中目黒駅近路地裏にできた新しい隠れ家な店



中目黒駅から徒歩5分の裏路地にはいると木造の大きな扉が目印。四季に合わせたアートデザインと落ち着いた店内が広がります。

毎日、店主自ら豊洲市場に買い付けした新鮮な魚で本格的なお寿司が味わえ、伝統を守りかつ新しいスタイルを見つけ出す料理をあわせてご堪能下さい。

なお、日曜日、祝日は、店主が不在になり若手育成営業日となっております。

New hideaway shop that was able to Naka-Meguro Station near the back alley.



Large door is mark of wooden Once in the back alley of a 5-minute walk from Naka-Meguro Station. Store calm and art design to match the four seasons will spread.
Every day, a full-fledged sushi taste with fresh fish, which was purchased in the shopkeeper himself Toyosu market, Please enjoy together the tradition and find a new style cuisine.

Please note that Sundays and Public holidays are business days for training young employees as the owner is absent.

    ランチ７０００円。コスパで考えるなら東京でも抜きんでた存在。江戸前鮨の伝統からは外れるシゴトが多いし、「？」な点がいくつかあるが本物の鮨がこの値段で食べられる店は他にない。

    Incredible sushi lunch with a relaxed atmosphere. Very accommodating to your sushi preferences. Just remember to inform them before the course starts.

    We did the 6500 yen keiseki menu and it was very good. The only disappointment was the main meat course. My husband chose the pork and I paid extra for the wagyu. Both were not the highest quality of cuts and in turn were extremely chewy/tough to eat. But honestly, everything else was so delicious and plentiful that for the cost of the keiseki we would have been happy without the meat dish entirely (and we eat a lot).

    The most spectacular omakase experience I have ever had. Try the chef's sake recommendation! Even better sushi than another 3 Michelin star omakase we had elsewhere in Japan. This place will become very popular and difficult to get into soon. Go now!

    Too notch in very way! Outstanding quality and hospitality. On our first day in Tokyo they made us feel very comfortable and welcome. The sushi was out of this world.
