My fiancé and I always enjoy dining here. The staff are always friendly and eager to serve. The food is very delicious and we love the frozé drinks!
I made a reservation patio seating and once I got there I was informed that it would be an extra 40 minute wait. I was really upset about this, bc this was my 2nd time I experienced this with this restaurant. Ally, was one of the managers and our servers. She made up for the madness. Food is great and so is the atmosphere. Other than the reservation issue, it was good.
The service was really slow and disappointing. The food was pretty good. The fried green tomato appetizer was delicious. I ordered the southwestern omelette and it was not really good. I had a decent experience but not sure if I would come back,
The food was as described. It was cold where we sat. It would have been nice in July. And the waiter was okay. He seemed as if we were somewhat of a nuisance. We still ended up tipping him.
It was an amazing breakfast or lunch spot. Nice ambience and they have an outside area. Very cute.
Our experience at Tupelo Honey (group of 5) far exceeded our expectations! Our server was great; He was very friendly and personable. The food was delicious, from the fried green tomatoes, to the chicken to the grits. After a minor incident (spilled water), the manager stopped by - and our impression was that the entire staff is very real, friendly and so enjoyable to chat with. Can’t wait to go back - can’t recommend highly enough!
Tables were not set up for social distancing and while our reservation was specifically for outdoor dining, we were informed that it wasn't possible and that we'd have about a 45-1hr wait if we wanted to be outside. The food was good but the service was rather slow. My mimosa cost almost as much as my meal which was unexpected. It was ok but I wont be back.
Our table was great, a high top! From the time we walked in, we were greeted by management. Everyone was very attentive and the food was delicious! It waitress was also the bartender and she handled all her tables well! Great establishment!
This has become one of our favorite brunch places. The first time they were particularly busy and the second time we just had a new server so my meal was delayed. All in all, I would still come back because the food and drinks are amazing.
The food was outstanding
I would give you no stars if I could and so I. Made reservations couldn’t get my table. Don’t understand why they even take them. Service was terrible maybe the food was OK but way too expensive. And $13 for a 6 ounce bloody Mary for brunch.
We asked for silverware twice. I ended up going to the bar to get it.
2 of the meals had to be sent back to the kitchen..not twice.
Our reservation was at 11. We were seated right away....we left at 1pm soon after finishing our meal.
I have heard from several people that they had poor service as well.
Very disappointed as the last time I was there
The service and food was great.
I hope this is just a result of the Coronavirus and service will get better.
It was great! Great food, great service!
The food and service was excellent
Food was a little bland, nice ambiance
I wish they had more meat selection and options to opt out of certain ingredients. The choices for breakfast are either pork or soy and then you can't get grit without cheese.
Service wasn’t great but the food was amazing. Will go back for the food!
Great place for brunch! Ask for Brittany 😁
Griffin was our waiter and our order came out screwed up, griffin made no attempt to fix our order. Terrible customer service. Avoid this place!!
A great place to go. The food, atmosphere and service were all great. Go on the weekend and ask for Brittany. She was THE BEST!! We wi definitely be back!!
Great food! Awesome service.
Always happy with the food and service at Tupelo Honey and this location has come a long way since they first opened. Today was great. Glad they are limiting the number of guests tables to ensure some social distancing. All the servers and staff in masks. Any dish with their fried chicken is a home run. Try the fried chicken blt or the biscuits, chicken and gravy from the brunch section.
We arrived about 20 minutes early and was seated immediately. Our waitress came to the table and took our drink orders and returned with beverages. Placed order but had to wait almost and joe TI revive food. Food didn’t come out all together, and had to wait awhile. Ask for several things that our waitress forgot to bring to table. Service was below average and the waitress was not busy with probably 3 tables at most. Noticed several other tables were waiting a long time for their dinner orders as well. Great Comapny with my date,
But not good experience this evening.
Came on a Tuesday night for the awesome HH that runs until 6pm with $4 bites and $7 cocktails that run all day everyday. Patio is nice, server Clair was awesome and Griffin never disappoints at the bar! Kudos team!
Tip: sign up for the Tupelo rewards app and every $75 you spend you get a $15 off reward, well worth it for this place.
The Tupelo shrimp and grits, banana pudding french toast, the crispy brussels sprouts, and Mimosas were very good. A couple of visits and we have no complaints. Recommended to several friends.
The service was slow and the food was overpriced. There was a mix-up with the reservation as well. I arrived and was seated but they told other members of my party that there was no reservation and I wasn't there. Overall, pick another brunch spot with better food and service.
Wow, the food and drinks were amazing. The staff where all very friendly and welcoming
Food was good. Fried chicken was best. Burger was ok but south western omlette was very good.
We left because on a very unbusy Saturday morning we sat there for thirty minutes with no water. I’ve been before and the service was better but the foods just okay
The sister circle enjoyed our service! Our server which I have forgotten her name was soooooo awesome! She even came outside to take our picture! Thanks for having us
Nice quiet place for a large group. We enjoyed the fried green tomatoes and fried okra. My kids loved the fried chicken. I had the summer vegetable bowl which was tasty, but a bit spicy. Overall a nice place with good food.
Nice place prop is great
Had to wait over 30mins for a table even with reservation upon arriving
I’ve dined here several times but usually for brunch. The dinner was great and you must try the fried cauliflower. Delish!! Only negative - you’ll pay $17 for half a roasted chicken with no sides included.
Tupelo is one of Atlanta’s best brunch spots, and it’s not yet one of Atlanta’s mainstream restaurants, which commonly have 1hr+ waits. Tupelo’s wait times are typically no longer than 15 minutes, the menu offers plenty of options without being overbearing, and the drinks are large and tasty.
Overall, Tupelo is a great value choice and offers a buzzing atmosphere with a diverse crowd.
The sweet potato pancakes and fried chicken were amazing!
Great food. Terrible service.
Nice location with outdoor seating. Several menu items not available, both food and beverage. Unique meat loaf dish is very flavorful. Mac and cheese app delicious, enough for 4. Server was prompt, personable, courteous, and efficient. Good concept, well executed like all locations we've tried.
