The service was fairly poor for our waiter. He wouldn’t bring things we asked for or would ignore us and tend to other tables that arrived after us. The food was so bland and not seasoned at all. Not worth the price. Definitely left disappointed and didn’t even want to take it home.

It started off as an awesome evening then halfway thru the dinner the staff lost all control of the COVID 19 mandate. Groups started crowding us from the next table. No reservations, off the walkway. I watch as the staff remove the buffer table that was suppose to be between us and them and accommodated the group of ten. I guess Trevi is so desperate for business during this tough time that they just threw COVID requirements set forth by the city as well as the state of Nevada. I just hope they did make enough money to make up for the rudeness and inconvenience. I wouldn’t step foot in Trevi anytime soon.

Love this place! The Italian dishes are up to par. Will always eat here when visiting Vegas!

We had the best time at Trevi and the food came quickly. I ordered the ravioli alla vodka and it was divine! I highly recommend this place.

The ambiance was amazing. It was like getting transferred back to Italy. The drinks were delicious but the food was moderate. We both got pasta and it was rather bland.

Entry:
Located in the forum shops at Caesar's Palace in front of a massive beautiful fountain. We've been here several times so this rating is a mix of them all. Seating is generally a bit slow but not unbearable even with reservations you can usually expect to be seated 5 or 10 minutes after.

Atmosphere:
The atmosphere is extremely loud if you get seated on the terrace anywhere. On the inside it's not so bad.

Service:
Service is generally a 5 star experience. We've yet to be disappointed in our waiter/waitress but some of the bus staff are not so friendly.

Food & Drink:
This used to be MUCH better. Since Covid, they have an extremely reduced menu. They are now missing some of the most basic Italian staples like Lasagna, Fettucini etc. The meals they do have are pretty good. A notch or two above your average Olive Garden. Drinks are always made to order and we've never had any complaints.

Overall:
A fun experience if you're visiting Vegas but maybe hold off until post pandemic to see if they get their full menu back. Options are very limited right now.

Trevi located inside Forum Shops at Caesar’s Palace was the perfect location for great dining and people watching. Food portions were plenty! Chicken Marsala was cooked to perfection! Everything from checking in at the hostess desk to our waiter was flawless! Definitely stayed within the guidelines of maintaining social distancing with the placement of each tables. Definitely one of my best eating experiences in Vegas!

The atmosphere was wonderful. We were socially distanced with spaced tables. The waiter was overly friendly, and willing to answer any questions. Food came quickly and was delicious! Highly recommend. I went with a friend but it would be a GREAT spot for date night

Excellent waiter!! He was from Puerto Rico just like us and was very attentive. The food was really yummy and fast service. Would definetely recommend “exterior” seating.

We decided to sit inside after all. Dark, intimate vibe. Great service. Loved the food! From the caesar salad, to the salmon with grilled asparagus and my husband had pizza. Sangria was pretty good to! We came to Vegas to get married 12/26/2020 and realized all restaurants required reservations. During the busy Christmas holiday we were able to walk up and get a table reserved for an hour later at dinner time.

We were next to the fountains in the front, so the loudness and energy was to be expected... GREAT FOOD AND SERVICE!
