   The server was over the top helpful. I asked him if he could find the host who took me to the table and hung up my coat because I thought I had left my phone in the coat pocket. He found the coat himself from my description and brought me my phone. Super nice. His name is Bill. Thanks.

   Been here many times. It never disappoints but for the first time we sat on the porch area off of the bar and it was ridiculously noisy. Other than that everything was perfect. We just won’t let them seat us in that room again, that’s all.

    As a regular customer must say last night the lemon chicken was very tough and rubbery ..over cooked ans the lemon sauce had too much salt .

    I have a dietary restriction on salt and ordered the mahi mahi special. The maitre de and waiter both spoke highly about it. However, when I asked to reduce finishing salt, it daisy chained into removing the seasoning on the seafood and the rice side. This left a very pedestrian meal. The mahi mahi was tough and the rice side was tasteless. I know my diet is partly to blame ... but. How many guests does the restaurant have who have high blood pressure and really need to control salt? And isn't there another seasoning approach that could be just as effective? (To be clear my problem isn't high blood pressure, its vertigo.) Until I know that other options are available, I can't in good conscience recommend Trios. I must add though ... my wife had the grouper and loved it. So, three cheers for your success there!. I'm just frustrated with a second class meal.

    We had onion soup and pizza. They tasted excellent and were well priced. I enjoyed the fireplace and sunlight through the back room windows. The server was excellent too.

    4 of us had lunch, the lobster bisque was salty and the Kenwood spinach salad was alittle blah. Server was very good and we talked for quiet awhile and she was fine with that. One friend is GF and would have Loved the soup and sandwich, but no GF bread. We enjoyed ourselves

    We had a quiet, relaxing lunch. We had reservations for 1:00 for an extended "catching up' lunch between friends. Our waiter was great at giving us time to talk before we ordered. The lunch was fabulous and our time together was so enjoyable. Thank you, Trio!!

    We were looking forward to trying this new place to eat based on the pictures we saw on Open Table . As soon as we walked in we were in shock . It was nothing like the pictures . I’m not sure how heavily filtered the pictures they have are , but this place is run down . It is at least ten years past a desperate need of a refurbishment . We still said we would give it a try so we sat down . The waitress was rude to us and treated us as if we couldn’t afford to eat there . She said “ Would you like something to drink or just water for you “. She slammed down our glasses of lemonade and wrinkled her face up as she gave us some bread , as if we were there to only eat the bread . I ordered the grouper sandwich grilled and upgraded to truffle fries and my husband had the club and also upgraded to truffle fries . That is when it really got bad . My husbands sandwich had so much low grade processed meat and cheese , he made a comment we had seen better sandwiches in the Kroger deli . My grouper sandwich was flat top fried, grossly over cooked and black on the bottom . It was so hard with the one bite I took , it was like chewing a piece of teriyaki . I held the whole patty up to show my husband how hard it was (it stood upright on its own ). The truffle fries were nothing more then the frozen kind you get in the grocery store with alittle truffle oil sprinkled over them . It didn’t even taste like mushrooms what so ever . I then broke apart my fish on my not grilled flat top fried until black burger and then said I can’t actually eat it , it was disgusting . I am only giving one additional start for the service because the manager did at least take off my meal , however none of them were happy as if it was our fault . We left not even wanting to use the bathroom , this place was that nasty . We are not snobs by any means but it was all around a bad experience . We will never be back and they should really update their pictures to what the place is really like in it

    Food, drink list, and overall atmosphere was excellent...only improvement suggestion is having servers more in communication. We had a couple different ones checking on us, but they were not in-contact with each other, such that there was some cross-communications.
