet us with a free appetizer (nice way to say sorry!).
Food is tasty and well prepared. We would recommend!
