Fav bar. Great aesthetic, great drinks, great bartenders.

We went during lunch time. The tables were well spaced and beautiful. We had a good time.

Dumplings to die for, fabulous cocktails and an amazing ambience straight out of old Shanghai. Uncle Ming's is a must!

Did not recognise many of the old staff since before COVID, which is a bit sad. However, the current staff seem happy and friendly.

Spent a fun evening there. The cocktails are delicious, dumplings scrumptious and music melodious.
The staff is so cheerful they instantly put everyone in a good mood. Everyone in the restaurant is singing along. Its incredible :)
Not our 1st time and definitely not our last. A must visit while in Sydney.

Is this a nightclub or a bar/restaurant the music was so loud that you couldnt hear the person next to you when they were screaming let alone anyone else in your group. We left as quickly as we possibly could and went somewhere to eat where we could hear ourselves think.

Cute interior but turn the music down if you want people to stay and spend

Staff were great but can be more attentive. Like we opened tab but no tab card given and was asked to double check when we settled. Also had to call out for service after 15 min of seating

Loved it. A little noisy at times with loud patrons, but otherwise great. (NB: I didn't eat any food but it wasn't possible to leave no rating so I just went with 3)

A bit pricy for dumplings.
Very dark and only red lighting which makes it impossible to see what your dipping sauces are and these aren't explained.
Covid process clunky as everyone has to register separately.

Amazing cocktails and great dumplings. We had a ball and we were well looked after by a passionate host. Can't wait to return.

The food menu is very limited. The waitress was nice but all the staff rushed us to leave the table fast and we were still waiting for our food and they were already rushing us to leave, we knew the table was booked until certain time, but we were consuming a lot and were kicked out.

Food/atmosphere was great, the tables are abit small though and it makes eating and drinking a little uncomfortable

Uncle Mings was incredible! The food is reasonably priced and the flavour and quality was out of this world. The cocktails were amazing too and all the staff were friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back.

They make the best dumplings ever. Even my friend said so, as their first time they came with me.

Food and drinks were awesome as usual. The girls serving were very worked up and sounded irritated every time they were called.

The food is cooked in house and tastes delicious. Another vegan GF option on the menu would be great for those with dietary requirements.

Ming’s Bruce Lee tea is my go to! A tad less ice and tad more grog would be ideal. It tends to serves three people but menu says it serves 4-5. otherwise their specialty cocktails are worth while.

Shout out to James (Ming’s bartender), he treats me well and keeps me coming back.

Love going to uncle mings. Took my group there for their first time and the really loved the food and enjoyed the atmosphere.

The uncle didn’t disappoint. Delicious cocktails. Fast service. Ambiance unlike most other Sydney bars. Inspired by opium dens, food served late, good for a date night.
