TRES Cazuelas

Discovered this place right before the world went crazy. I’m still uptight about eating indoors at a restaurant so when they built the cute little outdoor patio, I was very excited.
The chef/owner has years and years of Las Vegas experience and the menu is eclectic and fun. The food is delicious and I have yet to try something I didn’t like.
The service is casual and attentive. We have lunch there all the time now and if we’re looking for a good value we can have a hot sandwich or burrito which includes a side for about $15 or we can share a whole bunch of tapas and get to try lots of little things.
I hate to tell people about my secret little lunch spot but I definitely love to see local, small businesses thrive.
The food at Tres Cazuelas is phenomenal. The owner recently created an outdoor dining area that is charming and embellished with heaters and greenery. Some of the favorite dishes are the mussels, gambas, bacon wrapped dates, scallops, Dover sole, and the chicken is incredible. The food is not only very good but more affordable than you would expect. The owner Angelo does an excellent job of making all of his guests feel welcomed and as valued customers. If you’re debating about trying this spot, do yourself a favor and don’t miss it.
Love the Chef, the ambience, the food!
Better than 5 star rating!
Great service and food
Live music and the food was amazing. Short rib literally fell off the bone and melted in my mouth!
The service, ambiance, and food were amazing. Complete hidden gem. Excellent choice.
Great local find. Tapas was great. Scallops were perfect. We would definitely recommend.
The food, service and ambiance was outstanding! The saxophone player was amazing and Angelo was most accommodating and friendly. Tres Cazuelas is truly a hidden gem!
Great place. Food was good, owners are very friendly made us dessert, no charge, we’ll go back.
Friendly and efficient service and really great food
One of our favorites in Las Vegas, Ben and Angelo are super friendly hosts and make the dining experience an event for the evening. Highly recommend the daily specials.
First of all, I want to clarify that I have no personal or financial interest in any restaurant, my comments are those of a client who has visited different types of restaurants and kitchens in Las Vegas and abroad. At the end my intention to express to restaurants how we feel like customers.
Here are some annotations:
1. Despite being a very small restaurant (at 8-9) tables, the time between the order and the food service was very long, approximately 40 minutes for the entrees.
2. We ordered different entrees about 4 or 5 of which the soup and apple salad were acceptable, the rest lacked a flavor that made it stand out.
3. The main dishes totally lack seasoning, I can't say that the chef was on his best day, I think he should re-evaluate his recipes.
4. I think that the prices vs the quality of the food are totally disconnected, my expectations for the prices were very high vs the quality received.
5. I also want to point out that the restrooms are outside the restaurant, which takes away from the image of the place, maybe they should be located in a better place.
Unfortunately, it was not my best experience
The fresh fish on Tuesday is becoming one of our favorite dishes. All of the clam and mussel apps are very good as well. Definitely will come back.
One of our favorite new places to hang out and eat, great vibe there and the food is fantastic, highly recommend the table service steak and bone marrow.
Good Tapas and Sangria.
We had a great meal! Live guitar, great service! Food all delicious
The food and service were outstanding. We had the mango margarita and a bottle of Rose sparkling wine.
Every menu item that was suggested was absolutely delicious!
Will definitely be back!
The food was amazing! We will definitely be back!
TRES Cazuelas is a very good spot. The entire menu is delicious, a good selection of wine, chill vibe, and friendly/attentive staff. There was even live music, nice touch. Our favorite bite is the steak tartare with bone marrow. I recommend TRES Cazuelas.
Oh my god !!!!! This was one of the most amazing places I have ever ate. It was small and intimate..., the food was simply amazing. Very few Cher’s can execute steak tartare and this was by far the best I have ever. The owner/ chef
Pours his heat and soul into this place and it shows. He treated us like friends .... sat at the table and had wine with us.
Excellent, freshly prepared ... took our own wine ... shared a range of small plates and then steak .. each was fresh .. each was flavorful ... very good tastes
This hole in the wall is located in the business park where I would never expect to find a restaurant, but once inside it’s a very pleasant little space. Tasty chips and salsa. The garlic shrimp was excellent. They prepare their patatas bravas different from any other place I’ve had the dish, but I’d order it again. The pork belly and the short ribs with chimmichurri sauce both tasted great, but they are similar in flavor. The only knock on this place would be the service. Although they were very friendly, it took over 15 minutes just to get the check and even then we had to walk up to the register or we would’ve waited longer.
Perfection
Authentic, original, organic, fresh, service was exceptional
We thoroughly enjoyed Tres Cazuelas. It is perfect for sharing a variety of Latin tapas. Each dish was not only delicious but beautifully presented. We had the crab cake, plantains, empanadas, salmon, bacon wrapped dates, beef skewer, croquettas, beet carpaccio, and tortilla chips with two salsas and pickled onions. All of this was accompanied by a bottle of champagne. Although it seems like a lot of food, the portions are small and it was just right. The ambience is artistic and comfortable. The evening was very relaxing.
Amazing food and ambiance. Great service! Angelo the owner/ chef is always so welcoming!
Love where this restaurant is located, one light west of I-15 on the corner of Spring Mountain and Polaris. Great food and atmosphere!
The best way to describe this five star restaurant is WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW. I highly recommend this little hidden treasure. It is a small, quaint, humble, and casual restaurant. When you walk in the front door, you are going to ask yourself, “is this a fast food joint.” The answers is, no it definitely is not! You will be greeted by a very nice and personable gentleman - Angelo, who is the owner/chef. The food is exceptionally flavorful, high quality, and fannnnnntastic. Our server was Jennifer. She was terrific. The overall experience was very fun. It is my understanding that Wednesday night is a special night at Tres Cazuelas, with wine tasting and entertainment. Oh, btw, did I mention the prices for the food is unbelievably low, particularly for the quality of what Angelo is serving. I honestly do not know how he can make a profit at the prices he is charging for his exceptional dishes. This place is a MUST TRY. You will become a fan after that first try!
What a great find! We were there for dinner.
Delicious food, attentive friendly service, and live solo acoustic guitar music to boot.
Don’t wait - go eat, support them, and enjoy.
We went for a date & it was a fantastic experience. We loved the mole poblano, pork belly with peach, habanero guacamole, & gambas al ajillo. The flan was also an amazing texture & the flavors were on point. We’ve already made plans to return soon. Very happy with Jen, our waitress, & the owner made sure to greet each person to ensure they had a satisfactory experience. A wonderful gem of a restaurant.
Great spot for a nice lunch. Service and food were both outstanding. Thank you Angelo!
What a fabulous experience at a new restaurant for us and totally surprised by excellent food and service
One dish was more delicious than the next. It was totally authentic. We had the short ribs, lamb, crab cakes ,corn and ceviche.one dish was more delicious than the next. For a mai. Course we shared the shrimp. Jennifer was the most amazing server and Angelo(the-owner) was truly very interactive and totally so hospitable. You must go and try this. The wine menu is exceptional.
Food and service were excellent and I would absolutely go back. We highly recommend this place. The room was very loud and echoey though. They need some sound proofing, hang some drapes or decorative rugs, etc. to muffle some noise. Conversation and laughter from other diners really bounces around the room wh9ch makes the place loud enough that you can’t hear your dinner companions.
